Bei Jugendlichen ist das allerdings schnell ein Problem, denn laut der Studie "Extrem einsam" gibt es einen Zusammenhang zwischen Einsamkeit und antidemokratischer Haltung. Die Soziologin Claudia Neu von der Uni Göttingen hat an der Studie mitgearbeitet. Im Gespräch mit SWR Aktuell-Moderator Andreas Böhnisch sagt sie aber auch: "Nicht jeder, der Einsamkeitsgefühle hat, ist morgen bei der AfD." La colonisation de l'Amazonie, encouragée par l'État brésilien dans les années 1970, s'est faite dans le désordre au détriment des populations locales et de l'environnement. Aujourd'hui, difficile de faire le tri entre titre foncier légal et faux document. Et comme les procédures de régularisation étaient longues et complexes, le gouvernement local a mis en place, il y a 15 ans, un système d'enregistrement numérique plus efficace, explique Bruno Kono, président de l'Institut des Terres du Pará. « À ce jour, nous avons régularisé environ 1,8 million d'hectares de terre. Cela permet aux propriétaires d'affirmer leurs droits, mais aussi de respecter leurs obligations, comme préserver la forêt qui se trouve sur leur propriété. Cela permet donc d'empêcher la déforestation, explique-t-il. Et il y a un système de contrôle par satellite qui peut déboucher sur des amendes. » L'Amazonie menacée par le crime organisé Ce système de régularisation des terres, soutenu par l'Agence française de développement (AFD), intéresse désormais d'autres gouvernements locaux. Mais il faut le renforcer, plaide Dominique Hautbergue, directeur de l'AFD au Brésil. Car la forêt ne fait plus seulement face qu'à la menace de l'agro-industrie. « Le crime organisé s'empare des richesses de l'Amazonie, avec l'exploitation du bois illégale, avec l'orpaillage illégale, avec les trafics de drogues, le trafic d'êtres humains, et ça, c'est une vraie nouveauté en Amazonie. Maintenant, c'est aussi géré par des groupes organisés de grande ampleur et qui sont affiliés au crime organisé », raconte-t-il.  Cet accaparement des terres, la forêt en souffre, tout comme les indigènes et les afro-descendants qui y vivent. C'est le cas d'Aurelio Borges, membre d'une communauté quilombola. « Ils envahissent le territoire des quilombolas et installent des clôtures de fils barbelés. C'est une manière de nous en empêcher l'accès et d'expulser les communautés. C'est une pratique courante, ça arrive constamment ! Parfois, c'est des clôtures, parfois, c'est en ouvrant une route qui coupe nos territoires sans autorisation. Une fois, un quilombola a été tué par balles, il cueillait des baies dans une zone que la communauté utilise pour subvenir à ses besoins, mais un gros propriétaire agricole a affirmé que ça lui appartenait. Il a fait appel à des capangas, des milices armées, chargées de protéger le territoire des exploitants. Ces pistoleros provoquent des conflits et finissent par détruire nos plantations. Des fois, quand les pirogues sont déjà chargées de baies, ils les retournent et tout est jeté dans la rivière. C'est un impact constant », explique-t-il. Et malgré les progrès, pour ces populations, l'accès à un titre foncier reste difficile.
