Eva Marie Yoga Yoga instructor living in Costa Rica… I am originally from New York and then lived for 15 years in Saint Augustine, Florida. I have two grown children and a grandchild from my first marriage. Five years ago my second husband passed away January 2016 and I was trying to decide what the rest of my life was going to look like. I had been practicing yoga for six years and decided to go for a yoga teacher training January 2017 in Cabuya, Costa Rica. I ended up loving it so much that I did a second training there six months later. I had the travel bug and hosted a retreat in Mexico and then another retreat back in Costa Rica which really always felt like home to me. I applied for a yoga teacher job in Montezuma, Costa Rica and then traveled to India for a month. I got the job and in November 2018 when I returned from India I left everything behind.
