Since the quarantine of 2020 - 2022, many are reconsidering the way they want to live their lives. What was important before is no longer important to us now. Work-life balance matters, health matters, and the quality and experience of work matters. What will your new norm look like?
"Man can do what he wants but cannot want what he wants." So what does it mean to be authentically you? As we engage life, many of us believe that we make up our minds and choose unique paths. How much influence do advertisements and social media have on our lives, and how much control do we have?
There is a difference in working from home versus work. The difference is absolute if you must work away from home soon. Let me share my experience and thoughts with you about the possibilities of this transition.

Traditional learning is challenged today by the COVID Pandemic, requiring new and creative approaches to academic institutions. Some of those challenges lean on changes to public spaces, accessibility to teachers, standardization, creativity to reimagining learning, and social-emotional development in remote platforms. We know what it was like in schools, but that has changed and will require us to reimagine what it could become without stunting people's evolution.
25% of Millennials will NEVER get married, according to the Pew Research Center. The social paradigm is changing and being written with a 'me first' approach to living. Before the pandemic, our attachment to our personal technology has continued to grow at a consistent rate. We are all aware of our addiction to our cell phones, computers, television, and SMART devices in and around our homes. Unknowingly, this is changing the dynamics for how we will co-exist in the physical form. Intimacy and physical connection will no longer be measured by our biology but by the frequency of interaction with artificial intelligence.

Fatherhood. Today, fatherhood is an evolving discussion due to changing gender roles and what it means to be men and women in roles and responsibilities. The things that we have been taught are often not aligned with what we were supposed to do when we are actually in those roles. What makes my practices as a father good and your practices bad? Who judges that? How can I be a father when 'the mother' won't let me be one? Why won't he step up and be a man and 'father' his child? These are some of the comments we keep hearing and have yet to answer and offer an alternative viewpoint.

Sharing our stories, we hope to shed light on anxiety and its disorders to help people learn, become aware, and move to action when necessary to seek medical support.
In an organizational structure, there are people I refer to as Position or Title Holders. Let us discuss who they are, their purpose, and relevance to business.
We all have biases and we express them in everything we do. Sometimes when we use them they cause no harm, but other times we can inflict pain through discrimination, assumptions and plans built on incorrect information. There are so many unanswered questions post-COVID today that leave us grabbing for any hints of normalcy. How many issues do you have that are without answers? We all are attempting to adjust to the "New Normal". In this monologue, I share my thoughts concerns and raise questions about our current status in remote work and the move to restart our communities. I begin with three sound clips from 3 different movies that emphatically captures the frustration and insanity we are all experiencing today.
In an organizational structure, there are managers. Let us discuss who they are, their purpose, and relevance to business.
