Ever thought of flow as a great solution to burnout? No? Today you will discover why it is actually one of the best antidotes.  Now, keep in mind: when you are in burnout already, that is no longer time to focus on flow. Instead, to deal with burnout, you will need to create time, and space to relax, recharged, disconnect from your stressors.  To handle stress that led you there, and to work on healing the consequences.  Yet, flow is the great state to look for at a moment when you feel you are driven…but a bit too much.  When you start to get tired and saturated with everyday work.  When you feel stressed a bit too often. Overwhelmed, perhaps.  When you feel your motivation melting, and your irritability growing.  Sooo… if you ever have those moments, in this podcast episode I am talking about how you can use flow as an antidote for stress and to prevent burning fully through your batteries. ________________ To keep on learning about flow and dive in deeper with many practical tools and tips, join us at Deep Dive into Flow online course:  http://happiness-academy.eu/deep-dive-into-flow/ For more about flow check out also the podcast episode: Podcast #21: Unlocking Flow: Your Gateway to Focus, Performance, and Joy For more about how to rest and recharge better, check the podcast episode: Podcast #12: Recharge Your Mind and Body: A Guide to the 7 Types and How to Make Them Work for You ________________

Your Past Doesn't Define You. Your Present Doesn't Define You. But Who You Choose to Trust Does Define Your Future. We all experience a “meanwhile” in life. Those interminable and challenging moments when God is strategically laboring behind the scenes, yet we find ourselves questioning. Such is Joseph's story—it might be yours as well.Joseph was a victim: of circumstances, of family dysfunction, of slavery, of unfair accusations, and of sexual harassment. However, he still walked in his destiny. You are the “Joseph” of your own story. While circumstances may be working against you, and the enemy is attacking, you can fulfill your God ordained destiny. This Bible study from trusted ministry leader Carol McLeod will help men and women realize that what the enemy meant for evil, God will certainly use for good! "Together in Joy"For a third fall in a row, we are navigating through another of the Apostle Paul's letters to the church. This year, we are studying Philippians. Paul, writing from a prison cell, knew all too well how things both externally and internally can erode and break apart our joy. It seems our culture both highlights and even celebrates turmoil to the point where it can feel impossible to find any semblance of joy. In this new sermon series, we dive into Philippians and allow its powerful and encouraging truths about living a joy-filled life in the midst of struggles. Join us as we read life-changing insight from the Apostle Paul and “reconstruct” the joy in our lives.

Marie Wikle talks about Joy For the Journey is my guest.  Website www.spreading-joy.org What can we do for your group? 1.  Empower your children – Children are so powerful. They have a deep need to feel this as well as to be able to see it.  Spreading Joy is about seeing things differently, stepping up and making choices to lead the way in finding the beauty in the ordinary.  We encourage your children to make the choice to actively choose joy over choosing to stay in the pits of unhappiness.  We encourage them to boldly lead the way with innovative thinking while making a difference for others. 2. Ladies Groups – Many ladies walk around with a load of guilt weighing them down.  This is unhealthy, unproductive and most of all unnecessary!  Stay at home Moms often feel like they are not giving their children the best role models simply because they are not leading some corporate office somewhere.  Working Moms sometimes feel like they are cheating their children out of important time and memories together.   We can help encourage your group and motivate them on their journey! 3. Any group – Finding Joy even through sorrow.  Happiness and joy is not the same thing at all, as there can be joy through sorrow. We encourage any social group by reminding you that you can make a difference... We can help you with practical ways of making your life, your journey count.  4.  30 Days to Spreading Joy – Building JOYfull habits that last!  Want to be more aware of ways to make a difference?  Think that this economy makes it impossible to give back?  Feel discouraged because your heart is screaming to give more, do more you score...
