The B.A.R. association wants all states to adopt firearm confiscation laws, many of which involve Ex-Parte hearings. Kevin gives us the details on this. Eric Friday calls in talking about FL not issuing Concealed Carry Permits to people that were arrested maybe decades ago and putting the burden of proof on the person. Maj. Bill was able to sit in the studio with the guys and talk about a KFC employee claiming to a Law Enforcement Officer and threaten to arrest his supervisor at KFC to get the weekend off. Maj.Bill also tells us about an OR Sheriff that had a "Thin Blue Line Flag" removed from an officer break room in the courthouse "because someone was offended by that flag".... can you say Bull*&#@??? Mike, Kevin and Earl talk about the feel good measure of the recent "Gun Buy Back" events recently held. They don't do anything about crime, just make the public feel better and in some cases waste taxpayer money. Eric Friday from FLORIDACARRY.ORG calls in to talk about the update on the case of the FL sheriff that held guns from an individual longer than was legal, but he wasn't held accountable. The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF)issues a travel ban for the state of California. As California is refusing to recognize any concealed carry licenses/permits from any other state other than their own. Kevin and Earl talk to Wyn from WMDguns.com about Nickel Boron coatings. The guys didn't get to go into as much detail as they wanted to this time around, but we will have Wyn back on the show for sure. The guys talk about the drop test fiasco for the Sig 320 that has everyone in a buzz recently. Maj. Bill calls in with an update on the sad report of two Law Enforcement Officers being shot in Kissimmee FL, and two in PA in the same evening, as well as two fire fighters.

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey calls in and talks to the guys about open carry and campus carry in Florida. He also tells us about his video channel on Youtube, his most recent about the 4A's of Survival- Awarness, Arm, Avoidance, Attack. Sheriff Ivey is a big proponent on the general public being armed. Mike also got his take on the story of a judge in TN offering a reduced sentence. The judge will reduce the sentence 30 days if the inmate volunteers to get a vasectomy, Sheriff Ivey's comment.. "Wow." Eric Friday from Florida Carry calls in with an update on a case that is close to the Kel-Tec-Tec studios of firearms that were seized and then returned damaged. Craig from Firearms Policy Coalition calls in talking about Oregon passing a law allowing courts to seize firearms from anyone, even if they are not present in court. California is proposing new ammo regulations now, a $5 fee per transfer of ammo and possibly storage fees, and requiring permits to purchase ammo. It's getting to be more and more like the joke of Kommiefornia. Maj. Bill calls in telling us about a man that called the police to report a theft of his property, the only problem is his property that he reported stolen was Cocaine. And from the absurdity files, USA Today complains that the new movie Dunkirk doesn't have enough women and no lead actors of color. Do they realize the movie is based on an actual historical event that didn't involve many women or people of color in England during World War II?

Eric Friday from FL Carry calls us with an update on the Norman open carry case that is before the FL Supreme Court. Dr. John Edeen the Chief Surgeon of Arms Room Radio calls in and talks about the shooting at a Bronx hospital. One person was killed and six more were injured. Wonder how many of them could have been saved if the hospital allowed concealed carry by law abiding citizens. Maj. Bill the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of Arms Room Radio calls in telling us about a situation in NC. Two officers were responding to a call and the suspect pulled a rifle on the officers. One officer ended the possible gunfight with one shot from his issued side arm stopping the threat from the suspect as he was pointing the rifle at the officers partner.

Mike, Kevin and Earl get a call in from Eric Friday from FloridaCarry.org talking about legislators that have been working very hard for their Pro gun constituents and those that have not been working so hard, and he calls them out by name. Dr. John Edeen the newly appointed "Chief Surgeon of Arms Room Radio" and Dr. Robert Young both from Doctors for Responsible Gun Ownership DRGO.US sat down with the guys at the NRA Convention in ATL talking about the Hearing Protection Act. Chad from Kel-Tec sat down with the guys at the NRA Convention in ATL talking about the latest version of the KSG... the KSG25. It holds a box of 12ga shells. He gives a quick story about how it came to be and he also tells about his bear hunting trip he is looking forward to. Kirk from Ideal Conceal calls the guys with an update on how the production of the Ideal Conceal pistol is coming. Mark Walters calls in talking about the sudden and tragic loss to the gun world in Bob Owens suicide. Mark also talks about how hard it is in todays current situation it is for a gun owner to ask for and get help just they are a gun owner.

President Trump talks about there being 2 Chicagos, one safe, one worse than a middle east war zone. He is willing to send in the Feds to help clean it up if it's needed. The customer even offered several different designs, but the workers still refused to perform their jobs. Since when did retiring from a career in law enforcement become racist??

A Wisconsin appellate court recently ruled that the right to keep and bear arms extends to all individuals in the United States, including "unauthorized aliens".
