Kevin O'Leary says no reasonable person who saw him make the claims on Fox News of Chinese spies would actually take them as factual reports. But the people who he spoke of see it differently, so they've filed this defamation suit against O'Leary over his allegations that they're being funded by the Chinese Communist Party.
