Ryan Wilson is a professional rugby player for Glasgow Warriors and Scotland. Having represented Scotland 50 times of which he is eligible via his maternal grandparents, his most recent representation for the national team culminated in not only his 50th cap but the first time Scotland have beaten France on French soil in 20 years. He is the 2nd most capped Glasgow warrior of all time with 220+ professional games and has been a loyal servant to his club over the past 13 years of which he captained the club for 5 competing at the highest level in European rugby. He's also a familiar face in the podcast world hosting ‘The Offload' weekly and interviewing some of the biggest names in the sport. The podcast along with his experiences through-out his career which certainly hasn't been plain sailing has leant itself to carving a public speaking role for the ‘Scotsman with a not so Scottish accent'.
Sammi is one of the UK's leading wheelchair racers and the fastest ever British female over all her main events. She is a double Paralympic medallist, a 5 times world medallist and and been both World Champion and World Record holder during her extraordinary career. Sammi took up sport in 2011 following an accident on her family farm in the Scottish Borders. The accident left her unable to walk, but after being introduced to the sport of wheelchair racing she was determined to become one of the very best in the world. An OG attendee Run Club member, Dan is a mental health advocate and a CrossFit coach, but it wasn't always that way. A severe decline in his meant health led to him leaving his career in the City and forced him to rethink his life. He advocates for addressing the stigmas around male mental health and suicide rates, developing meaningful human connection and why a life of authenticity is our only true purpose. In 2022, Dan is running 4,369km, which represents the number of men that die by suicide in UK, every year. Gail Madalena BA(Hons), DipCNM, mBANT is a registered nutritional therapist specialising in fertility and women's health.
