The conversation explores the operational constraints and vulnerabilities of LCTs and how these developments fit into Beijing's broader strategy and 2027 military modernization goals. Thomas Shugart is an Adjunct Senior Fellow with the Defense Program at the Center for a New American Security. He served more than 25 years in the U.S. Navy as a submarine warfare officer, deploying multiple times to the Indo‑Pacific. Michael Dahm is a Senior Resident Fellow at the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies and a lecturer at George Washington University. He served as a U.S. Navy intelligence officer for over 25 years.

Esta conversación se enmarca en el regreso del espíritu de Fulano a través del proyecto FULL, encabezado por sus fundadores Jorge Campos y Willy Valenzuela, quienes vuelven a reunirse para revitalizar el legado de una de las bandas más icónicas, irreverentes y vanguardistas de la música chilena. A ellos se suman Paquita Rivera en voz y teclados y Cristóbal Dahm en saxofón, ambos parte de la última formación del grupo, junto a Cuti Aste en teclados y el saxofonista Andrés Pérez, conformando una propuesta que mantiene intacta la esencia experimental y la potencia sonora que marcó generaciones. Entre 1984 y 2015, Fulano dejó una huella imborrable en la historia del rock y el jazz chileno, destacándose por su altísimo nivel interpretativo, su fusión de estilos y una identidad artística que desafió permanentemente los límites de la música convencional. Hoy, FULL recoge esa herencia para reencontrarse con el público y rendir homenaje a una obra fundamental que sigue inspirando a nuevas audiencias. El concierto se realizará el viernes 21 de noviembre a las 19:00 horas en el Teatro Municipal de Viña del Mar, con entrada gratuita previa inscripción, transformándose en una cita imperdible tanto para quienes vibraron con el sonido transgresor de Fulano como para quienes buscan descubrir la potencia de su propuesta artística. Als aber der Geburtstag des Herodes war, tanzte die Tochter der Heródias vor ihnen. Und sie gefiel Herodes, sodass er mit einem Eid zusagte, ihr zu geben, was immer sie sich wünschte. Sie aber, angestiftet von ihrer Mutter, sagte: Gib mir hier auf einer Schale den Kopf Johannes' des Täufers! Und der König, der traurig wurde wegen der Eide und wegen der Gäste, befahl, den Kopf zu bringen. Und er schickte und ließ Johannes im Gefängnis enthaupten.
