The guys discuss areas of life including fear and loss and recovering from loss, with Bolelli opening up about the tragic loss of his wife and caring for his daughter. This brings the conversation onto what happiness really is and learning to enjoy the present moment rather than always waiting for the future. This takes the guys on to talking about meditation and religion, with Bolelli discussing what is described as the MMA approach to religion.
