I’m growing to learn that we can’t postpone our joy & fulfillment. We can’t hold back and let the fear of getting outside our comfort zone be the driver, instead we need to use that fear as fuel to drive us towards designing our dream lives. In this episode, I will discuss why time is such a precious gift and why we need to start spending it by living true to ourselves and making the changes that you and I know may be uncomfortable but good for us.
As with any change we are looking to create in our lives...it all starts with our minds, specifically our mindsets. In this episode we will discuss how in order to achieve your goals, your mindset needs to match your aspirations, otherwise, it might hold you back from getting to where you want to be. I’ll share 3 strategies that I hope can help you in fortifying your mindset so that you can use your brain to your advantage in the realization of designing your dream life.
In this episode, I will be diving deep into my personal life story including some of the bumps in the road I encountered living a life dictated by what I thought the definition of “success” was. I’ll also share the lessons I learned and wisdom I gained from finally deciding to take ownership over designing my own life.
