Growth, success and achievement in life seems extremely hard. For so many of us, some of the biggest barriers we experience are based around the narrative we have created inside our own heads. Lack of belief, lack of ability, imposter syndrome, fear - these are some of the common experiences for so many people. In some cases we are held back by our environment. But in many cases, we stand in our own way. We explore this with Brian O'Loughlin and discuss some of the strategies we can use to overcome these barriers and change how we view ourselves and the world.
