You first heard about SOLitude Lake Management back in Episode 70 with Jay Davis and Jason Pananos, but where (or who) gave SOLitude its start? Kevin Tucker steps in to share his backstory and breaks down the basics of lake management. Surely it's a recurring service, but is it year-round or seasonal, is it route-based, is there any competition out there? Speaking of competition, you're going to love to hear Kevin's two cents on competing on price. From sales and marketing to vendor relationships to managing referrals, Kevin unpacks a lot in this episode. Seth avoided lake management years ago so his pest techs didn't become champion fishermen, while Fat Pat suggests the Enterprise Rent-A-Car recruiting model for pest control. What do you think Paul thinks about four-year degrees? Mommy, Mommy. Look at that man's back. Audio Mixing and Editing by www.verbell.ltd

Truckers make the world go round, especially these days with serious supply chain disruptions, the ongoing crisis of the pandemic, and the ever-increasing importance of front-line workers. We talk with two truckers out there delivering hope and crucial supplies on rough roads, in bad weather, in the face of loneliness, isolation and invisibility. They're risking their lives for us every day, and they have some great stories to tell. From a truckstop in Kentucky, we hear from Shelli Conaway who started Trucks with Room to Spare to bring life-giving supplies to victims of natural disaster; and in a forest in Ohio, I talk with my dad, Kevin Tucker, because it was riding shotgun in his semi, that I learned to love the road and all its unpredictable adventure. In this episode of The Solecast I sit down with Kevin Tucker of Black and Green Publishing / Wild Resistance Journal. We have a wide ranging conversation about empires, collapse and coronavirus. Kevin's political analysis is rooted around primal anarchy; and sees anarchy as the natural state of humans, and civilization as the cage we desperately need to get free from. Kevin talks about his historical perspectives on why civilizations fail and why things like coronavirus, lyme disease and other animal borne illnesses are on the rise. A fun, laid back and informative conversation. Pick up Kevin's new book “The Cull of Personality” and check out his podcast, Primal Anarchy. Music "Love Song For The Apocalypse" by Ceschi

Anarchy is a central component to the rewilding movement, and as such it is here that I wanted to place my first interview. Today I'm chatting with Kevin Tucker, an anarchist writer, editor, and publisher who has been writing about primal anarchy for over twenty years. He is the author of the book For Wildness and Anarchy, which has been foundational to anarcho-primitivism and primal anarchy. He is relentless. He runs a publishing company, hosts a podcast, writes extensively well researched books, publishes Wild Resistance (a primal anarchy journal twice a year) and somehow raises two children all at the same time. Kevin is both a friend and colleague who continues to inspire and inform the work that I do. I'm excited to share the interview here with you.Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/petermichaelbauer)
Kevin Tucker is the author of 'The Cull Of Personality: Ayahuasca, Colonialism, and the Death of a Healer'. He is on the show to talk to us about the history of resource extraction from the the Amazon, the devastation it wrecked on its peoples, and how he sees that history of extraction alive in the present in the form of the spiritual extractivism around ayahuasca, with the murder of Oliva Arévalo Lomas as an example. This is a difficult episode to listen to as it contains a lot of hard to hear information such as explicit descriptions of horrendous violence, the unimaginable costs of our modern comforts, and some very divisive perspective on the global spread of ayahuasca. Interview with Kevin Tucker about his latest book The Cull of Personality, which tells the story and surrounding context of the murder of Shipibo-Conibo healer and indigenous rights activist Olivia Arevalo at the hands of Canadian ayahuasca tourist Sebastian Woodroffe in the Peruvian Amazon. Woodroffe was subsequently lynched by members of Arevalo’s community, which became a big story in the Canadian press. We discuss the story, ayahuasca, colonialism, and new age spirituality in a civilized world. Music by Slugdge
This is a segment of episode #182 of Last Born In The Wilderness “Death Of A Healer: The Ayahuasca Industry & The Shadow Of Colonial Violence w/ Kevin Tucker.” Listen to the full episode: http://bit.ly/LBWtucker Purchase a copy of ’The Cull of Personality’: http://bit.ly/CullOfPersonality In this segment of my discussion with Kevin Tucker, author of ‘The Cull of Personality: Ayahuasca, Colonialism and the Death of a Healer,’ we dive into the reality of the ayahuasca eco-tourist industry, and place it within the centuries-long history of colonialism and resource extraction in the Amazon Region. ‘The Cull of Personality’ begins with the description of the murder of 81-year-old Indigenous rights activist and healer Olivia Arevalo, a member of the Shipibo-Conibo people in Peru, by Sebastian Woodroffe, a Canadian man seeking to extract the methods of the Shipibo-Conibo practice of administering the psychedelic brew ayahuasca for healing purposes. On April 19 of last year, Arevalo was killed in her home in the Ucayali region of the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. Records show Woodroffe purchased a gun from a local police officer, and was the individual that confronted Arevalo at her home, subsequently leading to her death. Several days after this occurred, Woodroffe was lynched by several members of the community, after his image was posted around the region by relatives of Arevalo. Woodroffe’s lynching was documented in a shaky cellphone video, which ultimately led to this story gaining international media coverage after it was share online. These events, while often discussed and framed in isolation by the Western press, fits within a far larger and richer context — expressed vividly in ‘The Cull of Personality.’ The extractivist and appropriative nature of the ayahuasca industry that has emerged and grown over the past several decades is embedded within the centuries-long colonization and exploitation of the Amazon Forest and its Indigenous inhabitants. In whatever form it comes in, Indigenous societies have been deeply traumatized through hundreds of years of enslavement, mutilation, and torture. How does the commodification and appropriation of Indigenous healing practices by Westerners in the modern era fit into the long and bloody history of the conquest of the Incan Empire in the 16th century, the vulcanization of rubber in the 19th century, as well as the subsequent enslavement of the Indigenous peoples of the Amazon under a debt-peonage system in order to extract rubber for Western markets? We answer this question in this episode. Kevin Tucker is a primal anarchist, writer, editor, independent researcher, publisher. Kevin is the author of numerous books, including ‘The Cull of Personality,’ ‘Gathered Remains,’ ‘For Wildness and Anarchy,’ and numerous upcoming projects. [Intro: 22:35] In this episode, I speak with Kevin Tucker, author of ‘The Cull of Personality: Ayahuasca, Colonialism and the Death of a Healer’ — the subject of this interview. The book takes a deep dive into the reality of the ayahuasca eco-tourism industry, and places it within the centuries-long history of colonialism and resource extraction in the Amazon Region, in particular Peru, where much of narrative of this book is centered. The book begins with the description of the murder of 81-year-old Indigenous rights activist and healer Olivia Arevalo, a member of the Shipibo-Conibo people in Peru, by Sebastian Woodroffe, a Canadian man seeking to extract the methods of the Shipibo-Conibo practice of administering the psychedelic brew ayahuasca for healing purposes. On April 19th of last year, Arevalo was killed in her home in the Ucayali region in Peru. Records show Woodroffe purchased a gun from a local police officer, and was the individual that confronted Arevalo at her home, subsequently leading to her death. Several days after this occurred, Woodroffe was lynched by several members of the community, after his image was posted around the region by relatives of Arevalo. Woodroffe’s lynching was documented in a shaky cellphone video, which ultimately led to this story gaining international media coverage after it was shared online.* It was the death of Woodroffe, not Arevalo, that led to this becoming an international story. Transcription of the Announcement: As many of you know, The Guillotine is done, canceled. There will never be another Guillotine episode again. We cannot, and will not, keep the show around and merely plug in another co-host, that would be absurd. We had a great run, and we deeply appreciate all the love and support The Guillotine has garnered over its one-year existence. We tried to do something totally new and unapologetically militant, and because of that we gained dedicated listeners as well as a long list of enemies; many of whom we were happy to earn. The point of this announcement, however, is not to reflect on the show nor to reflect on the events that have brought the show to its end. If you are interested in that side of things, I have made public statements on my personal twitter page that you can check out. I've also had long private discussions with family members and close comrades about this issue, as I prefer to deal with these sorts of things privately rather than publicly. Either way, the point of this announcement is to convey as much practical information as I can in as effective and succinct a manner as possible, so here we go: Starting in February 2019, we are launching a brand-new multimedia project under the name “Red Spectre”. It will be hosted by me and Alyson Escalante, a comrade of mine who has appeared on two Rev Left episodes, our Gender Abolition & Michel Foucault episode as well as what I regard to be one of the best episodes of Rev Left to date, our State and Revolution episode. Along with a new name, a new aesthetic, and a new set of hosts, comes a brand new show structure as well. We will release one episode a month, both in audio podcast form as well as in a produced video form on Youtube. Each show will be in two parts: the first part will be Alyson and I working through a theoretical text (much like our State and Rev episode), and the second part will be us applying the lessons from that text to modern political events, global news headlines, popular culture, and contemporary leftist organizing in order to bring the theory to life and use real world examples to explicate the major themes and arguments of whichever work of theory we are tackling that month. Our goal here is twofold: to bring theory and practice together in an illuminating, engaging, and educational way, as well as to break onto the YouTube platform, a platform too often dominated by the right, and make radical leftist politics more accessible to even more people. We will also be offering bonus content on our patreon, but we will get to that in a minute. Now, before I move on, I want to address something that a fraction of you may be bummed about. The Guillotine was a show hosted by two people on the left with radically different tendencies; me on the Marxist, Leninist, and Maoist side, and my co-host on the Insurrectionary, Anarchist, and Egoist side. Many people loved that dynamic, as it de-emphasized sectarianism, promoted dialogue across tendencies, and was welcoming to comrades all across the radical left wing of the political spectrum. However, my comrade and new co-host Alyson is a principled Marxist-Leninist, and our new show will focus on the Marxist tradition heavily as we are both of that tradition and operate within it. I personally feel that this is the right move for me and for what I want to do intellectually and creatively at this juncture in my political development. Now, to be clear, we will also de-emphasize hyper-sectarianism and offer a show that is, in some ways, even more welcoming to new listeners and comrades who are still learning and finding their place on the Left. But we will not have a consistent anarchist voice on this new show. In light of that, I want to offer some recommendations of anarchist podcasts and media outlets from comrades who prefer that tendency to go check out and support. We will list as many of these as possible in the show notes of this episode, and when we post this online, people should feel free to add more anarchist shows in the comment section for those interested. Given this relative absence of Anarchist voices on our new show “Red Spectre”, I will strive to ensure they continue to have a place on Rev Left Radio, where we've already done dozens of shows with anarchists. Moreover, Rev Left has, and will continue to, launch spin off shows on a wide range of topics which are hosted by a wide range of people on the Left. Our weird left spin off show, Black Banner Magic, for example, is hosted by one of the most principled and hardest working anarchists I've ever met and focuses on anarchist politics alongside the occult. Additionally, 2/3rds of all the patreon money for Black Banner Magic goes to fund the Omaha Freedom Fund, which is an anarchist organization that assists prisoners of the state in paying their bail. We are also working on bringing an anarchist journalist comrade of mine onto Rev Left to do correspondent segments covering the elections in 2019, which should be incredibly fun and interesting. Lastly, we encourage people to check out anarchist-led podcasts and outlets like Coffee with Comrades, Its Going Down, Solecast, and The Stimulator. You can also check out the Channel Zero Network for an entire podcast network of anarchist shows if you are interested. This brings us to our next point, which is perhaps the single most important thing to take away from this announcement, so listen up comrades: Instead of simply throwing away The Guillotine's Patreon page, The Guillotine's LibSyn hosting site, and The Guillotine's social media platforms and starting with nothing, we will be taking over that infrastructure, scrubbing it clean, and launching our new show on those platforms. We are giving folks the entire month of January to hear about this plan, and to act according to their own wishes. If you do not want to support our new project on Patreon, we totally understand, we thank you so goddamn much for your support up to this point, and we are giving you a month to retract your patreon subscription and put it elsewhere. HOWEVER, if you are interested in our new project, if you want to be on the ground floor of our Patreon and help give us ideas on what sort of bonus content you would like to see from Alyson and I, if you believe in Dave and I's ability to create exciting new projects from scratch as we've done so many times before, and if you basically just want to support a brand new radical leftist multimedia and multi-platform project while forming personal relationships with Dave, Alyson, and Me, then we encourage you to stick around and launch the Red Spectre WITH US! Additionally, and this is super important as well, since our new show will launch in February and we will not be putting out content for the month of January, we pledge to you, right here and now, that if you stick around through January, NONE of the patreon income for this month will go to Dave and I. Not a goddamn penny. Instead, every cent of our Patreon money for the month of January will be donated to the Nebraska Left Coalition, a political organization that I helped found, a member of the Marxist center, and an organization that, we are proud to say, is majority dominated and led by women and LGBTQ comrades. We at NLC are launching a big anti-gentrification campaign in 2019, as well as smaller projects like building hydroponic gardening systems so people can be food self sufficient through the harsh Nebraskan winter, loaning out money with no interest to low income members of our community, putting together and distributing necessity bags for people without homes in our community, organizing our third annual May Day event, and much more! So, if you stick around through January, 100% of your Patreon donation for that month will go to this organization and will help fund programs which materially help poor and working people. And in February, as I said, Red Spectre will publish our first episode, and all of you who stick around will be there to help steer this new project, give us feedback on what you want to see, and help create the patreon bonus content for the show going forward. To ensure as many patrons as possible hear about this, I will be messaging this announcement to every single member of our Patreon individually, publishing it on The Guillotines RSS feed, and posting it on social media. We are dedicated to being as transparent and open about all of this with our supporters as we possibly can. Before we end, I want to take a brief moment to thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for every single listener and supporter of The Guillotine over the past year. We strove to give as many of you as possible a platform and a voice on the show, and in return you gave us one of the most loyal and loving listenerships of any podcast. We built a diverse and international audience by being unabashedly and unapologetically anti-fascist, anti-imperialist, and anti-capitalist. We had listeners who ranged from teenagers to middle aged, who called in from places like Argentina, Brazil, Denmark, and beyond, and who consistently took up our call to organize in their communities and to rebel against reactionaries on every front. We will never forget that love and solidarity, and we will carry that very same spirit into our next project and into every project we do; and we sincerely hope that many of you will stick around and stand side by side with us as we once again try to elevate class consciousness, offer sharp and principled leftist analysis of current events, bolster and expand the leftist media landscape, and build a community of comrades rooted in compassion, struggle, solidarity, and a militant rejection of every form of domination and oppression that exists on this smoldering planet. With endless appreciation, bottomless love, and infinite solidarity, Goodnight. ----------------- Anarchist shows from Channel Zero Network: IGDCast The IGDCAST is a weekly podcast of It's Going Down which features interviews with participants in social movements, struggles, rebellions, projects, and organizations. Kite Line A weekly 30-minute radio program and podcast, our goal at Kite Line is to amplify the voices of those inside the prisons while encouraging connection with those on the outside. Part news, part storytelling, and entirely against prisons. Behind the prison walls, a message is called a kite: whispered words, a note passed hand to hand, or a request submitted to the guards for medical care. Illicit or not, sending a kite means trusting that other people will bear it farther along till it reaches its destination. A reading of Kevin Tucker's essay 'Feral Revisions' from Black and Green Review no 5.
'The Suffocating Void' by Kevin Tucker. From Gathered Remains. Read by Ryan Morgan.
What do we find when we take a hard look at our collective suffering in the modern civilized world? Is existence itself a state of suffering, as the Buddhists would have you believe – or is it possible that there is a fundamental disconnect between how we live and what our animal bodies and minds require?“We are each still born a nomadic hunter-gatherer. If we were born into a hunter-gatherer culture we would turn out just the same as anyone else there. There’s nothing innately changed about us — it’s entirely social.”My guest on this episode of The Good Life Revival Podcast is Kevin Tucker, the anarcho-primitivist thinker and writer responsible for the Black & Green Network, which connects green anarchists around the world in order to build momentum for the rejection and dismantling of civilization.“Green anarchism is explicitly against civilization… Either the Earth is alive and worth fighting for, or it isn’t.”Kevin is the author of Gathered Remains: Essays on Wildness, Domestication, Community, and Resistance, published through his own Black & Green Press in early 2018.(I’ve chosen Gathered Remains as my pick for the month of June in our ongoing book club series – you can learn more about that here.)Over the course of our two-hour conversation, we dig deep into the topic of green anarchism, its relationship to rewilding and the hunter-gatherer lifeway, what it means to be “domesticated”, and the impending cultural collapse that many of us believe is already under way.I must admit that this is a sharp break from my usual M.O of presenting you with uplifting, motivational stories to inspire you to take action. As much as I prefer to spend most of my time in that head space, where I personally am able to be most productive, it is incredibly important that we keep in mind why we all desire to see a cultural shift towards a way of life that’s better aligned with the needs of the Earth – because our civilization could not possibly be any more dysfunctional and maladaptive, and it is not long for this world.“These are the death throes [of civilization] and they are ugly — these are very ugly times and they’re going to continue to get worse.”Make no mistake, this ship is sinking, and if we have any hope of constructing a lifeboat in time, it will require us to confront this stuff head-on. I hope you can muster up the courage to join me in doing the hard work of taking a hard look at the myriad existential crises at hand.
Introductory episode. Going over some ideas about the podcast and format, going over Kevin Tucker's incoming new book, Gathered Remains. Walk through of the new issue of Black and Green Review (no 5). Some discussion about upcoming B&G projects and publications.

Announcements “White Lives Matter” rally in Shelbyville TN, October 28th, Editorial Online platform The Tennseean has recently been reporting of several white nationalist rallies (called White Lives Matter rallies) that are planned for October 28th in Shelbyville and Murfreesboro TN among perhaps one other town. These spots were chosen by the event organizers, most visibly Brad Griffin, who writes under the alias Hunter Wallace on the blog Occidental Dissent, because of the state's Republican and red status coupled with a mistrust of law enforcement in what they're calling “more Democratic towns”. According to a statement that they released on Saturday, The National Socialist Movement, a pro-white organization based out of Detroit, MI, said the group's “street action” would be broadening its scope to include other small TN towns in the vicinity of Nashville. This same statement claims participation by other groups such as League of the South and the Traditionalist Workers Party. It's not known how many people will be attending at this time, though the organizers are predictably posturing that it will be a well attended event. The stated purpose of these events is to protest the changing demographic of middle TN, silence from the White House regarding a fatal church shooting in Antioch last month (in which the perpetrator started his early life in Sudan but was a US citizen) and probably some other white nationalist nonsense as well. According to interviews posted a couple of days ago by WCVS, residents of both Shelbyville and Murfreesboro are both angered at this groups' presence and confused about why their hometown was chosen. Many statements include disgust at the very message of white nationalism and white lives matter. It's believed by residents that these groups are outside agitators who are descending on them to disrupt their town and their already scheduled community events, and by doing so are making implicit assumptions about their way of life and of thinking. All the organizing information is attempting to draw a clear link between these events and the by now internationally famous events in Charlottesville Virginia of August 12 this year, even though that day was a clear loss for those on the side of the alt right. Despite claims, also by the organizers, that the event “will not be violent”, police are gearing up in those cities to prepare for the rallies. Just last night (October 7th), in that same city of Cville, Richard Spencer showed his face and formed a 30 strong, 10 minute long torch march around the doomed Lee Monument (scheduled for removal) in Emancipation Park, the site of their previous defeat. Predictably, police were heavy allies to the Nazis and escorted them away under police protection. If you are disgusted by this, you can call the folks at the CPD and ask them why they're still helping Neo Nazis do their thing. They can be reached at 434-970-3280. In this post Cville landscape of frenzied and often disorganized white nationalist activity, it is perhaps important to keep these things in our sights and oppose them as best we can. The exact location of the event has not yet been released, but it might be reasonable to assume that the information will be posted on Griffin's blog a day or two beforehand. For more information about developments, keep eyes on your favorite anarchist and antifascist news sources! You can see here the article from which much of this information was pulled. Playlist

Interview This week Bursts spoke with Kevin Tucker, anarcho-primitivist, author and publisher of Black & Green Review. We had a rather lengthy conversation, so we've split the conversation up. This is the first portion, in which Kevin talks about anarcho-primitivism, domestication, civilization, anthropology and the scientific method, human development, agriculture and more. In the future episode you can hear his views about tribal-bro-ism in the white supremacist approach to historical misappropriation, upcoming issues of Black & Green Review, Collapse, Rewilding versus Revolution and more. For a free look at some of Kevin's writings, visit theanarchistlibrary.org, and to check out his publishing project, journals and books you can visit blackandgreenpress.org Other Audio Today's episode premiers October 1st, which is the date of the #CatalanReferendum for independence in that northern region within the bounds of Spain. In the leadup, the Spanish government has violently repressed the efforts to hold this election and the news we're seeing today is no different. If you'd like to hear a chat I had earlier this week with an English-speaking anarchist who has long resided in Catalunya about Catalan nationalism, autonomy, cultural differences between that region and central Spain, some history and some forecasts of where this referendum and repression may go (always critical of the State and Capital), check out our downloadable podcast. Also, keep an ear out for an upcoming series of podcast miniepisode ‘s featuring William Budington and Bursts chatting about digital security and safer practices with our devices. We've got a couple coming out about practices with Burner Phones and strengths and weaknesses of wrangling with the Signal app for end to end encrypted texts from Open Whisper Systems. October 19th Call for Solidarity There has been a formal call for solidarity from antifascists around the south to oppose an appearance by the by now internationally infamous white supremacist Batman villan Richard Spencer. It has been officially confirmed that this piece of white bread is going to be spewing pseudo intellectual and only marginally intelligible xenophobic racism at University of Florida in Gainesville on October 19th, which is in just over 2 and a half weeks from now. You can see the entire formal call for solidarity, plus some important context that includes recent history and what to be prepared for, at It's Going Down. You can get in touch if you want to endorse this call and are planning on being there in solidarity by emailing oct19endorse@riseup.net Support Herman Bell! “Black Panther Party political prisoner Herman Bell was viciously assaulted by guards at Great Meadow Correctional Facility (Comstock) on September 5, 2017. While being “escorted” by a guard back to his housing unit, a guard struck Herman, age 69, in the face causing his glasses to drop to the floor. He pushed Herman against the wall, Herman stumbled and fell to the ground. The guard then continued viciously hitting and kicking Herman. Very soon about 5 other guards arrived and joined in the violent attack, hitting and kicking Herman all over his body. Herman Bell has now been charged with “assault on staff.” Defying common sense, they allege that Herman, for no apparent reason, slapped the guard escorting him. He did this, they claim, in a location out of the view of all inmates but in the presence of other guards. He is now in the Special Housing Unit (box) at Five Points Correctional Facility where he was transferred after the incident. Herman Bell has not had a disciplinary violation in over 20 years. He had been scheduled to begin a three day family visit with his wife a few days after the incident, their first such visit in over 2 1/2 years. In addition he is to appear before the parole board, for the 8th time, in February 2018. At this time, we are encouraging everyone to take the time to write to Herman or send him a get-well card, so that the authorities know we are concerned for Herman. Further requests for actions of support will be posted soon. His new address is: Herman Bell 79 C 0262 Five Points CF 6600 State Route 96 Caller Box 119 Romulus, N.Y. 14541 Friends and family are also encouraging supporters to email Commissioner Anthony Annucci, to let him know that folks are keeping tabs on Mr. Bell's situation. Commissioner Annucci's email address is: Anthony.Annucci@doccs.ny.gov You can see a sample letter and a bunch more information at this article here: Political Prisoner Herman Bell Assaulted by Guards Comrade Malik Washington Comrade Malik, a tireless writer and organizer who's been very active in exposing unsafe conditions at the Eastham Unit in Texas, is facing retaliation from prison staff, and is asking supporters to email the Texas Ombudsman to prevent any further action being taken against him. You can find out more information at Action Needed to Fight Retaliation at the Eastham Unit! Support Shaka Shakur and Angaza Bahar At the Wabash Valley Correctional Institute in Indiana, Shaka Shakur, who is a political prisoner, defended himself against mistreatment by guards, and another, Angaza Iman Bahar (Jimmy Jones), who helped alert the outside world to the situation, are both facing disciplinary charges. Wabash Valley Correctional has been getting a reputation for “a culture of sadism [in which] guards take pride and find humor in their mistreatment of inmates, especially Black and New Afrikan inmates whom they expose to every kind of abuse and humiliation.” IDOC Watch are asking people to call in so the prison knows that they both have outside support. It is urgent that the security of Shaka Shakur and Angaza Bahar be ensured, but the only way is through mass pressure from the outside. IDOC Watch asks that people call Wabash Valley warden Richard Brown at 812-398-5050 and IDOC Commissioner Robert E. Carter Jr. at 317-232-5711. You can also email IDOC officials at rcarter@idoc.in.gov, rbrown@idoc.in.gov, mauxier@idoc.in.gov, jbasinger@idoc.in.gov, and lsalinas@idoc.in.gov You can see the entire call, which includes helpful context and analysis, and sample letters and emails at incarceratedworkers.org.
