We did something a little different for our mid-season bonus and honestly it might be our favorite thing we've ever recorded. Sara and Caleigh brought actual kids into the studio and just asked them stuff. What do adults get wrong about kids and movement? What makes PE fun or miserable? What would you tell grownups about fitness? No coaching, no prompting. Just real answers from real kids. The themes that came through were pretty clear: the kids don't care about the structure. They care about having a say. Being signed up for something without being asked, getting thrown into an activity two days before it starts, having adults too tired or too busy to just go outside — that's what they noticed. One of them had strong feelings about Workout Wednesday. One has very strong opinions about the pacer test. And one is extremely loyal to Casey's pepperoni pizza.Sara and Caleigh wrap up the episode talking through what surprised them — and honestly, it was how much these kids are absorbing just by being in the room. They're listening. They're watching. And they just want to be part of the conversation before the decision gets made. Oh, and yes — they ended the episode by asking for Runza. Obviously. Kids don't need a gym membership or a packed schedule to be active — but they do need movement. In this episode, Sara and Caleigh break down what it actually looks like to raise kids who move their bodies, why 60 minutes of moderate activity a day matters, and why none of it has to cost a single dollar. They get into screen time as the real barrier to active kids, why throwing kids into organized sports too young isn't always the answer, and what actually happens when you just take the iPad away and let them be bored for a minute. Spoiler: kids are surprisingly good at figuring it out.Sara also talks about what she focuses on when training middle schoolers — it's not the weight room, it's coordination, movement patterns, and making it fun. Plus, why being a role model for your kids matters more than any class or program you could ever sign them up for.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. There's a tangent at the top of this one — it's a good one — but once the fitness content kicks in, it's one of the more useful episodes we've done. Caleigh's Apple Watch got an update that started showing heart rate zones during walking workouts, and the data had some things to say.Sara breaks down what zone 2 actually means: working but not struggling, breathing harder, still able to hold a conversation. And more importantly, what it actually takes to get there and stay there. Spoiler — it's more than most people are doing. From there, it's a full breakdown of TDEE activity level multipliers, why most people rate themselves too high on the scale, and the rule Sara uses when running macro calculations for clients. Plus, why the incline on your treadmill is doing more work than you think — and what to do when you don't have one.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. HYROX is all over the fitness internet right now and we finally went full nerd on it — what it actually is, what each of the eight stations involves, what the weights and distances look like in practice, and who this thing is genuinely built for. Spoiler: the burpee broad jumps got an immediate hard no. The ski erg wasn't far behind. We also got into something a lot of people think about but don't always say out loud: how much of what you consume online is actually your choice? Between Sara's News Feed Eradicator setup and Caleigh's full unfollow-everyone approach, the conversation turned into a real one about what it means to actually curate your experience on social media — and why you don't owe anyone your attention just because they post. And then somehow: workout playlists, music licensing laws for gyms and fitness classes (genuinely wild), a guy who free-climbed a 101-story skyscraper without ropes live on Netflix, and a check-in on whether the NFC photo shoot is still happening. It is. Probably. 12–16 weeks minimum.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, we did something slightly chaotic—we asked ChatGPT to explain why Caleigh wouldn't be a good personal trainer… and then read it out loud. Turns out, it had some very specific opinions. We go through each point and unpack what being a trainer actually involves, from patience and repetition to handling clients who don't always follow through. Along the way, we talk about burnout, personality fit, and whether loving fitness automatically means you should coach other people.By the end, we shift the conversation from “should Caleigh be a trainer?” to “what kind of coach would actually make sense?”—because maybe the answer isn't no… it's just not the version everyone expects.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. Caleigh and Sara are back, but this time we're putting a timer on the chaos. Caleigh gives Sara a topic, sets a three-minute countdown, and lets Soapbox Sara go absolutely feral with a no-holds-barred fitness rant.We bounce through rapid-fire topics, calling out common myths, overcomplicated advice, and the stuff that just needs to be said out loud. Some rants stay on track… others spiral immediately—but every single one is honest, unfiltered, and way too relatable. If you've ever wanted someone to just say what everyone's thinking about fitness, this episode delivers.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara spiral into a story about a fitness influencer who got himself very publicly “canceled”… and what we thought was going to be a quick tangent turns into a full-blown discussion about social media, influence, and human behavior. We talk about what happens when people gain a following and start to believe their own hype, why reacting emotionally online almost never ends well, and how easy it is to forget there are real humans behind the comments. We also share some of our own experiences with viral content (and accidental internet attention), and how weird it feels when something small suddenly reaches a lot of people. As usual, we go off on a few tangents—parenting, identity, and the realization that nobody really has it all figured out. If you've ever followed someone online and later questioned it… or wondered how much of social media is actually real… this one's for you.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week I was joined by Nashville based singer and songwriter Caleigh Rose! We had a really inspiring conversation mostly centered around her most recent project titled “UNBECOMING”. The album marked a jump back into music after some time away from creating and Caleigh spoke with me about the personal journey it took to see it through from start to finish. She spoke about dedicating one of the tracks to her daughter and the ways it has boosted the bond and relationship they both share while Caleigh has also seen many more blessings come from the process of creating this body of work. I think what stood out to me most is how she spoke on standing her ground creatively and protecting her vision for the album even before she knew what the end result would look like. It takes a lot of courage to execute your specific goals to that level of preciseness and I tip my hat to Caleigh for making it a reality for herself. If you're looking for music to help heal and provide a sense of peace and serenity I would not only recommend checking out “UNBECOMING” but also getting connected with Caleigh and the story she's sharing with the world!Consider donating to the show via our Ko-Fi profile here

This week, Caleigh and Sara somehow go from roasting each other and comparing wildly different daily step counts to talking about monkey bars, grip strength, stairs, and the movements adults probably shouldn't stop doing just because they feel harder now. We get into how everyday movement adds up, why basic physical capability matters more than people think, and how avoiding certain movements might be exactly why they get harder over time. Then we shift into a conversation about blood work, supplements, and taking ownership of your health with actual data instead of vibes. We talk about Function Health, what it means to be “in range” versus optimal, and why getting a better look at things like iron, vitamin levels, hormones, and other markers can help you make smarter choices. If you've ever wondered whether you should stop guessing and actually look under the hood, this one's for you.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. In this episode, Caleigh and Sara talk about what to do when you don't feel great but also can't figure out why. We get into how easy it is to convince ourselves we're doing “fine” while ignoring the obvious stuff that might actually be making us feel bloated, tired, foggy, run-down, or just off. Before jumping to extremes, we talk about looking at the basics first: eating enough, eating regularly, getting enough protein, sleeping more, drinking water, and paying attention to stress. We also go off on several very important tangents, including nails, shot put, carbs, fasting, dirty fasting, ADHD, social media, and school throwbacks from the early 2000s. So basically, it's a normal episode. Under all the chaos, the big takeaway is simple: if you don't feel good, take an honest look at your actual lifestyle before blaming something random or chasing complicated fixes.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. Season 8 is here, and apparently Caleigh and Sara are still incapable of acting normal for even five minutes. In this episode, we kick things off with some wildly unserious chaos, a life update from Caleigh about putting her kids in public school, and a very real conversation about how routine changes can throw everything off, including workouts, meals, and general sanity. Then we get into the actual myth-busting: can your body only process 30 grams of protein at a time? We break down where that idea came from, why people keep repeating it, and why it doesn't hold up when you look at real-life nutrition needs. We also talk protein shakes, recovery, misleading “high-protein” food marketing, edamame pasta, protein bars, and why extreme nutrition rules should always make you pause and ask a few more questions. If you've ever wondered whether your protein is “going to waste” or gotten confused by nutrition advice that sounds way too absolute, this one's for you.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. In this episode, Caleigh and Sara take a nostalgic (and slightly unhinged) trip down memory lane as they unpack growing up in the 90s, explaining old pop culture to their kids, and realizing that everything we loved is now considered “vintage.”We talk about South Park Wednesdays, MTV back when it actually played music, VHS tapes, dial TVs, and the emotional damage caused by movies like My Girl. We also dive into generational humor, why every age group eventually becomes the punchline, and how Gen Alpha is stepping into the spotlight whether they like it or not. This episode is less about fitness and more about laughing at how fast culture changes, how weird it feels to age in real time, and why every generation swears they had it best. In this episode of Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara wrap up Season 7 by doing what they do best: talking about real-life fitness, questionable ideas, and accidentally proving a point with a pair of five-pound pink dumbbells. What starts as a “this will be easy” overhead hold quickly turns into a very humbling reminder that light weights can still wreck you when you don't respect them.We dig into why holding onto strength and mobility matters more than chasing perfection, especially as we get older. We talk toddler squats, hip mobility, getting up and down from the floor, and how modern life (chairs, couches, and suspiciously tall toilets) quietly steals our ability to move well. We also share real-world examples of how strength training and full range of motion can protect your joints, speed up recovery, and literally change outcomes when injuries happen.Along the way, we call out the myth that “lifting weights” means tiny dumbbells forever, explain why legs need real load to stay strong, and remind you that being able to squat, stand, and move confidently is about independence—not aesthetics. This episode is part lesson, part chaos, and part end-of-season reflection, with plenty of laughs and a solid reminder that sometimes the simplest movements are the ones that matter most.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara sit down with Nathan and Joy from PodBeat to talk about workouts that don't need to be sexy, fancy, or perfectly optimized — they just need to happen. We dig into the motivation hacks that actually work, from habit stacking and podcast pairing to bribing ourselves with coffee and leaning into routines that make movement feel less miserable. We talk about steps (why 7,000 might be enough), running versus walking versus rowing, and why some workouts never seem to “count.” We also explore how boredom and monotony derail consistency faster than lack of motivation, and why finding movement you enjoy matters more than doing the “right” workout.Along the way, we get into morning workouts, home gym chaos, Beachbody nostalgia, the 12-3-30 treadmill trend, and the very real consequences of working out with friends who lift heavier than you. Ultimately, this episode is about reframing fitness as something we get to do — not something we punish ourselves with — and finding small, human ways to keep showing up.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. In this episode, Caleigh and Sara finish breaking down the idea of the “perfect” morning routine and what it really takes to wake up early without burning out or losing your mind. We talk through the tiny systems that actually help—like water-by-the-bed rules, caffeine timing, and realistic prep—and why motivation alone is never the answer. We get into the difference between consistency and willpower, why tracking habits can matter more than discipline, and how early mornings feel wildly different depending on your season of life. We also spiral (briefly) into pre-workout rituals, creatine gummies vs. powder, and why 4:30 a.m. somehow feels emotionally worse than 5:00 a.m. for no logical reason. This isn't about becoming a productivity robot or forcing yourself into someone else's routine. It's about building mornings that work for us, accepting the chaos once kids wake up, and finding small wins that make the day feel conquered before breakfast.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. In this episode, Caleigh and Sara reminisce about the strange, hilarious, and slightly unhinged way their lives kept intersecting long before they were actually friends. We talk about being pregnant at the same time, wildly different pregnancy experiences, and how comparison shows up in motherhood, bodies, and life choices. We get into how our faces, bodies, and priorities have changed over the years, why noticing things like seatbelts and jawlines becomes a wake-up call, and why goals matter if you actually want to change something. We also unpack the idea of accountability, investing in yourself, and whether a full-blown Nacho Fitness Coach photo shoot might be the motivation we didn't know we needed. In this episode of Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara unpack a real-life situation that sparked a bigger conversation about fit shaming, body positivity, and where personal responsibility fits into health. In this episode, Caleigh and Sara talk about intensity—what it actually means, why most adults avoid it, and how doing slightly harder things for less time might be the missing piece in your fitness routine. We get into why sprinting, jumping, and pushing your limits have quietly disappeared from adult life, and why that matters for strength, conditioning, bone health, and long-term mobility. We break down how short bursts of high-intensity work can deliver real benefits without requiring endless workouts, and why constantly choosing the “easier” option may be costing you more than you realize. We also talk about squatting, getting up and down off the floor, impact training, and why losing these basic movements isn't a normal part of aging—it's a sign you stopped practicing them.If you've ever felt stuck doing the same workouts over and over, convinced you need more time instead of a different approach, this episode is your reminder that sometimes the answer isn't longer… it's harder (for a minute or two).Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. In this episode, Caleigh and Sara dive into how AI is showing up in fitness, training decisions, and everyday health — whether we like it or not. We break down how artificial intelligence can actually be useful for things like programming workouts, adjusting training based on soreness, and making sense of data, without handing over all your common sense to a robot. We talk about where AI helps and where it absolutely doesn't, why context still matters more than any algorithm, and how knowing what questions to ask is just as important as the answers you get. We also unpack the growing fear around AI replacing jobs, what this means for trainers and coaches, and why adapting beats pretending this isn't happening.Along the way, we get into the risks of over-reliance, the difference between guidance and outsourcing your brain, and why the human side of coaching — judgment, experience, and accountability — still can't be automated. This episode isn't about hype or panic; it's about using new tools wisely, staying critical, and remembering that your body isn't a spreadsheet.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara tackle the growing trend of hormone-focused fitness advice and the way women are being sold complexity disguised as empowerment. We break down cycle syncing, menopause protocols, and “hormone fixes,” and explain why none of them replace the basics. We talk about how fear-based marketing makes women feel broken, why simplicity actually works at every stage of life, and how exercise, nutrition, protein, fiber, and movement still matter—no matter your age or hormones. If fitness feels confusing or expensive, this episode is your reminder that you don't need a special program to take care of your body.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. In this episode on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara hit a big milestone—three years of podcasting together. We take some time to reflect on how this whole thing started, the many directions it's gone, and the countless laughs along the way. We ramble (as usual), reminisce, and talk about the small things that somehow turned into something pretty meaningful. We also want to say a huge thank you to everyone who's tuned in, stuck around, shared the show, or told us they listen while walking, lifting, or laying on the floor questioning their life choices. We appreciate you more than you know, and we're excited to keep doing this with you.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara dive into what was supposed to be a simple, wholesome experiment that somehow turned into a full-blown lifestyle disruption: raising meat chickens. Caleigh walks us through how a few innocent chicks quickly became a daily responsibility, an emotional rollercoaster, and a crash course in “oh wow, this is actually happening.”We laugh (a lot) about the things no one tells you when you decide to raise your own food, while also getting real about discomfort, responsibility, and what it means to opt out of convenience—even when you wildly underestimate what you're signing up for. Somehow, this ridiculous chicken story turns into a bigger conversation about intentional choices, modern detachment from food, and doing hard things without romanticizing them. It's chaotic, uncomfortable, unexpectedly thoughtful, and proof that sometimes the lesson shows up disguised as meat birds.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. In this episode, Caleigh and Sara get real about the mental load of “being healthy” and why modern wellness can feel like a full-time job. We talk about how tracking everything (sleep, steps, water, HRV, supplements, macros, deep sleep percentages, you name it) can turn into stress instead of support, and how the constant stream of conflicting fitness advice makes it even harder to know what actually matters. We also dig into the difference between helpful structure and neurotic optimization, why “just start with a 20-minute walk” is both valid and kind of wild in today's sedentary world, and how we're trying to simplify: quality food, movement, water, sleep… and letting the rest be optional. Plus: a mini rant about recycling rules, sleep trackers that roast you daily, and the holy grail of routines that don't require you to become a robot.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara test whether cottage cheese deserves its viral, high-protein glow-up or if the internet has officially gone too far. We taste our way through cottage cheese pizza bowls, ranch dip, chocolate pudding, and a surprisingly legit strawberry “ice cream,” all with zero practice runs and very honest reactions. We talk texture issues, protein hacks, what actually tastes good, and whether any of these swaps are worth making in real life. If you've been side-eyeing cottage cheese all over your feed and wondering if it's genius or garbage, this episode finds out so you don't have to.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara dive into the idea of “death by 1,000 papercuts” and how the tiniest daily choices can quietly shape your energy, your mood, and your health. We break down the viral wellness concept from Higher Up Wellness and talk about why so many of us feel exhausted, foggy, or stuck even when nothing “big” is wrong. From skipped walks to chaotic sleep to the invisible drain of everyday habits, we explore how those papercuts add up—and more importantly, how small, realistic changes can start healing them. Of course, it wouldn't be an episode without tangents, including Caleigh's nose crisis, butt compliments, fashion trends we refuse to follow, and a full roast of Nebraska aesthetic pressures. If you've felt tired for so long that it started to feel normal, or you're ready to make progress without overhauling your entire life, this episode is a nudge back toward taking care of future-you—one tiny habit at a time.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, we're talking about weighted vests — or more accurately, the internet's obsession with convincing everyone they need one. We break down what these things actually do, why they've suddenly become the new personality trait on TikTok, and whether strapping 20 extra pounds to your body is helping you reach your goals… or just helping influencers sell gear.Sara brings the facts (and a rant, obviously), explaining why running already gives your joints 12–15 times your bodyweight and maybe—just maybe—you don't need to toss a vest on top of that. Meanwhile, Caleigh discovers that the pockets are perfect for snacks, which is honestly the strongest argument for buying one.We dig into marketing vs. reality, strength training vs. shortcuts, and why people will do absolutely anything except lift heavy weights. If you've ever Googled “weighted vest benefits” after seeing a hot girl jog with one, this episode is for you.Moral of the story? If TikTok told you to do it… maybe double-check with two tired moms and a microphone first.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara dive into a TED Talk from Dr. Jamie Seeman—aka Dr. Fit and Fabulous—to unpack why building muscle is one of the most powerful things women can do for their long-term health. We talk through the myths that keep women out of the weight room, the difference between training for aesthetics vs. training for longevity, and why strong women truly are healthier women. In true Nacho fashion, we also detour into birthday gift chaos, mom guilt, stadium stairs, bra straps, and a fly murder that absolutely no one asked for.Whether you're already lifting or just trying to get your steps in while your kids are at practice, this episode will give you a fresh, empowering perspective on strength training—without the pressure, perfectionism, or fitness-bro nonsense.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara dive into a listener question that hits way too close to home: “Do I always have to have a goal, or can I just… be content?” We talk about what it really feels like to be in a midlife season where you're not chasing a major transformation — you're just trying to maintain your routine, your sanity, and maybe your calves. We dig into why maintenance is actually one of the hardest goals to commit to, the pressure to always be “improving,” and what it means to let yourself coast without feeling guilty. And because it's us, there's also plenty of breakfast drama, lazy-girl fitness eras, and unsolicited calf compliments. If you're thriving, surviving, or floating somewhere in between, this episode is your reminder that midlife doesn't have to be a crisis… sometimes it's just a vibe.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara are asking the hard question — Do you even eat, bro? We're diving into why so many people think suffering equals progress and how “cutting calories” can quickly turn into cutting corners. We talk about what an aggressive cut really means, how to tell the difference between fat loss and full-on burnout, and why eating like a normal human might actually be the key to better results. We're calling out diet culture, unpacking the glorification of hunger, and reminding you that starving isn't a flex. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara take “Would You Rather” to a whole new level of chaos. What starts as a harmless game quickly turns into a deep dive into our worst ideas and most questionable choices. From running a 5K in Crocs to doing leg day in cowboy boots, we put ourselves through a series of hypothetical disasters that somehow feel a little too real.Along the way, we talk about why we overthink simple decisions, how we justify bad ones, and why it's usually better to just laugh it off. It's the kind of episode that proves we should never be left unsupervised—but also why that's what makes it fun. It's part fitness, part therapy, and mostly nonsense… just how we like it.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara tackle one of the most confusing movement debates in fitness — squat vs. hinge. What's the difference, why does it matter, and why does Caleigh still feel it in all the wrong places? From sleepy glutes and deadlift disasters to the eternal quest for good form, Sara breaks down how to actually move your body without wrecking your back. They also somehow end up talking about sports (spoiler: Caleigh still doesn't care) and why most of us are just trying to wake up our butts and hold it together.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. In this week's episode of Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara ask the big question: is motivation even real, or are we all just waiting for a magical spark that never shows up? We dig into why consistency and discipline often matter more than fleeting bursts of motivation, and why strength training deserves a bigger spotlight than cardio when it comes to everyday fitness.Along the way we share practical ways to actually get started—fixing your sleep, drinking more water, taking short walks, and stacking small habits that add up over time. We also call out the unrealistic “perfect routines” plastered all over social media, and laugh through some of our own real-life fails (including Pokémon Go walks and 5 a.m. alarm disasters). We wrap things up with tips on accountability, building keystone habits, and reflecting on the biggest takeaways from this season.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only. This week on Nacho Fitness Coach, Caleigh and Sara dive into the weird and wonderful world of food additives—starting with a tongue-in-cheek “petroleum diet” video that compares our snacks to a gas pump. From the alley-pizza-muffin saga to raw cookie dough debates, we explore why America's ingredient list looks so different from Europe's, how labels can be confusing, and why balance beats fear-mongering every time. Along the way we call out extreme diets (yes, even intermittent fasting), confess our own junk-food moments, and remind ourselves that one-ingredient foods might be the gold standard—but life's too short not to have a Reese's cup now and then.Connect with us on social media!Instagram | TikTok | Threads | Youtube | Facebook | X (Twitter) | WebsiteThis podcast offers health, fitness, and nutritional information and is designed for educational and entertainment purposes only.
