In this episode, we have Dave from USA who has been following the WPL along with Richa and MV. We speak about The Gardener Show at GG, they are at the bottom of the table but are things looking up?UPW are the first and only team to successfully defend a total and win a Super Over game, are they too dependent on individual performances? Can they just have one great day and win the whole thing?RCB collapse at home, 4 consecutive losses including 1 from a winning position against UP-W, is their bowling to blame?Mumbai Indians seem to be cruising for the most part, almost inevitably so, but can they win without NSB?DC have a formula, keep the batting team to under par scores and then get there with some Shafali Verma bashing. Do they have what it takes to wrestle out a win when Plan A doesn't work?Young Indian players like Kashvee Gautam, Kranti Goud, Tanuja Kanwar and Minnu Mani's bowling performances and all rounders Amanjot Kaur and Kanika Ahuja. From the batters it's been Shweta SehrawatCheck in on the redemption arcs: Shafali Verma, Arundhati Reddy, Sneh Rana, Shikha Pandey & of course Jess JonassenWe found time to discuss the Best Smile, Captain of the Halloween XI, Socks Recommendations & somehow not on the record, but this is a great place to put it - Richa uses Cricinfo in Incognito mode.
In this episode, Richa and MV sit down to discuss the goings on in the first week of the WPL where all games were won by the side chasing and how the teams have fared. We look at the exceptional performances by Nat Sciver-Brunt, Elysse Perry, swoon over the action of VJ Joshitha and wonder if RCB have enough in the tank to stay top of the table
In this special episodes of BhaJaPod, It is the much demanded ladies crew again, and the women have Shweta on to talk about why Kyunki Saans Bhi Kabhi bahu emerged and catapulted Smriti Irani into our lives. They also talk about what came before in the 90's, the aftermath with Balika Vadhu and Gopi Bahu, as well as Anupama today and the impact of all of these serials on society. There's a deep dive into Nagins which is the explainer you didn't know you needed! Tune in to hear Richa, Kesar, Amrutha and Shweta.Edited by- Amrutha
Richa & MV sit down to discuss the 5 teams in the WPL, the absurdity of Indian selectors which is the reason that we discuss so many redemption arcs, Jon Lewis' luck (finally?), why are MI so good, can DC finally win the WPL, why spinners might not rule the roost, 4 venues means new fans and why RCB women are the toast of Bengaluru town & last year's win matters so much more.We reviewed the teams in the following order -Gujarat GiantsMumbai IndiansUP WarriorzDelhi CapitalsRoyal Challengers BengaluruThis is one of those painfully researched episodes because we really want to make the WPL interesting for us to watch.
In this episode of the Energonomics podcast, businessline's Richa and Mukesh Chandra, Representative at Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, discuss PM KUSUM's success in Bihar, the challenges ahead, and the potential recalibration of the scheme in the upcoming budget, along with the necessary adjustments to make it a true success. Listen in! (Host: Richa Mishra; Producer: Siddharth MC)

In this the BhaJaPod ladies talk the fascinating evolution of the self-destructive man's portrayal in pop culture. Through an analysis of Devdas's, subversive reimagining in DevD, and then some Kabir Singh carcass thrown in, they explore how this archetype has been reinterpreted and recontextualized over the years. Plus, they throw in some men like 'Animal' for good measure! Tune in to hear Richa, Nidhi and AmruthaEpisode Editor- Nidhi

Kitchens are smaller now, and families are looking for variety in meals. This week on the Arts to Heart Podcast, our host Charuka Arora has an insightful conversation with Richa Maheshwari, who is a designer on a mission to bring back the arts and crafts that are fading due to the advent of fast fashion. Richa has been in the software services industry by profession, where she worked as a product manager for a German company for almost 16 years. As COVID hit, much like everyone else, Richa took a break to spend more time at home. This was her chance to restart and explore, and she took it. After going to an office for so many years, Richa longed to be on the ground where she could do something much more substantial and tangible, and that is when she was able to connect to an international labor organization which marked the beginning of her life with traditional crafts. As a child, Richa was always interested in stories that were rich in culture, and now she has the opportunity to tell those stories to the rest of the world in an innovative way. With its textile legacy, Odisha has many stories to tell, and so Richa decided to direct her energy towards uplifting the local artisan community in a way that helped the artists as well as introducing their craft to the world. For Richa, it is very much about the “ability to build narratives in a fun way so that the audience is able to receive it simply”. As she built her brand, Boito, Richa has had many things to learn and unlearn. From forming trustworthy relationships with the local community to finding a balance where their culture and traditions can be shared with the rest of the world, Richa has come a long way. She has opened doors for other artists who dream of utilizing their craft in a way that doesn't succumb to the fast fashion industry. So, tune in to this week's podcast to listen to Richa and Charuka talk about the world of fashion and why it's important for us as a society to not lose touch with our roots.
