Comparison can be the thief of joy when we degrade ourselves, but competing against OURSELVES can be a way to create a positive relationship with yourself. We're all human and we all struggle. I dive into the concept of availability in this episode. It's another way of looking at the fact that each of us individually get to choose how we live our lives. Just because something is available to us, doesn't mean we have to choose said thing. Whether it's the donuts in your break room, the negative thoughts coming through your mind, or even going back to someone you know isn't the best for you, you get to choose what you are available for and what you will allow in your life.Follow me on Instagram: @lizdodson_
Working hard for what you want and being ambitious are traits that we constantly strive to have in our lives. Being comfortable where we are is not where we strive to be because we can always learn and grow! Protect this energy and surround yourself with people who live in this energy as well!
It's not a secret, and you've heard it before. Motivation is flaky. We can't rely on it. The one thing we CAN rely on is consistency. There is power behind building small wins up every single day because that is exactly what will take us where we want to be!Follow me on IG: @lizdodson_
No matter how big or small a failure may seem, we are the ones who actually get to define what it means for our life. We get to choose how we will navigate a setback. We get to decide how to handle a closed door. Will you choose to go find the next open door? Will you choose to get back up and get back on the hard path of showing up for yourself? Failure and rejection can lead us to amazing opportunities in life! Don't forget that!Follow me on Instagram: @lizdodson_
