Fargo is back on FX and Hulu! I've been absent... so sorry! Needless to say, MAJOR SPOILERS FOR SEASON TWO OF THE WHITE LOTUS IN THIS EPISODE! It's The White Lotus season two finale discussion! I loved this season so much, even if I was actively angry at it sometimes as it was airing, and there's a lot to talk about as creator Mike White gives us a complex meditation on sexual and gender politics. I had a lot of fun trying to make sense of all the relationships of these characters: their jealousies, their emotional attachments (or lack thereof), their hang-ups... it was a truly great season of television and a lot of fun to dissect a bit. Okay, it's Housewives time! Whether it's franchise fatigue or just general bad storytelling, I'm getting into why the current season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City isn't doing it for me all of a sudden. Whereas the scripted, sitcom-y vibe of the first few episodes of season three of RHOSLC were entertaining, it's getting exhausting and boring. I have theories. It's an all-Drag Race episode! Well, kinda. First, we have to talk about the Chrisleys, but then? Let's get into the season four finale of RuPaul's Drag Race UK, which had a bit of a lackluster season, despite crowning a wonderful queen. Then it's onto the next international all stars season, Canada's Drag Race vs. The World. (Or is it just Canada vs. The World? Unclear.) An eclectic but entertaining group of queens from RuPaul's Drag Race, UK, Down Under, and Canada's Drag Race gather in the Great White North (alongside Prime Minister Justin Trudeau!) in the newest Olympics of Drag smackdown, and I'm actually enjoying it so far. To wrap things up with my Countdown to Christmas recommendation, I'm talking about the formation of the Hallmark Cinematic Universe and its implications for the Christmas canon moving forward. I'm recapping Hulu's Steve Carrell vehicle The Patient and the new Sylvester Stallone series Tulsa King, which is by the Yellowstone guy and streaming on the service that seems to be actively targeting Boomers: Paramount Plus. Happy Halloween! To celebrate spooky season, I'm talking about horror this week! The scariest story, though, might be that James Corden is a complete douchenozzle, according to the owner of Balthazar in NYC. After going through that viral story of Corden getting banned from brunch, I'm talking about Netflix's new Ryan Murphy series The Watcher, which is essentially a season of American Horror Story without anything supernatural; and AMC's adaptation of Anne Rice's Interview with the Vampire, which takes the source material and actually improves upon it (while also making it super queer). The game has changed! After immediately revealing everyone's identities (I was right on 4 out of 5, thankyouverymuch), the contestants on season 2 of RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race perform together in a group number from the Vegas live show (because what is Drag Race if not one giant franchise marketing tool) and then each individually perform RuPaul songs. The results are mixed, with some strong showings from the usual crop and a very disappointing turn from one of our favorites. But we're one step closer to finding out which celebrity is taking home the crown and the $100k for charity, and next week we're getting SNATCH GAME! You know what's fun? This season of RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars 7: All Winners: Queen of All Queens (could we fit another subtitle in there?). But at least it gave me some time to watch the TV I'd been missing, so I'm touching on a bunch of shows I've streamed in the last week that deserve your attention. Also not fun? Anchor got rid of my bongo transition sound, so.... yeah, I guess I have to experiment with new ones to see if I find one that doesn't suck and isn't 20 seconds long.

The CW axed more than half its lineup this week, and Jessica Biel plays a woman who axed her best friend on Hulu's miniseries Candy. I'm talking about both of those, as well as Starz's boring-ass comedy/horror/drama/mystery Shining Vale.
