Stigall thinks its key to have a full understanding of the vision Trump is attempting to achieve. Not just this month, this year, or even four years from now. Trump is rebuilding this country in the image of its great industrialist past. Democrats, meanwhile simply cannot pull out of their political "death spiral" and the New York Times lays out just how bad their polices truly are after 2024's bruising. Much is being debated about the big, beautiful bill as you know but can the Senate make it better? Stigall is joined by chief economist Steve Moore and one of the Republican final hawks who passed the House version last week Congressman Scott Perry. Plus, the movies had a big weekend, a Duck Dynasty star goes home, and the MAHA movement makes the rounds on the Sunday shows. -For more info visit the official website: https://chrisstigall.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/chrisstigallshow/Twitter: https://twitter.com/ChrisStigallFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/chris.stigall/Listen on Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/StigallPodListen on Apple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/StigallShow-Help protect your wealth with real, physical gold and silver. Richard Walsh's journey from the military to entrepreneurship reveals a powerful philosophy rooted in resilience, strategy, and intentional leadership. After experiencing both remarkable success and total financial collapse, Walsh rebuilt his life and business through focus, discipline, and system-driven thinking. He now helps business owners reclaim their time and profits by teaching them how to concentrate on their most valuable tasks—the "Owner's 5%"—while building teams and systems to handle the rest. His method emphasizes working smarter, not harder, and designing businesses that serve both professional and personal goals. Walsh also stresses the importance of planning with the end in mind. By starting every business with a clear exit strategy, owners can make better hiring decisions, evaluate opportunities more effectively, and align their actions with long-term outcomes. His approach is especially effective for trades and service-based industries, where improved communication and process automation—often using underutilized tools like AI—can lead to significant financial and operational transformation. His client case studies show consistent results: higher revenues, fewer hours worked, and dramatically improved quality of life. If you're a business owner feeling overwhelmed or stuck, Richard Walsh is offering a complimentary one-on-one coaching call to help you tackle your biggest business challenge right now. This is a chance to get personalized insight from someone who's helped countless entrepreneurs find clarity, regain control, and scale smarter. Don't miss the opportunity to take the first step toward a more profitable and balanced business. We're happy you're here! Like the pod? Visit our website! Start your trial on Simplified. Visualizing Our Future Self: Daily Vision for Sustainable Growth The Power of Daily Vision vs. Long-Term Vision In this episode of the Self Development Collective, I explore why visualizing our future self through creating a daily vision works better than focusing solely on long-term goals. From Long-Term Vision to Yearly Vision I share my personal journey of discovering how a 5-10 year vision, while inspiring, can sometimes feel overwhelming and demotivating due to the gap between where we are now and where we want to be. Instead, I've found that creating a more accessible yearly vision provides a realistic stepping stone that maintains our connection to our long-term dreams. Implementing Your Daily Vision in Real Life This approach has completely shifted how I approach my days and weeks: Consider your current life stage (for me, parenting two under five) Identify what's achievable now versus what needs gradual work Implement some parts of your vision immediately Work steadily toward other aspects The yearly vision serves as that middle ground—close enough to feel achievable but still moving us toward our bigger dreams. By visualizing our future self just one year ahead, we focus on the next step rather than feeling discouraged by the distance to our destination. Visualizing Our Future Self with Flexibility Sometimes it's not about waiting until we can do something perfectly, but adjusting how we do it now: Journal once a week instead of daily Connect with friends monthly rather than weekly Maintain consistency with what's possible in your current season This episode completes our series on habits and values, offering a practical way to visualize our future self through both daily and yearly visions. Receive bite-sized insights and practical strategies to boost your confidence, nurture relationships, and live authentically in the face of life's challenges. https://selfdevelopmentcollective.com/email-sign-up/

Today, we're excited to welcome RJ Krone, President of Extraordinary Brands, to the show. RJ has an impressive background with nearly 20 years in franchising, including leading roles at Pvolve and others. Since joining the team, he's spearheaded the acquisition of three dynamic boutique fitness franchises: Eat the Frog, RowHouse, and Neighborhood Bar. In this episode, RJ shares his philosophy on criteria for awarding franchises, focusing on profitability, and the unique benefits of a diversified fitness portfolio. He also delves into the importance of maintaining the identity of each brand while ensuring seamless operational and marketing support. Krone's journey into the fitness industry began serendipitously in 2019 when Julie Cartwright from Pvolve introduced him to their innovative online and on-demand fitness modality. He saw potential in transforming this digital concept into a brick-and-mortar franchise and, after several in-depth conversations, Krone embraced the opportunity and officially joined Pvolve on April 13, 2020, amidst the early days of COVID. On bringing on new franchisees, Krone mentions, "I think it's all about identifying what the franchisee is looking for . . . aligning with their goals, and making sure they that makes sense. I think that comes across in what we do. So if they're wet behind the ears or whatever it might be, having these types of conversations shows the maturity of our system, as well as the team that we have." Key themes discussed Building community through classes. Prioritizing franchisee profitability first. Krone made it clear that building a strong support system for franchisees is essential to their overall strategy. 3. Inclusivity and Accessibility in Fitness: The brands under the Extraordinary Brands umbrella focus on inclusivity, serving a broad demographic range from younger individuals to seniors. Their emphasis on community and personalized coaching also illustrates their commitment to making fitness accessible and beneficial for everyone. 4. Before we turn the page on 2024, we wanted to shine one more light on the man behind our most popular class of the last year. And that's Mitch Rales, co-founder of Danaher, one of the most impressive businesses to have been built anywhere in the world this past century. Having co-founded Danaher 40 years ago alongside his brother and best friend Steve, the Rales boys have strung together a track record of compounding that might even make Buffett blush. Consider that Danaher has annualized at over 21% for four decades, resulting in an 1800-times multiple on invested capital! You'll learn from Mitch about the key inputs to his outlier success: why greatness is a journey that takes an unusual time horizon, the role benchmarking plays in standing up any winning organization, why it is essential to cultivate learning agility and embrace transformational pivots over time, and also the qualities Mitch looks for both in the leaders and businesses he looks to support. While Mitch is a natural teacher, this is actually his first recorded, long-form interview of any kind, and so we feel especially honored to share with you our candid conversation with someone who has shaped and transformed us and the business world in so many positive ways. Please enjoy today's class with Mitch Rales. Hey Rainmakers! Chelsey and Stephen here, and today's episode is all about redefining success with two of our favorite people, Zach and Ashley Spear. This conversation is packed with practical wisdom on balancing family, business, and faith while creating a life of intentionality and freedom. Zach and Ashley share their journey of working together as a couple, building a family-first business, and the unique ways they prioritize what matters most. One of the standout ideas from Zach and Ashley is their concept of “Wifey Wednesdays”—a midweek family day that breaks the traditional mold of work-life balance. They take Wednesdays off to spend uninterrupted time with their kids, avoiding the typical weekend chaos. It's a small shift with a huge impact, reminding us that success is about designing a life you love, not just grinding through the week. Zach and Ashley also dive into the early challenges of working together in business, from letting go of control to finding their unique roles. Ashley opens up about her transition from corporate life to entrepreneurship and how she overcame fears while discovering her strengths. Zach shares insights on creating a rhythm of rest and work, ensuring their priorities align with their long-term vision. We wrap up the conversation with actionable tips on building rhythms, including their Friday coffee dates to plan for both family and business. Whether you're balancing business with marriage, parenting, or personal growth, this episode will leave you inspired to rethink what success means for your family.
