We have obtained an exclusive letter in regards to the examination of Nolan Wells' phone and those who claim that the parents of Nolan are not cooperating with officials. Also, the second part of an interview with the friends of Nolan has been released. Join Don and guests Reecie Colbert and Clay Cane to break this all down.

One of the most discussed parts of the Nolan Wells investigation is a phone call made from Nolan Wells' friends' boat to a boat towing company as the boat took on water. When the audio was professionally enhanced, many believe to have heard incriminating dialogue between the friends in regards to what happened to Nolan. During the second round of interviews with a far-right podcast host, these friends reject any of these assertions. Join Don and Attorney Charles Coleman as they break down this story.

The 'friends' of Nolan Wells have been busy lately. They hired attorneys, revisited Horn Island, and now have sat down again with a far-right podcaster to discuss what happened on July 4th and the fallout that resulted. Oh, and the guy on the right side of the thumbnail image? That's their new lawyer Edward Paltzik who has also represented Donald Trump. Join Don and guests Justin Pearson and Elliott Connie to break down this and other news.

Nolan Wells' 'friends' have been busy lately. Last week, the retained ex-Trump lawyers and joined those lawyers in returning to Horn Island in what some see as a PR stunt. Today, they sat down on another podcast to be interviewed about Nolan and what happened on the Fourth of July. Join Don and guests Ty Cobb & Justin Pearson to break down this story and many more.

Last Friday, Nolan Wells' 'friends', accompanied by their lawyers, took a trip to the place where Nolan was last seen alive: Horn Island. They say that this trip was not to gather evidence but rather to "understand the layout and dynamics of the island." Former judge Yolanda Trotman and Crisis & reputation strategist Molly McPherson join Don to break down what this island trip could really mean in the grand scheme of this case. They went back. More than a month after Nolan Wells died, several of the young men who were with him on Horn Island have returned, and photos from the island are already circulating online. Their representatives call it grief and their own investigation. Don takes a closer look at what the return means for a case that's still unresolved, and what it says about who gets the benefit of the doubt. This episode is sponsored by FFRF. This week was another chapter in the Nolan Wells story. We received an updated timeline from the United Cajun Navy. Don spoke with a man named Emmanuel who knows the Wells family somewhat, but the conversation morphed into something different all together. We had audio engineer Jeanetta Brantley on to discuss the vile death threats that she and her wife are receiving. Not to mention, a far-right wing podcaster named Brandon Tatum keeps injecting himself into this tragedy and stirring up racial tension related to the case. Whew, what a week. Join Don to break it all down.

There has been much scrutiny over Nolan Wells' friend group that he was last seen with before his death. We don't know what happened on July 4th, but they have chosen to appear on a far-right wing podcast to defend themselves and now some of the 'friends' have hired Trump's former lawyer Edward Andrew Paltzik. Don enlisted two attorneys, Charles Coleman and Qasim Rashid, to break down what this means. This episode is sponsored by Physician's Choice. The main reason that we cover the death of Nolan Wells as much as we do is to help find answers as to what happened to him on Horn Island. But it's also to expose how much race plays a part in determining who gets justice in America. We know that if a young white man was found dead after being with his Black friend group there would be a swift investigation, arrests made, and the benefit of the doubt given to the white man. Author Eddie Glaude Jr. joins Don this morning to discuss the importance of the Nolan Wells story and how damaging it is for Black creators and politicians to deny the existence of racism in America. In the last decade, Donald Trump and his MAGA cult have torn down countless literal and figurative elements of what America is. The White House is in shambles. People are grabbed off of the streets and thrown into detention centers whether they have committed a crime or not. Birthright citizenship, voting rights, trans rights, abortion rights, civil rights: all of these things are slowly being eroded by a party that claims to be the most patriotic. While the US has never truly lived up it its ideals in the first place, the best of us are at least trying to make them a reality. With all of this MAGA destruction to the country, we have to wonder: does MAGA hate America? This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp. Civil rights attorney Charles Coleman joins Don to break down a phenomenon that is not new, but is showing up in a modern way: The Rise Of The Digital Black Sellout. We've seen certain Black content creators churn out hours upon hours of content that specializes in telling other Black people that they're wrong about their own oppression. These creators tend to operate in a far-right MAGA space that serves against their own interests except for one in particular: making money. We all know who they are. You don't want to miss this conversation!

The Nolan Wells case has taken another dramatic turn. We've received many comments in regards to a recent Hot Topics show about Nolan Wells. Don interviewed a man named Emmanuel who claimed to be a family friend of Nolan and his parents. He was booked to give us an insight into what Nolan was like from someone who knew him well, and to possibly shine a light onto what could have happened on Horn Island. But the conversation quickly turned from Nolan to the idea that racism doesn't exist in Mississippi in the way that is being portrayed. Much like the audience, Don was surprised by this sudden turn and spent most of the interview debating how prevalent racism still is. Today, Don dug further into his thoughts on the matter.

As the Nolan Wells case continues to unfold, misinformation and racist narratives have spread across social media, distracting from the search for truth. This morning, Don breaks down the latest developments, confronts the false claims head-on, and examines how disinformation can derail both public understanding and the pursuit of justice. Tatum is a far-right content creator who has a history of anti-black views. In a case that has so many racial elements, why did these young men choose his show to tell their story?
