Donald Trump phoned into Fox & Friends and didn't hold back — promising "bigger, more powerful" strikes on Iran tonight, naming Kharg Island as his real target, and torching Joe Scarborough and the Wall Street Journal for claiming Iran is winning. Larry O'Connor breaks down Trump's most revealing Iran interview yet, including the one thing Trump admits America "doesn't have the stomach for" and what Bill Hemmer's map says about the endgame. Democrats speak in perilous absolutes and demand we all believe there is NO EVIDENCE at all of ANY election fraud in California, or any other state. Listen to Hakeem Jeffries and Anderson Cooper spread that line of bull like they've almost received the same talking points. Investigative reporter Lara Logan unravels the real reason Trump captured Nicolas Maduro and made his VP Venezuela's leader. And if you think it has to do with the 2020 election, you'd be right.

Plus, new Fed Chair Kevin Warsh is about to face his first real test: will he cut interest rates? Elon Musk is on track to become the world's first trillionaire once SpaceX goes public. Mark played some highlights from Scott Pelley's recent New York Times interview, digging into what's changed for Pelley since leaving CBS. The Knicks, meanwhile, are raking in serious cash. And what's Luigi Mangione's sister's new gig? The speculation is on. Mark interviews streaming host Bill O'Reilly. Bill explained why so many stars and big names love sitting courtside at Knicks games. They also talked about new laws in some states banning the words “mother” and “father.” According to Bill, Scott Pelley has become more noble since leaving 60 Minutes. Today is Primary Day in Maine, where the Democrats are expected to nominate Graham "NAZI TATTOO" Platner to be their candidate for US Senate in Maine. Democrat strategists are beginning to panic about Platner's viability as a General Election candidate. Hakeem Jeffries showed up in an ice cream suit to mock Trump for going to the Knicks game — claiming Trump doesn't know Karl Rove from Karl-Anthony Towns — right before NBA commissioner Adam Silver confirmed Trump's been a genuine, decades-long Knicks fan. Stephen A. Smith threatened to blame Trump for a Knicks loss and got caught searching his own name on X, then Trump landed at 2AM and said Smith doesn't have the IQ to run for president. Even Whoopi Goldberg ended up being the voice of reason. You’re listening to American Ground Radio with Louis R. Avallone and Stephen Parr. This is the full show for June 8, 2026. We open with Border Czar Tom Holman's revelation that the protesters outside the Delaney Hall ICE detention center in Newark are not grassroots New Jersey residents — they are professional travel protesters identified by facial recognition as having shown up at ICE facilities across the country, many from Portland and Minnesota. We explain why this isn't surprising, why Nancy Pelosi herself coined the term astroturf back in 2010 to describe the exact same tactic, and why the left's first instinct is always to accuse their opponents of the strategies they're already executing. We also ask the question nobody in the media is asking — who is funding this, and why haven't the organizers been charged under the RICO Act for coordinating criminal activity across state lines? In our Top 3 Things You Need to Know, Spencer Pratt has apparently been eliminated from the Los Angeles mayor's race — after holding a clear second place on Election Day, his vote share in ballots arriving after Election Day collapsed from 28% to 19%, while Democratic socialist Nithya Raman went from third place to first, gaining 17 percentage points in post-Election Day ballots to overtake both Pratt and Karen Bass. The DOJ is in California investigating the election. Then a 200-page House Oversight Committee report accuses Minnesota Governor Tim Walz of covering up massive Medicaid fraud in his state — including ordering employees to stop investigating fraud in Somali immigrant communities to avoid appearing racist, and then turning the investigative apparatus against the whistleblowers themselves, photographing their cars, monitoring their phones and computers, and finding out where their children went to school. And a nonprofit filed a lawsuit to stop the UFC fight on the White House lawn, claiming it violates federal law and an environmental impact study wasn't conducted before the temporary stadium was built. We discuss President Trump walking out of his interview with Kristen Welker — and our American Mama Teri Netterville says what millions of Americans were thinking when they watched it. We talk about the growing gap between what the media is willing to report on Republicans versus Democrats, how the same anchor who challenges Trump's claim that Capitol Police let protesters into the Capitol has shown that footage on her own broadcast, and why after years of being asked to sit down with people who are going to misrepresent everything he says, the president finally said enough. We also weigh in on Steven Spielberg's new movie Disclosure Day, in which he says he believes aliens have been here, that they are here, and that his film will leave Christians questioning their faith in God. We respectfully decline. We also note that he seems considerably less eager to challenge the faith of groups that don't respond with patience. In our Digging Deep segment, Scott Pelley went to the New York Times after being fired from CBS and complained that his new boss suggested the public thinks CBS is biased — and Pelley demanded to know what evidence exists for that claim. We provide the evidence. Gallup's 2024 poll showed only 31% of Americans had any trust in mass media — the lowest since 1972. In 2025 it dropped to 28%. An Emerson College poll from 2025 found only 18% of Americans have a great deal of trust in national news organizations. Half of Americans believe news organizations deliberately mislead them. AllSides rates CBS with the same left-leaning bias as CNN, the New York Times, NPR, and the Washington Post. All of this was available on the first page of a single search engine query. We say if Pelley couldn't find it, he should have been fired for incompetence, not just insubordination. We cover WNBA player Breonna Turner's objection to the USA 250 anniversary patch on WNBA jerseys — because, she says, none of the players would have been free 250 years ago. We note that basketball wasn't invented until 1891, and more importantly, that America's 250th anniversary is a celebration not of perfection but of the principles in the Declaration of Independence that Martin Luther King himself called a promissory note — the promise that made her freedom possible. For our Bright Spot, the Department of Energy announced last week that a new nuclear reactor reached zero power fueled criticality at a lab in Idaho — the first reactor in 40 years to reach criticality in the United States — a month ahead of President Trump's July 4th deadline that most experts said was impossible. We explain what zero power criticality means, why micro-reactors are a game changer for energy independence, why the U.S. Navy has operated nuclear reactors on submarines and aircraft carriers since the 1950s with zero accidents, and why the future belongs to nations with abundant, affordable, and reliable energy. And we close with Hakeem Jeffries apparently trying to launch his own Contract with America — assembling a Democratic affordability agenda with AOC in charge of healthcare and a transgender member of Congress in charge of caregiving. We wish him luck. We also close with 1,000 avocado growers in the Mexican state of Michoacán setting a world record with 15,000 pounds of guacamole. May your pursuit of happiness bring you joy. Joe Concha delivers a sharp critique of the Democratic Party's moral standing by highlighting the controversies surrounding Senate candidate Graham Platner. Concha details a series of disturbing allegations against Platner—ranging from Nazi-themed tattoos and anti-Semitic rhetoric to claims of domestic abuse—while accusing mainstream media and party leadership of engaging in a "catch and kill" strategy to protect him. The program contrasts the evasive responses of high-profile Democrats like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Hakeem Jeffries with the shifting political tides signaled by plummeting poll numbers and internal dissent. In our first segment, The Indypendent's John Tarleton caught with Assemblymember Claire Valdez while she was campaigning to represent New York's 7th congressional district which spans North Brooklyn and Western Queens. Valdez has the endorsement of Mayor Zohran Mamdani and is widely considered to be the favorite in a race. Topics discussed include Valdez's background as a low-wage worker and union organizer, her history with New York City DSA, her thoughts on New York nativism, how much she would like to cut the Pentagon budget by, whether she would oppose making Hakeem Jeffries the next Democratic Speaker and what it means to her to identify as a democratic socialist. In our second segment, we talked to progressive organizers on the events they're bringing us this summer. The Trump administration is set to kick off a so-called “America 250 celebration” with a massive MAGA Rally called the 'Great American State Fair'—but so many of the musical guests backed out over its ties to Trump that it's unclear if it will still happen or who will perform, except of course for Trump himself. Meanwhile, progressive organizers, including Linda Sarsour, are moving forward with other plans. On June 27, there will be a massive mobilization in DC organized by a coalition called NEXT 250 to host events that stand for democracy, dignity, equality, truth, and collective freedom. New Yorkers will also have a chance to revisit New York City's history on June 19 & 20 at Reclamation Day: A Reunion of Hope pulled together by BLIS (Black Liberation Indigenous Sovereignty). We spoke with Trevor Smith of BLIS about the Reclamation Day event which will be held at 25 Kent Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Greg Kelly Reports | May 29, 2026 - America's 250th birthday is framed as a test of national spirit, with the episode arguing that the country still has something worth celebrating but is being dragged down by a left-wing culture that no longer respects its founding ideals. - The show tears into New York's taxpayer-funded drag programming for children and other culture-war flashpoints as proof that the modern left is pushing perversion, grievance, and anti-American ideology through government power. - Hakeem Jeffries' vow to “break” MAGA is treated as a flashing red warning that Democrats are not trying to debate or persuade anymore — they are trying to crush opponents and turn politics into open institutional warfare. - The firing of Maureen Comey becomes a larger point about executive power, with the episode arguing that the DOJ is not some sacred independent priesthood but part of the executive branch and fully subject to presidential authority. - Rick Santorum joins to argue that America cannot survive on fireworks and symbolism alone, insisting the country has to recover the founding belief that rights come from God rather than government if it wants to make it to 300 years. In this Wednesday Listener Q&A episode of The Wright Report, Bryan answers listener questions on Cuba, Iran, Gaza, China, artificial intelligence, and the increasingly dangerous rhetoric coming from the American Left. He begins with Cuba, explaining why CIA Director John Ratcliffe's recent visit to Havana may have been designed to pressure younger Castro-linked leaders into stepping aside or turning on hardliners before President Trump considers military action. Bryan then turns to Iran, breaking down how long the U.S. naval blockade may need to continue before the IRGC feels serious financial pressure, and why Arab governments may have missed their best chance to join the U.S. and Israel in crushing Tehran's radicals. Plus, Bryan gives updates on Gaza, where Israel now controls roughly 60% of the territory, and responds to listener questions about whether China is truly as dangerous as he says. He also warns about AI "truth machines" that may be shaped by ideological bias, before closing with a sobering look at comments from Hakeem Jeffries' brother invoking John Brown and the use of violence against Trump supporters, arguing that Democrats' "break their spirits" rhetoric should be taken seriously. In this episode of The Wright Report, Bryan covers President Trump's claim that peace with Iran is nearly complete, while warning that the latest proposal from Tehran appears to offer little more than a temporary extension of the ceasefire, continued Iranian control of the Strait of Hormuz, lifted sanctions, reparations, and no clear end to Iran's nuclear ambitions. He also highlights better news from the energy front, including progress on a UAE pipeline that could bypass the Strait of Hormuz and a record-breaking U.S. oil lease auction in New Mexico's Permian Basin. Bryan then turns to new reporting on the early war plan involving former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, calling the idea deeply troubling if true, before unpacking the latest fallout from the San Diego Islamic Center shooting and the uncomfortable revelations about one of the deceased guards' support for Hitler and anti-Jewish rhetoric. The New Yorker staff writer Jason Zengerle joins Tyler Foggatt to discuss his Profile of Hakeem Jeffries, the House Minority Leader. They talk about how Jeffries has balanced resisting Donald Trump's agenda with holding together an increasingly fractious Democratic caucus, and whether Jeffries' measured persona and “light touch” as a leader are an asset or a weakness in the current climate. They also consider the Democrats' chances of reclaiming the House in the 2026 midterms—and what Jeffries could realistically accomplish if he becomes Speaker. This week's reading: “Can Hakeem Jeffries Lead a Democratic Takeover of the House?,” by Jason Zengerle “Can the Democrats Take Back the Senate?,” by Amy Davidson Sorkin “The Gaza Peace Plan Has Gone Nowhere,” by Isaac Chotiner “What Thomas Massie's Race Says About Trump's Influence,” by Jon Allsop “Benjamin Netanyahu's War at Home,” by Bernard Avishai See the Washington Roundtable live at 92NY on June 4th.The Political Scene draws on the reporting and analysis found in The New Yorker for lively conversations about the big questions in American politics. It's Monday, May 18th, A.D. 2026. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Daughter of imprisoned Chinese pastor urges his release Before he left for the Chinese-American summit in Beijing, President Donald Trump said that he would advocate for the release of Pastor Ezra Jin of the underground Zion Church who was arrested in October 2025 during a massive Communist crackdown against the body of Christ. In a recent interview on Fox News Channel, Grace Drexel, his daughter, who emigrated to America several years ago, spoke about her father's church. DREXEL: “My father's church was one of the largest independent churches in China, and for that reason they came after my father. The charge against them was the illegal use of information networks, because he was hosting his services, both online and offline, having smaller groups meet together.” She described Pastor Jin's character. DREXEL: “My father is a pastor in China, and, like Christians everywhere, he believed that the church should only have one God and serve one God. He led his church in order to be faithful to Scripture and faithful to his beliefs. “Ultimately, I know my father as just a very gentle and kind man. He is not very confrontational. This kind and gentle man is now in prison. They handcuffed him and shaved his hair, and is not getting his medication that he needs -- all because he was just leading a church.” Grace was counting on U.S. President Trump to negotiate her father's release from his unjust imprisonment with Chinese President Xi Jinping. DREXEL: “We hope that, as the two leaders are meeting together, that they will both have a softening of the hearts and will release my father and allow him to come to the U.S.” According to President Trump, President Jinping was “going to strongly consider the pastor,” reports The Hill.com. Grace Drexel, Pastor Jin's daughter, advocated for the release of hundreds of other pastors who have also been unfairly imprisoned for their faith in Jesus Christ. DREXEL: “We see that this is not an isolated case. There are so many pastors and church leaders and churches being persecuted in China actively today. In fact, we know that there are hundreds of pastors that are currently in prison, or are in detention, or have recently, very recently, been released. This is a very critical period in China, and it's very disheartening and very scary for many Christians in China.” Send a polite, 2-sentence letter urging Pastor Ezra Jin's release to Ambassador Xie Feng, Chinese Embassy, 3505 International Place, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20008. Church of Scotland sees surge of converts amid “deep spiritual hunger” The Church of Scotland in the United Kingdom has seen a surge of converts since the COVID-19 pandemic amid what one clergyman called "a deep spiritual hunger,” reports The Christian Post. In 2025, 820 people in the denomination affirmed faith in the saving work of Jesus Christ, which is nearly double the 428 people who did so in 2021, according to official church figures. In a May 8th report, church leaders wrote, "We are seeing evidence of increased Bible engagement, renewed interest in spiritual questions, growing church attendance, and more young people and young adults coming to faith with confidence." Rev. David Cameron noted that 3,292 Scotts have professed faith in Christ between 2021 and 2025. He said, "I believe this growth reflects the fact that, even in uncertain times, there remains a deep spiritual hunger within our parishes." The new conversions come amid a wider decline in membership in the Church of Scotland, whose approximately 229,000 members recorded at the end of 2025 indicated a fall of 5% from 2024, primarily because of death. The Church of Scotland, which was established in the 16th century as a Reformed, Presbyterian denomination, differs from the Church of England in that it does not recognize the British monarch as its political head. Sadly, in 2016 the Scottish church rejetced clear Biblical teaching and allowed its clergy to enter into faux homosexual marriages and civil partnerships. Then, in May 2022, the Church of Scotland General Assembly voted in favor of permitting the church's clergy to conduct homosexual faux marriages, reported the BBC. Romans 1:26-27 says, “God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another.” Supreme Court allows Abortion Kill Pill to continue to be sent by mail Here in the United States, on May 14th, the Supreme Court ruled to allow the Abortion Kill Pill to continue to be sent through the mail. It trumped the May 1st ruling by a federal appeals court in Louisiana which had barred the mailing of mifepristone, one of two drugs used in medication abortions, which is the preferred murder method that 63% of mothers choose who wish to abort their children. To their credit, Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito both dissented. Alito contended that “[w]hat is at stake is the perpetration of a scheme to undermine our decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization,” the court's 2022 decision overturning Roe v. Wade. Gov. DeSantis vs. House Minority Leader Jeffries on redistricting Ever since the Virginia Supreme Court rejected the unconstitutional redistricting in Virginia where Republicans would only be left with one of 11 Congressional seats, Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has been discouraging Florida Republican politicians from doing their own redistricting, reports The Hill.com. Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis got a kick out Congressman Jeffries' rhetoric. DeSANTIS: “I heard this guy, Jeffries, popping off in Washington, about Florida. He wants to be Speaker of the House, and he's more liberal than [Nancy] Pelosi from New York City. We're going to go after Florida. Please be my guest. I will pay for you to come down to Florida and campaign. I'll put you up in the Florida governor's mansion. We'll take you fishing. “There's nothing that could be better for Republicans in Florida than to see Hakeem Jeffries everywhere around this state. Voters will not like what they see. They will not want that type of ideology. And so, the door is open. The invitation is out there. I don't think there would be anything better for the Republican Party of Florida, but to have Jeffries there. “Now, I kind of feel bad for the guy, because he's as left as they come. He's always going left, and yet the Far Left hates him. You know, they call him a ‘Dollar Store Obama.'” On May 15th, the Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Virginia Democrats to revive their lopsided redistricting plan, reports Politico.com. Missionary Sheldon Jackson felt compelled to share Gospel And finally, 192 years ago today, Sheldon Jackson was born in 1834. He wanted to become a missionary overseas, but the Presbyterian board told the five-foot-tall Jackson, who had weak eyesight and was often ill, that he would be better suited for duty in the United States. Jackson's first assignment was at the Choctaw mission in Oklahoma Territory, where he worked until poor health forced him to go back East in 1859. In the summer of 1869, Jackson went on a missionary tour using the railroad and stage lines, establishing a church a day. Jackson found his major life's work in the new territory of Alaska with 20,000 miles of coastline. In 1867, Secretary of State William Seward, during the administration of President Andrew Johnson, had negotiated the Alaska Purchase from Russia. In 1877, Jackson began his work in Alaska. He became committed to the Christian, educational, and economic wellbeing of the Alaska Natives. He famously said, “I must work the works of Him Who sent me while it is yet day,” adapting the command of John 9:4. The Scripture says, “As long as it is day, we must do the works of Him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.” Ultimately, he travelled one million miles and established more than one hundred missions and churches, mostly in the Western United States. This week on the Mark Levin Show, Rep. Hakeem Jeffries is a radical leftist who seeks to destroy the country's legal, judicial, and electoral systems. He's demanding that the courts deliver whatever his party demands and, in doing so, he is also trying to intimidate the justices of the Supreme Court. He says, "everything is on the table," but the Constitution belongs to all of us and is not on the table. Later, the situation in New York City, where Jews, synagogues, and Jewish neighborhoods face violent attacks, hounding, and harassment, is a disaster and disgrace—but it is occurring across the entire country. The ruling class is to blame, particularly intensified under the Biden administration, with open borders, efforts to undermine ICE and border patrol, and the failure to remove threats. Urgent action is required: take every legal and law enforcement step to deport imams and phony scholars, shut down groups like CAIR, and defund and clean out colleges and universities. Also, people are fleeing blue states, which are depopulating, while red states are gaining population through domestic migration. In NYC, Mamdani is actively trying to force out the Jewish community, then the Christian community and capitalists, in order to transform the city into a Marxist Islamist one, regardless of resulting poverty or debt. Both Marxism and Islamism are incompatible with Americanism, rooted in Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment values of live-and-let-live, as they demand destruction or compliance. Mayor Mamdani has yet to come out with a forceful emotional condemnation of Islamo-Nazis brutalizing and harassing Jews in New York communities and synagogues. He is deliberately pushing Jews, businesses, and the middle class out of New York through high property taxes and a phony budget involving wealth redistribution - aiming to transform the city into an Islamist capital. The average American child now spends 50 hours a week on a screen. Only 31% of them still believe in God — compared to 68% of their grandparents. And the average boy is first exposed to pornography at age 12. What's happening inside their developing brains while we look away? Lance Wallnau sits down with Brent Dusing, founder of TruPlay Games, to expose what Big Tech is putting in front of your kids — and what it's quietly blocking from reaching them. Are kids' brains being rewired through their screens? In this episode: * The 50-hour-a-week screen-time number every parent and grandparent needs to know * Why only 31% of kids today still believe in God — down from 68% in their grandparents' generation * The cartoon image of Jesus that Google labeled "too violent" for children — while approving Diablo, Roblox blood pentagrams, and a game that recreated the Uvalde school shooting * The age the average boy is first exposed to pornography — and what it's doing to a still-developing brain * How a faith-based kids' gaming platform was banned from advertising on Google and TikTok for over a year — and the quiet shift that just started happening * The link between record-high childhood anxiety, depression, and suicide rates and the rise of the smartphone * Plus: the UK political collapse, the leaked Hakeem Jeffries call, and the Supreme Court ruling that just quietly rewrote the 2026 midterms If you're a parent, grandparent, pastor, or teacher — this is one of the most important conversations on the show this year. These numbers aren't opinion. They're happening to your kids right now. Podcast Episode 2119: Are Kids Brains Getting Rewired Through Their Screens? | don't miss this! On episode 131 of Native Land Pod, hosts Angela Rye, Andrew Gillum, and Bakari Sellers field a listener question about whether it's worth voting when the ballot offers no candidate who actually represents her. It’s an especially potent question in light of redistricting, the recent Supreme Court gutting of the Voting Rights Act, and the chaos of states redrawing maps in the middle of an election cycle. FOR YOUR SITUATIONAL AWARENESS: GOP Rep. Jen Kiggans laughed and said "yes, yes to that" while a radio host told Hakeem Jeffries to "get your cotton-picking hands off of Virginia." Kiggans later claimed she didn't hear the "cotton-picking" line. Jeffries is calling for her resignation. All six conservative Supreme Court justices attended Trump's state dinner honoring King Charles the night before the Louisiana voting rights decision dropped — a ruling that further guts the Voting Rights Act of 1965. On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Rep Hakeem Jeffries is a radical leftist who seeks to destroy the country's legal, judicial, and electoral systems. He's demanding that the courts deliver whatever his party demands and, in doing so, he is also trying to intimidate the justices of the Supreme Court. He says, "everything is on the table," but the Constitution belongs to all of us and is not on the table. We need to make plans to stop this madman should he become speaker. The Democrats seek a dumbed-down, non-English-speaking population that hates the country, refuses to assimilate, and believes it is entitled to whatever it wants. Meanwhile, look what the Democrats are doing in California - they are trying to undermine election integrity and a republican system by constantly changing rules to guarantee their victories. In California, the jungle primary system, adopted via Proposition 14, is now facing a petition to revert to traditional party-specific primaries because Democrats fear two Republicans could advance to replace Governor Newsom. California does have a bright spot – Spencer Pratt, running for mayor of Los Angeles. Also, the Supreme Court's tariff ruling has given a powerful tool to China's Xi to resist economic pressure by the President. You needn't be an advocate of tariffs to disagree with the Court's ruling. That said, it certainly is very unhelpful to the President's leverage in dealing with Xi, precisely for the reasons the administration argued to the Court. Later, the Iranian regime must be defeated, as it poses a permanent threat and will never honor any agreements due to its fundamentalist ideology, which it has turned into a religious movement. This ideology views the West, Israel, the United States, and Europe as enemies. The regime exhibits a thug-like mentality involving rape and abuse of women, girls, and boys, practiced in Iran, Gaza, by Hezbollah, in Syria, and beyond. Westerners and especially Democrats fail to understand this, offering aid through appeasement, radical pacifism, nuclear deals, and billions in subsidies. Learn more about your ad choices. SEASON 4 EPISODE 84: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (3:00) SPECIAL COMMENT: Back from a week off just in time to put the podcast on health hiatus...details within today's supersized edition. Plus, befitting the time off, some meta pictures on how Democrats should plan for what they want this country to look like on its 300th anniversary, if it lasts that long. Will we have jailed Trump and gotten back the money he took? Undone his damage? Eliminated the anachronistic idea that Wyoming should have as many senators as California? Let the Supreme Court continue to lie, cheat and steal the democracy from under us? As John Candy said in "Splash": Think big, be big, my friend. MORE IMMEDIATELY: Whaddya mean the Governor of Virginia hasn't been BRIEFED on the way to overturn her state's Supreme Court's usurpation of redistricting? Why the hell not Hakeem Jeffries? Anybody notice Trump is simply rotating the same three lies about Iran? Why are only independent journalists like Garrett Graff still covering the WHCD non-shooting when the New York Times is doing 31 paragraphs on the future of the dinner like anybody gave a crap? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: stop saying Trump is painting everything GOLD. That color is not GOLD. It is the color of WEE WEE. Say it. Use the clinical terms, use the gutter terms. The gutter terms define this idiot president. Stop saying gold when you mean whizzzzzzzzzzzzzz. B-Block (56:00) ON THE PASSING OF TED TURNER: Hard to believe few of the obituaries mentioned how he also invented 7-day-a-week sports on national television. Or how Jane Fonda kept him from destroying himself in, like, 1982. One particularly harrowing saga had him telling the lowest ranking staffer at CNN's Washington Bureau which way, when he finally decided he'd do it, he'd do it. And this is said with admiration and affection for the man who created the place where I and so many of the figures of the last 45 years began our TV careers. C-Block (1:30:00) ALL TED ALL THE TIME: I was holding back until I was certain I wouldn't jinx him. My beloved first rescue dog, Ted, was up against it last fall. I took him to the University of Florida for life-saving open heart surgery and boy, did they! Eight hours on the table, eight hours of SICU, all for an eight pound dog and now - he's not even on any medications! It's a long story and I would insist it's worth hearing it.
