Augusta Avenue in southwest Baltimore, by 16-year-old Jamal Charles. Jamal had been kicked out of the party and was upset because he was not repaid his $1:00 admission fee. This episode also profiles the brazen, unsolved shooting murder of 44-year-old Bettie Jennifer who was shot on May 12, 2019, in broad daylight, in the parking lot of the employment agency that she owned in the 6300 block of Ivy Lane in Greenbelt. At the time of her murder, Bettie was married to two men at the same time.
