The story of the Kissel brothers, two wealthy siblings murdered on opposite sides of the world within three years of each other. Robert Kissel, a Merrill Lynch executive in Hong Kong, was killed by his wife Nancy in November 2003 in a case that became known internationally as the Milkshake Murder. Less than three years later, his older brother Andrew, a Greenwich, Connecticut real estate developer facing federal fraud charges, was found stabbed to death in his own home. This episode covers both cases in full: the collapse of Robert and Nancy's marriage inside Hong Kong's expatriate finance world, Nancy's two trials and her conviction, overturned conviction, and second conviction, and the murder-for-hire investigation into who killed Andrew, including the eventual pleas, verdicts, and the question of who actually held the knife. The episode closes with where the case stands today and where to watch more, including Dateline NBC, 48 Hours Mystery, American Greed, and the 2008 Lifetime movie The Two Mr. Kissels starring John Stamos. Was It a Murder? The Trial That Flipped Everything. A reclusive television repairman. A wife no one knew existed. A mysterious death inside a cluttered Georgia home. And a murder trial that would change two families, and one attorney's life, forever. The Podcast is available for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, also on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, iHeartradio and most major podcast platforms. #LawEnforcementTalk #Free #Podcast #Radio When attorney McCracken King Poston Jr. agreed to defend Alvin Ridley, many people in Ringgold, Georgia, had already reached their verdict. Supporting articles about this and much more from Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast in platforms like Medium , Blogspot and Linkedin. Ridley was strange. He was isolated. He lived behind closed doors in a junk-filled house. Most shocking of all, a woman had been found dead inside, and she was reportedly his wife, although many people in town never knew he was married. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. To the public, the case appeared almost impossible to explain. But was it a murder? That question is at the heart of a gripping episode of the nationally syndicated Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast. Poston shares the extraordinary courtroom battle, the evidence investigators reportedly overlooked, and the unlikely friendship that emerged from one of Georgia's most unusual criminal cases. Was It a Murder? The Trial That Flipped Everything. It is also the remarkable story behind his Book, Zenith Man: Death, Love, and Redemption in a Georgia Courtroom. A Death That Shocked a Small Georgia Town In October 1997, the northwest Georgia town of Ringgold was rocked by reports of a suspicious death. Virginia Ridley had been found dead inside the home she shared with Alvin Ridley, a former television repairman known locally as the “Zenith Man.” The nickname came from his years selling and servicing Zenith televisions. Alvin had always been considered a local character. He was reclusive, socially awkward, and frequently misunderstood. His home was cluttered, his mannerisms were unusual, and his relationships with other people were often difficult. He shares the full story as a guest on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast, available on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and other major podcast platforms. The interview is also featured across Facebook and Instagram. Then the community learned that he had a wife. Virginia had reportedly lived with Alvin for decades, yet many people in town did not know she existed. Rumors quickly spread that he had kept her captive inside the home for approximately 30 years before killing her. The story sounded like something created for a true-crime television series. The accusation was horrifying, and the circumstances surrounding Virginia's life and death made Alvin an easy person to suspect. But unusual behavior is not proof of murder. That distinction would become the foundation of Poston's defense. “The case was never simply about whether Alvin Ridley was different. It was about whether the evidence proved that he was guilty.” The Attorney Who Took the Case McCracken Poston was no stranger to public pressure. Born and raised in Catoosa County, Georgia, he had strong personal ties to the community where the case unfolded. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as president of his graduating class. Was It a Murder? The Trial That Flipped Everything. The episode is available across major platforms including their website, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, with highlights shared across their Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles. Before entering private practice, he worked as an assistant district attorney for the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit. Poston also served four terms in the Georgia House of Representatives from 1989 through 1997. After losing a campaign for the United States Congress, he returned to practicing law. That career transition placed him in the path of Alvin Ridley. Poston knew Alvin as the eccentric “Zenith Man” who once sold and repaired televisions. Although Alvin could be difficult, combative, and intensely private, Poston did not believe that his odd personality automatically made him capable of murder. He agreed to defend him. What followed was one of the most difficult and personally transformative periods of Poston's life. A Client Who Would Not Help His Own Defense Preparing for a murder trial is challenging under any circumstances. Defending a client who refuses to reveal essential facts makes the task even more difficult. Alvin was not an easy client. He was reluctant to communicate and often unwilling to provide Poston with information that could help explain his marriage, Virginia's secluded life, and what happened inside the house. Every unanswered question created another obstacle. Why had Virginia remained hidden from public view? Had she been prevented from leaving the house? Why did so few people know the couple was married? What caused her death? And why did Alvin behave in ways that made him appear suspicious, even when he might have been trying to tell the truth? Poston had to look beyond Alvin's personality and search for facts. “A defense attorney cannot rely on appearances, rumors, or community opinion. The obligation is to examine the evidence, even when the client makes that work extraordinarily difficult.” Piece by piece, Poston began reconstructing the story of Alvin and Virginia Ridley. The answers were buried inside medical records, witness testimony, expert analysis, and the enormous amount of material found inside Alvin's cluttered home. Was It a Murder? The Trial That Flipped Everything. The Podcast is available for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, also on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, iHeartradio and most major podcast platforms. The Evidence That Changed the Case The prosecution's theory portrayed Alvin as a controlling husband who had kept Virginia captive before causing her death. Poston's investigation pointed toward another possibility. With assistance from medical experts, he focused on Virginia's health and the true cause of her death. His defense challenged assumptions that had shaped the case and raised serious questions about evidence that he believed law enforcement had overlooked. The home that initially appeared to reinforce the image of a disturbed killer began producing evidence that supported the defense. Poston also made the risky decision to call Alvin to testify. For a defendant in a murder case, taking the witness stand can be dangerous. Prosecutors gain the opportunity to question the accused directly, and a single poorly worded answer can affect how jurors view the entire case. For Alvin, a man who struggled with communication and frequently appeared hostile or evasive, the risk was even greater. Yet his testimony gave jurors an opportunity to see the person behind the rumors. The trial became about more than his strange behavior. It became a search for the truth about Virginia's life, the couple's marriage, and her death. The defense argued that the medical evidence did not support the murder allegation. After hearing the testimony and examining the evidence, the jury acquitted Alvin Ridley of all charges in 1999. He walked out of court a Free man. A Later Diagnosis Flipped Everything Again The acquittal ended the criminal case, but it did not fully explain Alvin Ridley. That explanation would come years later. Alvin was eventually diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. The diagnosis offered a new way to understand many of the traits that had made him appear suspicious, hostile, or impossible to reach. Was It a Murder? The Trial That Flipped Everything. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast continues bringing listeners real conversations from the front lines of crime, policing, trauma, survival, and healing. His communication difficulties, rigid behavior, social isolation, and inability to respond in ways others expected were no longer merely signs of eccentricity. The revelation reframed the entire story. It also raised a disturbing question: How often are people treated as dangerous or dishonest simply because they communicate differently or fail to conform to society's expectations? Alvin had been judged long before a jury heard the evidence. His differences helped create a public image that fit the accusation, even if the medical facts did not. “When someone does not behave the way society expects, people can mistake difference for guilt.” The diagnosis does not erase every mystery surrounding Alvin and Virginia's unconventional marriage. It does, however, offer important context about a man who spent much of his life being misunderstood. The Murder Trial That Changed Poston's Life The case did more than save Alvin Ridley from a possible murder conviction. It changed McCracken Poston personally. By the time he took the case, Poston had already spent approximately 14 years building his legal and political career. Beneath his professional success, however, he carried emotional wounds connected to his childhood. Supporting articles about this and much more from Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast in platforms like Medium , Blogspot and Linkedin. He had grown up with an alcoholic parent and struggled with low self-esteem and other personal issues. Alcohol would also become part of his own battle. Then his father appeared at Alvin's trial. That moment became part of a life-changing sequence for both men. Poston's father became sober afterward, and Poston eventually began his own recovery journey. Today, Poston has reportedly been sober for more than 20 years. The courtroom victory was important, but the case's impact reached far beyond a legal verdict. It transformed his relationships, challenged his understanding of himself, and helped place him on a path toward recovery. In an unexpected way, Alvin became more than a client. The two men formed an unlikely friendship, one that may have saved both of their lives. Zenith Man: More Than a True-Crime Book Decades after the trial, Poston returned to the case in his 2024 Book, Zenith Man: Death, Love, and Redemption in a Georgia Courtroom, published by Citadel Books/Kensington Publishing. The Book is part true crime, part courtroom drama, and part personal memoir. It examines the mystery surrounding Virginia Ridley's death, the challenges of representing Alvin, and the surprising evidence that changed the direction of the case. It also explores family, addiction, justice, community judgment, friendship, love, and redemption. At its center are two very different men. One was a former state legislator and experienced criminal defense attorney attempting to rebuild his career. The other was a reclusive television repairman accused of committing an almost unimaginable crime. Was It a Murder? The Trial That Flipped Everything. Their relationship began because of a murder charge. It endured because each man discovered something human in the other. “Sometimes the case that appears to be about saving a client becomes the case that saves the attorney, too.” A Career Filled With Nationally Recognized Cases Poston's legal work has extended far beyond the Ridley trial. As a Georgia and Tennessee criminal defense attorney, former prosecutor, and former state representative, he has handled numerous high-profile criminal cases. His work has received national News and television coverage, including features on CNN Presents, Dateline NBC, A&E's American Justice, Forensic Files, Extra, and NPR's Snap Judgment. The interview is available on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and other major Podcast platforms. Additional articles, and episode information can be shared through Facebook, Instagram, and other Social Media channels. Yet the Alvin Ridley case remains the one most closely associated with his career. It combined a sensational accusation, a deeply unconventional marriage, overlooked medical evidence, community suspicion, and a defendant whose behavior was widely misunderstood. It also became a deeply personal story of sobriety and redemption. Lessons From the Trial Poston's experience offers several important lessons about the criminal justice system and the way the public consumes crime stories. First, appearances are not evidence. A person can be strange, unlikeable, evasive, or socially isolated without being guilty of a crime. Second, medical evidence matters. Assumptions about a death must be tested against forensic facts and qualified expert analysis. Third, defendants with autism or other communication differences may be particularly vulnerable. Behavior that appears cold, deceptive, or uncooperative may have an entirely different explanation. Finally, redemption can emerge from unexpected places. Poston entered the case as Alvin's attorney. He left it with a changed perspective on his career, his family, his struggles with alcohol, and the direction of his life. Hear the Full Story on the Free Podcast McCracken Poston tells the remarkable story behind the trial on the nationally syndicated Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast. He discusses the difficulties of defending Alvin Ridley, the obstacles that threatened trial preparation, the overlooked evidence, and the courtroom decisions that helped secure an acquittal. Was It a Murder? The Trial That Flipped Everything. The show is distributed through Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, iHeartradio and other podcast platforms. Its interviews are also promoted across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels. He also talks about his father's unexpected appearance at the trial, his family's experience with alcoholism, and his own journey to more than 20 years of sobriety. The Free Podcast episode is available across major platforms, including Apple, Spotify, iHeartRadio, and YouTube. Updates and additional content from the Radio Show can also be found on Facebook and Instagram. For true-crime followers, the episode provides a rare look inside a defense attorney's preparation for an almost unbelievable murder trial. For listeners interested in recovery, family, autism awareness, and second chances, it offers something even more powerful. Was It a Murder? The people of Ringgold initially saw a dead woman, a secret marriage, and an eccentric husband living inside a cluttered house. They believed they knew what had happened. The evidence told another story. McCracken Poston's defense helped Alvin Ridley walk out of court a Free man. Years later, Alvin's autism diagnosis changed the way many people understood his behavior. The trial also became a turning point in Poston's relationship with his father and in his own journey toward sobriety. Zenith Man: Death, Love, and Redemption in a Georgia Courtroom is not merely the story of a sensational murder accusation. It is the story of what can happen when one attorney looks beyond appearances, questions the accepted narrative, and refuses to confuse being different with being guilty. Was it a murder? The trial flipped everything people thought they knew and the truth changed far more than the verdict. In October 2019, 47-year-old Ella Jackson disappeared from her home in Richmond, Kentucky. Her cellphone, wallet, vehicle, and five-year-old son were left behind—but her husband, Glenn Jackson, claimed she had simply walked away. Ella's family knew better. Days before she vanished, the Ukrainian-born mother of two had met with a domestic violence advocate and consulted a divorce attorney. Investigators later discovered a large bloodstain and a knife in the trunk of Glenn's vehicle. Six months after Ella disappeared, her partial skeletal remains were found in a remote wooded area of Pulaski County near property Glenn owned. Glenn Jackson, a former Eastern Kentucky University lecturer, was charged with murder, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. But after more than six years of delays—and years spent on house arrest rather than in jail—he avoided a murder trial by entering an Alford plea to reduced charges of first-degree manslaughter, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with physical evidence. Now featured on Dateline NBC's “The Bluegrass Mystery,” the case raises painful questions about domestic violence, delayed justice, and a family forced to wait years for answers that may never come. This is the disturbing true story of Ella Jackson, the evidence that pointed toward the man she feared, and the plea agreement her family says was not justice. How do you catch a serial rapist when the predator is a member of law enforcement?Recorded live at the East Regional Library's True Crime Club, this episode brings together two powerhouse voices in criminology. Host and moderator Dr. Michelle Jeanis (UL Lafayette Criminology Professor and co-host of the Missing Magnolias podcast) sits down with decorated 30-year veteran detective and hostage negotiator Capt. McCullan “Mac” Gallien. From 1987 to 1995, the "South Side Rapist" terrorized Lafayette, Louisiana, committing dozens of sexual assaults by targeting victims in their homes and using high-powered flashlights to disrupt their night vision. Operating with tactical police precision, the offender managed to evade detection for over a decade. The investigation ultimately exposed the predator as Randy Comeaux, a local sheriff's deputy. Captain Galleon—featured widely on national television including Dateline NBC and Forensic Files—reveals why Comeaux was classified as a "power reassurance" rapist and why geographic profiling, at the time a new type of technology, uniquely cracked the case wide open. Warning: This episode contains descriptions of sexual assault. Viewer discretion is advised.

The Tim Conway Jr. Show Hour 4 (6.18) Conway kicks off the hour with new overnight rules at San Diego beaches, where the beaches may not be fully shut down at night, but more than 35 coastal parking lots now face strict closures and time limits. The goal is to cut down on nighttime crime and overnight vehicle habitation, but it raises the classic California question: can we still enjoy the beach after dark? Then the crew jumps into the exploding world of podcasts. Spotify has listed the best podcasts in the world, and Conway asks the big question: everyone has a podcast now... but why? The show breaks down the top 10 trending podcasts in the U.S., covering everything from comedy and true crime to daily news, business, history, and celebrity interviews. From The Joe Rogan Experience and Crime Junkie to The Daily, Theo Von, Call Her Daddy, SmartLess, Dateline NBC, Stuff You Should Know, The Diary of A CEO, and The Rest Is History, the crew asks: do you actually listen to any of these? The hour wraps with the latest L.A. housing trend, as more Angelenos leave core Los Angeles for Long Beach and Santa Ana in search of lower rent and more space. But with longer commutes, rising costs, and each city’s own housing pressures, the big question is whether moving really solves the problem — or just changes the ZIP code. Trending Keywords: Spotify podcasts, top podcasts, Joe Rogan, Crime Junkie, The Daily, Theo Von, Call Her Daddy, SmartLess, true crime podcast, San Diego beaches, beach parking rules, Los Angeles rent, Long Beach, Santa Ana, housing costs, Conway Show, funny podcastSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Welcome to Multiverse News, your source for information about all your favorite fictional universes.Marvel dropped the first full trailer for X-Men '97 Season 2 this week, confirming a July 1 premiere on Disney+ and Apocalypse as the season's central threat. The nine-episode season picks up from the Season 1 finale with the X-Men scattered across time from ancient Egypt to the far future, while those left behind in the '90s work to bring them back, with the trailer also sneaking in a Morph-as-Deadpool shapeshifting moment for good measure. A third season is already in production. On the Doomsday front, Joe and Anthony Russo posted a series of cryptic images to Instagram with various hints and teases towards an Avengers: Doomsday reveal connected to this week's SXSW Film Festival in London; as of Tuesday morning, the hype seems to have all been for a Doctor Doom themed coffee shop pop-up for attendees of the festival. James Gunn took to Instagram this week with a fit check from the set of Superman: Man of Tomorrow, revealing a first look at Nicholas Hoult in Lex Luthor's iconic mech-suit, which in the comics gives Luthor superhuman strength, flight, and force fields. The image also appears to show a sandy, otherworldly backdrop, leaving plenty to speculate about heading into the film's 2027 release. A24's Backrooms had one of the biggest opening weekends of the year, pulling in 81 million dollars domestically and 118 million worldwide in its debut, the largest opening in A24 history and more than triple what Civil War earned in 2024. The film was adapted from the viral YouTube web series by its creator Kane Parsons, who at 20 years old is now the youngest filmmaker ever to open a number one film, and was produced for roughly 10 million dollars. Meanwhile The Mandalorian and Grogu fell to third place after its second week in theaters with a 69% drop.Prime Video has renewed The Rings of Power for a fourth season ahead of its Season 3 debut later this year, with early preproduction beginning this fall and filming targeted for early 2027.A24 has released the first trailer for Primetime, starring Robert Pattinson as Chris Hansen of Dateline NBC's To Catch a Predator fame, from acclaimed documentarian Lance Oppenheim, with the film set to premiere this fall.ElevenLabs has struck a deal with the estate of Stan Lee, licensing the Marvel legend's voice and likeness for AI-generated content available both to app users and commercial partners. The Minecraft Movie sequel now has a title: A Minecraft Movie Squared, due in theaters next July.HBO has dropped the full trailer for House of the Dragon Season 3, offering the first look at the season's major battle sequences, with the show returning June 21st.Anna Kendrick has been tapped to direct Netflix's adaptation of Taylor Jenkins Reid's novel The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo.During Playstation's annual State of Play showcase, God of War: Laufey was announced to be the next entry in the franchise and an extended gameplay trailer for Insomaniac's Wolverine was released online.

In this exclusive episode of Have a Seat with Chris Hansen, Chris talks with ethical hacker and cybersecurity expert Ryan Montgomery for an eye-opening and informative session you won't want to miss. Montgomery, founder of Pentester, the leading cybersecurity technology platform, talks about how he got his start in combating on-line attackers including uncovering an underground site ran by politician Nathan Larson. Montgomery's pleas about Larson to the media and law enforcement fell on deaf ears until Larson was later arrested for kidnapping and sexually assaulting an underaged child, a crime that could have been avoided if Montgomery's findings were taken seriously. But it was that determination and drive to protect children that founded Pentester and how law enforcement can now utilize his technology to find victims of human trafficking. This mega episode highlights the latest crimes against children, a show-and-tell of information available on line about YOU and what you can do to keep yourself safe from hackers, the latest products to prevent cyber-breaches and devices that can save your life in a disaster, as well as discussions and thoughts on the Epstein files and even the Nancy Guthrie case! After weeks of testimony and a defense case that ended without a single witness, the jury in the Kouri Richins trial returned a guilty verdict in the death of Eric Richins. In this week’s episode of Zone 7, Sheryl McCollum talks with investigative reporter Nate Eaton, who has been in court following the testimony, key witnesses, and the evidence surrounding Eric's death. Together, they discuss the prosecution's theory of motive, the evidence tied to money and deception, the Valentine's Day attempted-poisoning allegation, and the courtroom testimony that steadily tightened the case. Sheryl then provides a final trial update after the verdict, focusing on what the defense did not address and what the guilty verdict implies about the case. Guest Bio Nate Eaton is an award-winning journalist, Dateline NBC contributor, and co-founder of EastIdahoNews.com. He is known for his investigative reporting, courtroom coverage, and years of experience covering major criminal cases and breaking news. For more than four decades, Gail Eisnitz has investigated factory farms and slaughterhouses in the United States, documenting practices that most people never see. In this episode of Vegan Boss Radio, Gail shares what she witnessed during her years as an undercover investigator and why she believes transparency about the realities of animal agriculture is so important. Some parts of this conversation include descriptions of animal abuse inside factory farms and slaughterhouses, which may be difficult to hear. But as Gail explains, bringing these hidden practices into public awareness has been a central part of her life's work. We discuss: • What Gail witnessed during her investigations inside factory farms and slaughterhouses • Why so much of the meat industry operates out of public view • The challenges and personal toll of documenting animal abuse for decades • How public awareness has historically driven policy change • Gail's new memoir, Out of Sight, and the personal journey behind her investigative work Whether you're already vegan or simply curious about how our food systems operate, this conversation offers a rare look inside an industry that most consumers never see firsthand. About Gail Eisnitz Gail A. Eisnitz, winner of the prestigious Albert Schweitzer Medal for outstanding achievement in animal welfare, has spent decades documenting and exposing the hidden realities of the U.S. meat industry. She is the chief investigator for the Humane Farming Association and author of the memoir Out of Sight: An Undercover Investigator's Fight for Animal Rights and Her Own Survival. Eisnitz and her first book, Slaughterhouse: The Shocking Story of Greed, Neglect, and Inhumane Treatment Inside the U.S. Meat Industry, were the driving force behind a front-page exposé in The Washington Post that ultimately resulted in a multimillion-dollar annual Congressional appropriation to enforce the Humane Slaughter Act — the first funding ever allocated to enforce the law more than 40 years after it was passed. Her investigative work has led to major media exposés on ABC's Good Morning America, ABC's PrimeTime Live, and Dateline NBC and has been featured in major publications including The New York Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Miami Herald, the Detroit Free Press, Texas Monthly, the Denver Business Journal, the Los Angeles Times, and U.S. News & World Report. Her interviews have also been broadcast on more than 1,600 radio stations. In her memoir Out of Sight, Eisnitz takes readers on a deeply personal journey as she works to expose systemic animal abuse while navigating a rare visual processing disorder she has lived with since childhood — a condition that was only identified in scientific literature about a decade ago and was formally diagnosed while she was writing the book. Eisnitz has been vegan for more than two decades. Crime Writers On...True Crime Review

In 2004, Dateline NBC rolled out a new segment. “To Catch a Predator" was a bait-and-switch operation where producers chatted online with men looking for sex with a minor, then lured them to a home where reporter Chris Hansen would confront them on camera. The undercover segments were billed as helpful to both police and victims, as America watched the would-be predators squirm in shame before getting arrested. But its legacy is complicated, as the show faced scrutiny for aggressive tactics, murky ethics, and entertainment masquerading as justice. Now airing on Paramount+, “Predators” looks at “To Catch a Predator"'s impact on due process, actual benefits to deterrence, and effect on those ensnared. It also looks at the new generation of vigilantes who entrap suspected pedophiles. Director David Osit questions whether the TV show's goal was - as host Chris Hansen would claim - to understand why the men did what they did…or whether the goal was to humiliate them on national television.OUR SPOILER-FREE REVIEWS OF "PREDATORS" BEGIN IN THE FINAL 13 MINUTES OF THE EPISODE.  For exclusive podcasts and more, sign up at Patreon.Sign up for our newsletter at crimewriterson.com.This show was recorded in The Caitlin Rogers Project Studio. Using archival footage, behind-the-scenes material, and interviews with people involved on all sides, including Chris Hansen himself, Predators poses questions about accountability, spectacle, and the human cost of turning crime into content. Ever wondered if there's really a difference between hitting Restart and Shutdown on your PC? Turns out, there is — and knowing which one to use could save you a lot of frustration the next time your computer is acting up. I'll explain why one option is far better when it comes to fixing problems. https://computer.howstuffworks.com/restarting-shutting-down-computer.htm We all say we want to do important things — but then somehow they never get done. Why do we procrastinate on the stuff that matters most, and how does that affect our lives? Rob Dial, host of The Mindset Mentor podcast https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-mindset-mentor/id1033048640 and bestselling author of Level Up: How to Get Focused, Stop Procrastinating, and Upgrade Your Life (https://amzn.to/48QRV8j), joins me to uncover the psychology of procrastination and share powerful motivation strategies that will get you moving on the life you really want. Denial is one of those tricky human tendencies — easy to spot in others, but hard to see in ourselves. And it can quietly wreak havoc on relationships and decision-making. Jane Greer, nationally known marriage and family therapist who has appeared on Oprah, The Today Show, Dateline NBC, and more, brings fresh insights into why denial happens and how to break free from it. She's the author of six books on relationships, including her latest, Am I Lying to Myself?: How To Overcome Denial and See the Truth (https://amzn.to/48QvCzV) Negotiation doesn't have to be intimidating. In fact, there are a few simple tactics you can use that are so easy yet incredibly powerful. They come straight from master negotiator Herb Cohen, author of Negotiate This! By Caring, But Not That Much (https://amzn.to/3rXYnK6). In this segment, I'll reveal his strategies so you can walk into your next negotiation with confidence. PLEASE SUPPORT OUR SPONSORS!!!
