Interpretations of the extensive videos of the shooting are mixed -- and much like the shooting death of Renee Good in Minneapolis just over two weeks ago, federal and state officials are at odds over what happened and why -- and who should investigate. Over the weekend, Fast & Furious star Vin Diesel has said that he is planning to bring Paul Walker’s character back in the final installment of the franchise, using digital technology.
