Colorado attorney Kevin Evans has been fighting the Dept. of Justice to release any and all documents related to Hunter and James Biden's overseas business dealings. That fight continues in Federal Court, even with the Trump Administration taking over. Leaving us asking the question, Does Pam Bondi or Donald Trump even know this lawsuit exists? My assumption is no, and the all out defense of the Bidens and the protection of these documents must be being waged by DOJ "Deep State" insiders. Evans specifically wants the documents involving financial transactions involving the Bidens, Ukraine, China and Russia that the DOJ may be in possesion of. In 2020 Evans filed a Freedom of Information request. The Justice Department came back claiming they had 400 documents related to his request but refused to turn those documents over. So Evans sued the DOJ demanding the documents. Today, the DOJ, even under Trump, continues to fight the release of those documents. Just this month lawyers for the Government filed another brief with the court in an effort to stop the documents from being released. What the government claims is nothing short of shocking, hypocritical and flat out false. This week Mike talks about the unusually high plane crashes in Morrow County and special guest Kevin Evans talks a little about one of Morrow County's most influential residents.  

Colorado lawyer Kevin Evans filed a FOIA request suing the government for any documents related to gifts or payments from China, Russia or Ukraine to the Bidens. Evans says the DOJ wants the case thrown out because the Bidens' private interests outweigh the public's right to know. The FBI admitted publicly that as many as 400 documents existed and then tried to say their position is to neither “admit nor deny the existence” of the documents. In light of the IRS Whistleblowers' testimony Evans says the 5 year Biden investigation was corrupt and preordained from the beginning. Evans says all of this has become so bad, the stench so overwhelming that the mainstream media is struggling to cover for the Bidens. Evans believes the government could still bring a RICO charge. The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act applies to the Bidens' shell companies where money was dumped then illegally wired to as many as nine family members. The statute of limitations would not apply if “predicate acts” by the Bidens of money laundering and wire fraud are found within the last four years, which carries years of jail time. Attorney Kevin Evans decided to file FOIA requests for all documents concerning gifts and payments to the Biden family after watching Biden in the 2020 Presidential Debate.  He thought Biden's denial about his son's business dealings sounded too much like Clinton.  He's no fan of Trump's but he is an outraged citizen.  The FBI admitted to Evans they have 400 “potentially responsive" documents and his FOIA is still in the legal system while he awaits a judge's ruling.  Evans points out that judges rule Trump has to turn over tax records but Biden can keep his records under seal at the Univ. of Delaware.  He says it's interesting Bill Barr and DOJ assigned the probe of Hunter Biden to the U.S. Attorney in Delaware.  The optics are horrible.     GUEST:  KEVIN EVANS, COLORADO ATTORNEY

The role of the ITA is to provide guidance and education and support of Townships in Indiana. The trustees are on the front line in their communities at the most local level, having personal interactions daily with individuals struggling or dealing with difficult issues or obstacles. Several years ago, Indiana Reformed the welfare system for the state and took away case managers call center and took away the face to face.
