Love isn't just chemistry—it's communication, polarity, self-worth, and the courage to show up authentically. In this deeply insightful and empowering conversation, Dr. Anna Cabeca sits down with world-renowned dating and relationship expert Mat Boggs, bestselling author of Project Everlasting and his newest book, Cracking the Man Code, to uncover the real dynamics behind attraction, commitment, and lasting intimacy. Together, they explore what truly makes a man fall in love—and what makes love last. Whether you're navigating midlife dating, healing after heartbreak, or rekindling passion in a long-term relationship, this episode will transform how you understand masculine and feminine energy, emotional connection, and your own magnetic power. Dr. Anna brings her expertise in hormones, oxytocin, and female physiology to the conversation—revealing how our biology, nervous system, and self-worth shape our relationships more than we realize. You'll learn how to communicate your needs without losing your independence, stop over-functioning in masculine energy, and step into your feminine strength in a way that inspires devotion, partnership, and emotional safety. This is a must-listen episode for any woman ready to attract—or reignite—a passionate, deeply connected relationship. What You'll Learn in This Episode ● Why masculine and feminine polarity drives attraction—and how to use it consciously ● How over-functioning in masculine energy can unintentionally repel the partner you desire ● The surprising hormonal and emotional effects of intimacy before commitment ● How oxytocin, dopamine, and bonding hormones shape attachment ● The difference between chasing and inviting pursuit ● Why friendship and shared adventure are essential for lifelong passion ● How to communicate your needs in a way that deepens connection instead of creating conflict ● The foundational role of self-love in becoming magnetic ● Daily practices to increase self-worth, confidence, and relational success Why This Matters—Especially in Midlife As women step into midlife, many have spent decades leading—in careers, families, and businesses. But this leadership strength can sometimes make it difficult to shift into receptive feminine energy in relationships. Dr. Anna and Mat explore how to create balance without sacrificing independence—and how understanding your biology, nervous system, and emotional patterns can help you attract the love you truly deserve. Because thriving relationships aren't about losing power. They're about aligning with your authentic energy. Memorable Quotes "Femininity is not passive, submissive, or weak. It is proactive, powerful, and magnetic." — Mat Boggs "Half of manifesting your partner faster is getting rid of the wrong partners sooner." — Mat Boggs "Partnership doesn't start outside of you. In this episode, Dr Nafees Hamid speaks with Michael Shipler, King's College London War Studies alumnus and Vice President of Leadership Development & Partnerships at Search for Common Ground (SFCG), the world's largest dedicated peacebuilding organisation. With global cooperation declining and populism and authoritarianism on the rise, Nafees and Michael explore how those on opposite sides can be brought together. Drawing on SFCG's work in conflict‑affected regions around the world, their conversation covers topics from moral injury to the use of art in peacebuilding, and why conflict itself isn't the problem - it's how we choose to manage it. Learn more about SFCG and their work here: https://www.sfcg.org/ This episode is produced as part of the Cross-Border Conflict Evidence, Policy and Trends (XCEPT) programme, which seeks to understand the drivers of violent and peaceful behaviour in conflict‑affected populations and to support practical solutions for peace. Before we jump in, quick time out... This episode is not meant to become ammo in your next relationship debate. It's not for a husband to say, “See? This is what I've been telling you,” or for a wife to respond with, “Finally, someone said it.” That's not the heart behind this conversation. The goal here is to think differently about roles, responsibility, and how we show up for each other. It's about being open to feedback, owning our part, and building stronger partnerships... not keeping score. If this sparks a conversation at home, great. Just make sure it's a healthy one. Five Key Insights From This Conversation:This Isn't About Winning, It's About Owning Your Part - The goal isn't to weaponize the conversation. It's not “Here's what you need to fix.” It's “Where can I show up better?” Healthy relationships grow when both people focus on ownership, not scorekeeping. Roles Are About Responsibility, Not Hierarchy - Having a role doesn't mean superiority. It means stewardship. Leadership in the home isn't control. It's service. Creating space for leadership isn't shrinking, it's partnership. You Don't Get the Role Automatically, You Earn It - Just being a husband doesn't mean you're leading well. Leadership is built through initiative, consistency, and service. If you want to feel necessary, you have to show up in a way that makes you reliable and trustworthy. How Feedback Is Delivered and Received Changes Everything - Most conflict isn't about the issue itself — it's about how it's communicated. Defensiveness shuts growth down. Curiosity opens it up. Instead of reacting, try: “Help me understand what you mean.” That shift alone can change the tone of a marriage.Respect and Love Land Differently and That Matters - Men and women often experience connection differently. Many men feel loved when they feel trusted and respected. Many women feel secure when they feel emotionally supported and prioritized. Neither is wrong. But ignoring those differences creates drift. One TruthYou can't demand a better role in your relationship. You have to become someone worth trusting with it.

This week, I’m sitting down with the incredible Becs Gentry. Many of you know her as a powerhouse Peloton instructor, but she is stepping into a massive new chapter as a HOKA Global Brand Ambassador. It’s a synergy that marks her return to the trails and ultra-running—the place where she first fell in love with the running community. In this episode, Becs gets real about the logistics of being a global athlete and a mother. We dive deep into her discipline and how she manages to schedule high-stress training alongside her non-negotiables. She shares a powerful perspective on priority, noting that while she is deeply disciplined, she has learned that training isn't always the highest priority—the health and happiness of herself and her family, especially her daughter Talulah, always come first. We also discuss the lessons she’s learning in this chapter, from the importance of protecting her mental health by setting boundaries with social media to the value of reassessing goals when the passion starts to fade. Becs reminds us all that life is too short not to enjoy what we do in our spare time, and sometimes, the best thing you can do for your growth is to step away and find a new route to the top of the mountain. IN THIS EPISODE This episode is a masterclass in navigating life's major pivots with grace and a "family-first" filter. Here are the highlights and most quotable moments from your conversation with Becs Gentry: "In This Episode" Highlights The HOKA Era: Becs discusses her new role as a HOKA Global Brand Ambassador and how the brand's focus on community and versatile performance aligns with her current chapter. The Reality of Discipline: A deep dive into how Becs manages a grueling training schedule, highlighting that discipline isn't about being "perfect" every day, but about making things happen within the reality of your current life. Family as the North Star: Becs opens up about how her daughter, Tallulah, has completely reframed her "why," and why she chooses to set strict boundaries with technology to remain present. The Power of "No": She shares the vulnerable story of why she walked away from a marathon goal in June 2025 because she realized she was "climbing a slippery wall" with no passion for the project. New Representation: The transition to being represented by Always Alpha and how having a team helps her value her own worth in a "dog-eat-dog" business world. Intentional Living: From using a "Brick" to block social media apps to recording memories on a vintage camcorder, Becs shares her strategies for reclaiming her time from the "pocket computer". QUOTABLE MOMENTS "HOKA is a brand that blends performance with a very welcoming community to every type of runner... It is not just about having the fastest, flashiest, most expensive shoe on the market. It is about so much more than that." "Burnout doesn't come from overtraining or overdoing something. It comes from trying to achieve something that you have no passion for. It's like trying to climb up a slippery wall. You may get there, but you're going to be so exhausted and cut up and bruised and defeated by the time you get to the top." "Humans get a sense of having done it—this sense of achievement—when we tell somebody what we're working toward. The more and more people you tell and they give you that same response, it waters down and lessens your want to feel that thing when you've actually done it." "Everything I do as a woman in sport and business is striving to help my daughter not have to go through what our generations and all the generations before us have had to go through, which has been struggling to get ourselves heard and recognized for the goodness that we have and do." We are back from our Palm Springs retreat, and feeling so lit up to share what we felt and observed in our magical container! In this episode, we dive into the deeper themes that are surfacing during this powerful transitional time. As we move closer to 2027 and the energetic shift into a new paradigm, we explore what it means to consciously "midwife" change—both collectively and in our personal lives. From redefining leadership and healing romantic partnerships to understanding Human Design bonding mechanics like Penta and Wa dynamics, this conversation weaves together vulnerability, growth, community, and the courage to evolve without abandoning ourselves. If you've been feeling the crumbling, the intensity, or the call to deeper connection, this episode is your reminder: you are not alone—and your growth matters. Key Takeaways: Why we are midwifing a New Paradigm as old systems crumble, and how we're being called to hold multiple truths at once: rage and love, grief and hope, fear and expansion. The power of conscious community (Wa) and small group dynamics (Penta)—and why understanding the energetic differences between partnership, family Penta (3–5 people), and larger Wa groups can be life-changing. Why many women are experiencing rapid emotional and spiritual growth and feeling the tension of "outgrowing" their partners—and how to navigate that space without ego, judgment, or self-abandonment while honoring your own evolution. How leadership is being reimagined in the New Paradigm, and why emotional intelligence, vulnerability, collaboration, and heart-led strength are rising as powerful forces in this next era. Partnership as a spiritual practice. Why true conscious partnership, whether romantic or business, isn't about sameness but about loving across differences, healing ego, and allowing relationships to make you more alive, not smaller. Why Human Design bonding mechanics matter now more than ever, and how these advanced dynamics offer profound clarity for navigating relationships in both our personal and professional lives. 64 Gates & Gene Keys Mastery Course FREE Transits & The Harmonic Gate Mini-Course FREE Human Design Readings 101 Masterclass Book a Reading With Us Here! In this final session of the three-part series, Brian and Kristen reflect on what has shifted—and what still feels tender. They don't have “big crimes” in their marriage. No betrayal. No catastrophe. What they have are patterns. And the courage to look at them. This episode centers on their struggle around the language of “over-functioner” and “under-functioner.” What started as a helpful framework became a pain point—especially for Brian, whose family-of-origin history makes accusations of “not doing enough” land deeply. Zach helps them untangle what's really underneath the label: It's not about over-functioning. It's about expectations. It's about connection before correction. It's about role clarity. It's about appreciation. Through a simple example—a snowy driveway on the day they learned a friend had died—the couple sees how context, grief, and unmet expectations can spiral quickly. But they also discover something new: Brian doesn't need fewer requests. He needs more connection and appreciation first. Kristen doesn't need better labels. She needs help carrying the mental and emotional load. In the end, they shift from asking, “Who's over- or under-functioning?” to asking: Who's showing up right now—and how can we show up better for each other? Key Takeaways Labels can illuminate—but they can also wound Context (stress, grief, hunger, fatigue) matters more than theory Connection before correction changes everything Over-functioning often hides an unspoken request for help Defensiveness often protects an old family-of-origin wound Appreciation softens difficult conversations “What do you want more of?” is more useful than “What do you want less of?” Playing the long game means collaborating, not competing Learn more about your ad choices. In this solo episode, Dr. Fiona Lovely delivers an urgent and empowering message about brain health that every woman needs to hear. She breaks down a brand-new research review examining how menopause specifically impacts the female brain, revealing why postmenopausal women account for more than 60 percent of those living with Alzheimer's disease. Rather than leaving listeners with frightening statistics, Dr. Lovely transforms this information into actionable knowledge, explaining exactly how declining estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone along with inadequate nutrition, stress and aging create a perfect storm for neurodegeneration through increased inflammation, and breakdown of the protective blood-brain barrier. What makes this episode particularly valuable is Dr. Lovely's practical guidance on modifiable risk factors that women can address starting today. She explores the critical connection between the gut microbiome and brain defense systems, offering specific nutritional strategies that support cognitive health during the menopausal transition. Listeners will learn why good protein intake becomes non-negotiable at midlife, which foods deliver the omega-3s, antioxidants, and flavonoids brains desperately need, and how to identify ultra-processed and nutrient-void foods that may be undermining our efforts. Dr. Lovely also addresses timely concerns about popular weight loss medications, explaining why adequate nutrition must remain the priority even when appetite is suppressed. In this powerful episode of the Millionaire Car Salesman Podcast, Sean V. Bradley sits down with former UFC Heavyweight Champion Tim Sylvia and Jake Rask, VP of Oval Business Solutions, for a conversation that connects championship-level discipline with dealership-level profitability! What does elite combat sports training have to do with running a successful car dealership? More than you think. "Training, role play, practice, drill, rehearse… the quick you get it done, the quicker you figure that out, the better off you're going to be." - Tim Sylvia This episode explores how the mindset, preparation, and strategic execution required to win at the highest levels of professional sports translate directly into leadership, performance, and financial optimization inside the automotive industry. The discussion moves beyond motivation and into real-world business impact… especially when it comes to identifying hidden financial leaks that most dealerships overlook. "The food tastes different if you sit at a table with winners." - Jake Rask Sean, Tim, and Jake dive into operational blind spots, financial awareness, and why dealerships must take a closer look at the systems quietly affecting their bottom line. It's not just about selling more cars, it's about protecting the profit you're already earning. "We truly want to build legacies. We are not in this just to make a quick buck." - Tim Sylvia If you're a dealer principal, general manager, sales manager, or automotive entrepreneur looking to tighten operations and strengthen profitability in 2026 and beyond, this episode delivers a perspective you won't hear anywhere else. Because sometimes the biggest wins don't happen on the showroom floor… they happen behind the scenes! Key Takeaways: ✅ Training and Discipline: Tim Sylvia emphasizes that success in both professional sports and business relies heavily on consistent training, discipline, and dedication. ✅ Operational Cost Savings: Oval Business Solutions offers car dealerships the opportunity to significantly reduce credit card processing fees, often saving tens of thousands annually. ✅ Strategic Partnerships: By leveraging a legacy contract, Oval Business Solutions provides unmatched rates in the market, helped by the strong partnerships and experience Jake Rask brings to the table. ✅ Personalized Services: The guests highlight their family-owned business approach, which guarantees personalized and reliable customer service, setting them apart from larger, impersonal corporations. ✅ Community Engagement: Tim Sylvia offers to visit client dealerships for promotional events, reflecting a commitment to building strong community and customer relationships. About Tim Sylvia Tim Sylvia is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion widely respected in the mixed martial arts (MMA) community for his impressive record and dedication to the sport. Over his career, he achieved notable victories and was known for his commitment to training and peak physical performance. Recently, Tim has embarked on a new journey in the automotive industry, bringing his champion mindset to Oval Business Solutions, where he is involved in strategic partnerships and development. About Jake Rask Jake Rask is the Vice President of Oval Business Solutions, a leading company with over 30 years of experience in credit card processing. With a background as a dealership principal and prior connections to major business figures, he offers expert insights into the complexities of credit card fee management, aiming to save dealerships substantial operational costs. Saving Dealers Big Bucks: Credit Card Fee Solutions Unveiled Key Takeaways Unseen savings opportunities exist within automotive dealership processes, particularly in credit card processing fees. These fees, if unchecked, can heavily impact profit margins. In both sports and business, honesty and dedication can separate the champions from the amateurs. This principle is echoed by former UFC Champion Tim Sylvia, who emphasizes hard work and honesty in whatever venture you undertake. Partnerships with seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds, like those in the UFC, offer unique insights and solutions that can shift a dealership's financial trajectory. Leveraging Unseen Opportunities in Credit Card Processing In the competitive world of automotive sales, finding untapped resources for savings can be revolutionary. Sean V. Bradley and his guest, former UFC heavyweight champion Tim Sylvia, discuss a topic that often goes unnoticed—credit card processing fees. Sylvia, now an advocate for greater transparency in credit card processing through his partnership with Oval Business Solutions, highlights the significant impact these fees can have on a dealership's bottom line. "Just to pay for their stupid credit card fee," Sylvia points out, "they have to sell six cars." A startling realization when considering the average dealership's sales metrics, it illustrates how these hidden costs may significantly hinder financial growth. Instead of falling prey to these fees, dealers have the opportunity to reduce them by partnering with experts who understand the intricacies of the industry. By transitioning to strategies that prioritize transparency and efficiency, dealers could potentially recover thousands of dollars otherwise lost to excessive processing charges. This newfound capital can be reinvested into operations that drive advancement and success. The Importance of Training: Lessons from the Octagon Sylvia draws parallels between the dedication needed for professional sports and business success. His transition from a UFC champion to a formidable figure in the automotive credit card processing sphere underscores the significance of relentless training and discipline. "The quicker you get it done, the quicker you figure that out, the better off you're gonna be," Sylvia advises, a testament to how champions hone their skills—a process applicable beyond the ring. Dealers, much like athletes, must train continuously, embracing cutting-edge strategies and technologies to stay ahead. Dealers who invest in extensive training enjoy a tangible edge over competitors who rely on outdated practices. As highlighted further during the podcast, training should not end with just mastering sales tactics. It encompasses knowing every facet of the business, from customer interaction to financial strategies—ensuring every tax dollar saved and every sale made contribute significantly to the dealership's profitability. Collaboration Equals Innovation: Bridging Sports and Sales Bradley's podcast shines a light on innovative solutions born from unique collaborations between industries. Sylvia's partnership with Oval Business Solutions, supported by CEO Jake Rask, showcases how harnessing diverse expertise can redefine dealership success. Rask, drawing on his own experiences as a former dealer principal, provides invaluable insights into navigating the often murky waters of credit card processing fees. Rask affirms, "Your vibe attracts your tribe," emphasizing that surrounding oneself with winners cultivates a culture of success across all domains. In dealerships, this principle echoes the necessity of aligning with knowledgeable partners, not only for immediate savings but also for sustained growth potential. This convergence of sports discipline and business acumen can transform auto dealerships, offering creative new pathways to efficiency, profitability, and reputation management by utilizing connections of high esteem and diverse backgrounds. Dealerships seeking to seize these opportunities must consider the benefits of engaging with leaders who bring unique, field-tested experiences and fresh tactics to the table. Utilizing such collaborations in dealership settings furthers growth while substantially boosting the bottom line. By comprehensively exploring hidden savings, deploying relentless training principles, and engaging in strategic collaborations, dealerships can position themselves for enduring profitability and success. The takeaways from this dialogue provide crucial insights into how management can reshape organizational strategies, seizing untapped potentials often overlooked in the realms of financial logistics. With this understanding, stakeholders can initiate transformative changes to tackle both visible and unseen challenges, leading their dealerships toward a prosperous future in the automotive industry. In this episode, Mike and Tim ask a provocative question: Is "Christ is King" becoming blasphemy? They begin by analyzing recent political rhetoric, specifically a speech by Pete Hegseth, to discuss how biblical language can be hijacked for coercive power rather than reflecting the character of Jesus. The hosts argue that proclaiming theological truths while living in opposition to the way of Jesus is a distortion of "faith and politics." The conversation then shifts to a deep exploration of the Lord's Prayer and the petition, "Your Kingdom come." Mike and Tim unpack the concept of the "anti-kingdom," explaining that Jesus preached the Kingdom of God in enemy-occupied territory. They explore "theology" regarding the "powers and principalities," looking at the Divine Council in the Psalms, the "heavenly host" in Genesis, and how the biblical authors understood the spiritual forces behind structural evil and injustice. This isn't just about ancient myths; it is about understanding "the role of the church in society" when facing systemic corruption. By contrasting the "cruciformity" of the Gospel with the power dynamics of empire, the guys offer a framework for "navigating cultural challenges" with wisdom. They highlight that true "Christianity" recognizes the spiritual battle at play—not just in individuals, but in cultural patterns and ideologies. As the hosts discuss the "seen and unseen" realms, they emphasize the importance of prayer and "justice" in a world that is both beautiful and broken. We encourage and would love discussion as we pursue these complex topics, so please engage the conversation on Facebook and Instagram. They look so beautifully abandoned, even in use. You say they look like arks after the sea's dried up, I say they look like pirate ships, and I think of that walk in the valley where J said, You don't believe in God? And I said, No. I believe in this connection we all have to nature, to each other, to the universe. And she said, Yeah, God. And how we stood there, low beasts among the white oaks, Spanish moss, and spider webs, obsidian shards stuck in our pockets, woodpecker flurry, and I refused to call it so. So instead, we looked up at the unruly sky, its clouds in simple animal shapes we could name though we knew they were really just clouds— disorderly, and marvelous, and ours. A decades-long research project has learned that the quality of our lives depends on the quality of our relationships. And what a tragedy that so many of us do not have the tools to create deep, intimate, connected relationships. We have a tendency to hide our true selves behind half-truths, behind saying we're 'fine' when we're not, behind being so amenable and accommodating that we never rock the boat. And yet, in seeking to keep things low-maintenance and easy, we are being dishonest with ourselves and with our partner about who we really are, what we really desire and prefer, and we show up instead as a shallow shell of who we really are. Until we truly learn how to be honest with ourselves and with our partners about who we are and what we really want, we will never be able to create the equal partnerships so many of us crave. Step into Episode 200 of ‘On The Delo' as Delo celebrates a major milestone by sitting down with fellow "Delo" Dave Delos, a 30-year bar industry veteran, owner of six neighborhood dive bars, and president of the Arizona Licensed Beverage Association (ALBA). From growing up in Poughkeepsie, New York, and building homes with his hands to buying his first bar from his father-in-law Tony Marino in 1996, Dave shares the full arc of how hard work, family, and a willingness to "figure it out" built a six-location dive bar empire across the West Valley. The conversation goes deep on what it really means to run a family business in hospitality, how Dave and his wife Lori built their operation together (she's known as "the executioner" for a reason), and how their son and daughter have now stepped into daily operations and HR to carry the legacy forward. Dave also opens up about life at 60, losing his father last year, taking his 86-year-old mom wine tasting, and why golf, travel, cooking, and wine at night keep him grounded. You'll hear one of the wildest bar stories ever told involving a live World War II hand grenade thrown into one of his bars, plus Dave's journey from ALBA board member to seven-year president, why a $200,000 Series 6 license needs protecting, and where he stands on mandatory Title 4 training and personal responsibility. Stay for rapid fire on Sunday day drinkers, Michelob Ultra, napkin deals, White Castle, and why dive bars are the fabric of America.Chapter Guide (Timestamps):(0:00 - 2:53) Episode 200 Celebration, "On The Delos," and Why Delo Matters to the Industry(2:54 - 6:38) Growing Up in New York, the Mazda B2000 Road Trip, and Meeting His Wife at Gentleman's Choice(6:39 - 9:54) Moving to Arizona, Buying a Bar from Tony Marino, and Building Six Locations with His Hands(9:54 - 12:38) His Wife "The Executioner," Partnership, and What a Good Woman Does for Your Life and Business(12:39 - 15:18) Passing the Business to His Kids, College First, and Letting Go After 30 Years of Decisions(15:18 - 17:55) Life at 60: Golf, Travel, Wine at Night, and Taking His 86-Year-Old Mom Wine Tasting(17:56 - 20:52) The Live Hand Grenade Story: The Wildest Thing That's Ever Happened in One of His Bars(20:52 - 25:06) Getting Into ALBA, Industry Titans, Bill Weigel, and Why It's "My Time, My Turn"(25:06 - 29:02) What ALBA Does: Lobbying, Licensing, Protecting the $200K Series 6, and Don Isaacson at the Capitol(29:02 - 33:19) Title 4 Training, Mandatory vs. Voluntary, Personal Responsibility, and Masking Intoxication(33:19 - 35:42) ALBA Membership Benefits, $300/Year, Insurance Discounts, and a Welcome to New Members(35:42 - 42:03) Rapid Fire: Sunday Drinkers, Dive Bars, Michelob Ultra, Napkin Deals, White Castle, and Delo's Close
In Episode 318 of The Business Development Podcast, Kelly Kennedy sits down with Jemia and Tim Zagiel, Co-Founders of Pacific Ropes, to explore what it truly means to build a business in an environment where courage is not optional. What began as a small operation run from their living room grew into an industry-leading rope access company that helped modernize safety and training standards across Western Canada. Tim shares how his early experiences working on ropes without proper systems sparked a mission to professionalize the industry, while Jemia reveals how her transition from film into entrepreneurship helped shape the culture, operations, and leadership foundation that drives the company today. This episode goes far beyond rope access and into the mindset required to lead through uncertainty, fear, and constant external change. Jemia and Tim open up about surviving economic downturns, learning not to rely on a single client or industry, and the importance of diversification, relationships, and long-term thinking. At its core, Episode 318 is a powerful conversation about entrepreneurship, partnership, and the defining moments every leader faces when standing at the edge of the unknown and choosing to move forward anyway.Learn more about Tim and Jemia and their work with Pacific Ropes: www.pacificropes.comKey Takeaways: The moment before you go over the edge is where growth lives, and success often requires committing fully despite fear.Safety, preparation, and mindset are what allow people to operate confidently in environments where mistakes are not survivable.Building an industry does not require inventing everything yourself, it requires learning from others and bringing proven ideas into your market. You cannot build a resilient business with a single client or industry, diversification is what allows you to survive external shocks.Culture is built on trust and shared responsibility, especially when your team's lives depend on each other every day.Mindset is the foundation of resilience, and the ability to stay calm and find solutions during uncertainty determines long term survival. The best leaders are willing to ask for help and continuously learn, rather than pretending they already have all the answers.Partnership strength comes from respecting differences, where vision and caution work together to create sustainable growth.Fear never fully disappears, but learning to act despite fear is what separates those who build meaningful things.Success in business and life requires intentional boundaries, because achievement means nothing if you lose yourself or your family along the way.Special thank you to our 2026 Title Sponsors, Hypervac Technologies and Hyperfab.Hypervac continues to set the standard across North America for air excavation, bringing innovation, safety, and precision to some of the most demanding infrastructure projects in the world.
