The Institute for Fiscal Studies has warned, however, that the UK remains stuck in a bind between high inflation and weak economic growth. Their director, Paul Johnson, joins Adam alongside the BBC's chief economics correspondent, Dharshini David, to unpack the day's economic headlines. If you've ever wanted to get guidance from the Angels or wondered what in the world one, one, one, one has to do with anything, then do we have the Angel Numbers show for you. Today I'll be talking with Kyle Gray about the message and meaning behind one, one, one, one, (1111) and other number sequences, and what they mean for you. We look at repeating numbers, ascending numbers, mirroring numbers, and much more, as you learn how to interpret the language of numbers and numerology from the Angels. You'll also learn how to communicate with the angels, speak to the angels, and get help from the angels. Kyle Gray is one of the UK's youngest, most sought after angel experts, the author of at least 6 books, the creator of at least three angel card decks, and the author of a fascinating guide for getting guidance from the angels, Angel Numbers: The Message and Meaning Behind 11:11 and Other Number Sequences. Key Points Discussed: The ultimate message that we are one with everything that is and ever will be The angelic time period that Kyle was in and how open and receptive he was for what took place Finding the reason in a happening versus something happening for a reason Seeing his deceased nana at age 4 and his dog scratching on the walls from the other side The medium who foresaw Kyle becoming the youngest medium in the UK Getting government funding to start a spiritual business at just 17 years When did you start recognizing numbers or when did they start chasing you down? The three things we should know when we start seeing numbers What changes if we call on the angels versus if we just know they're there? How can angel numbers and being in a dance with them help us raise our vibration? How the angels are shouting to get our attention and their tactical nature 10-10: On the cusp of something miraculous and 12-12: Healing and light The receptive aspects of divinity and the triple digits that tell one that they're a healer The manifestation number and how it's about abundance being given to us A whole new language of communicating with the angels and of being open and receptive The one way we can all begin to tune in more right now Worthiness: The key to experiencing angels What's the importance of loving ourselves? What do we do if we don't believe we're worthy of forgiveness? About Pammy: Born in the 60's in inner city Coventry to a Sikh immigrant family. At 16, a school trip introduced her to the mountains where she experienced the WOW moment that changed her life. A force much bigger than her took her to explore wild landscapes of the world! Not something her parents or community were keen on. “It's not what our girls do!.. what will everyone say??!!” Her drive was so strong she did it anyway at the risk of totally losing her world. She encountered many complex and painful challenges with people of all backgrounds including her own family/community. Through these emotional and physical challenges, she discovered her own core values. This was a journey of self-discovery, understanding and respecting differences and a passion for environmental protection. Pammy has been an outdoor/environmental practitioner since 1979 and in 1995 it struck her hard as she noticed the lack of Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic role models in the sector, at every level, from service users to Board level and felt very strongly this had to change. In 1995 she laid the foundation for what is now Backbone.. Backbone is a leading Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic outdoor environmental education organisation acknowledged on a national and global platform for successfully addressing diversity and inclusion in the sector. The key to their success is partnership working based on the values of: Genuine Intention Trust and Integrity Direct Benefit of All Communities They provide a safe and comfortable space for people and organisations to grow in their uniqueness. Together with their partners they are making a difference in the sector and to the communities they serve. ‘Adventure'… For some is climbing an unknown peak and for others it is leaving the City. The commonality is leaving the comfort of YOUR home and entering the unknown.. a journey of discovery to magical places! Learn more about Pammy and the work that Backbone is doing. What do you do when you're given the reins of one of the biggest rail projects in history that's three years late and well over budget? How do you take something that has gone decidedly off the rails, back on track? For Mark Wild of Crossrail UK, it meant going back to the fundamentals of project management. He focused on grappling with the enormous complexity of the project, correcting things that had gone off course, and building a team that could adapt to uncertainty. No project of this scale goes off without a hitch, and Crossrail is no different. After running The Tube, Mark took on the challenge of completing the project and getting trains into stations. This episode of Transit Unplugged is a great lesson in applying project fundamentals to a project that has gone pear-shaped.
