Jerry and his wife, Allison, have four children, three of whom are in full-time ministry.

Prior to joining CIY, Jayson was a youth minister at Christian Church of Carl Junction (MO); Eastside Christian Church in Fullerton, CA; East Tulsa Christian Church; and Paramount Terrace Church (now Hillside Christian Church) in Amarillo, Texas. He and his wife Janice have four children – Justin, Levi, Sydney, and Cylis. Their family attends Christ's Church of Oronogo near Joplin, MO.

Darrel Land is the founding and Senior Minister of Redemption Christian Church (Formerly Christians Church of Jasper) in Jasper, Indiana, a small rural town with a population of 15,000. The church started in 2000 with 12 people and has grown to average over 2,200 people. In December 2016, Redemption Christian Church opened its second campus in Loogootee, Indiana. Darrel is the Chairman of the Board for the House of Hope orphanage in Haiti as well as the president of Camp Illiana Retreat Center Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Jasper Mayor's Ecumenical Council. He has served on the North American Christian Convention (NACC) continuation committee. Darrel serves as vice-chairman on The Solomon Foundation's Board of Directors. Darrel previously served in ministries in Marengo, Indiana, and Gosport, Indiana, and he holds a bachelor's degree from Kentucky Christian University.
Bob Smith has been on staff with 2|42 Community Church since November 2010. He coordinates the new church planting and expansion of campuses for the church. Bob had previously served as the Brighton Campus Pastor and the Executive Pastor for Business Operations. He has more than 28 years of law enforcement experience, retiring with Plymouth Township as the Deputy Chief of Police in November 2010. Bob graduated from Northwestern University's Traffic Institute School of Staff and Command and holds a Master's degree in Liberal Studies from Eastern Michigan University. He has served on the Board of Directors of several community organizations and was the Chairman of the Board of New Churches of Christ-Evangelism from 2007-2017. He currently is serving as Chairman on The Solomon Foundation's Board of Directors.
Dr. Alan Ahlgrim has over 50 years of ministry experience. He retired from his role as founding pastor of Rocky Mountain Christian Church in Colorado; however, he has not retired from active ministry and now serves as the Chief Soul Care Officer of Covenant Connections for Pastors. Alan invests heavily in the hard work of heart work, helping other leaders serve well and finish well by connecting them in soul enriching Covenant Groups. These small in-depth communities are transformational because they are designed first for soul care, producing remarkable renewal and resilience. Most of Alan's work is now done in Colorado; however, he is catalyzing a national network of soul care groups meeting in various locations. He is the father of three married children and six grandchildren. He and his wife for life, Linda, thoroughly enjoy an active life, hiking, kayaking, biking and walking together with their Australian Labradoodle, Molly Brown, the Dog of Renown!
Matt has served as the Lead Pastor of Bethany Christian Church in Washington, IN, for 20 years. During that time Matt has led the church through multiple generosity campaigns, building additions, and a relocation. A gifted speaker and Spirit-filled leader, Matt has been instrumental in leading a small town church to experience amazing growth. Matt's vision of an outward focused, evangelistic community of believers has led a small-town church from 80 to over 2000 in weekend attendance. Matt and his wife, Kelli, have 5 boys. He has served on The Solomon Foundation's Board of Directors since 2020.
Andrew is the founder of MiT Global, a non-profit with a focus on mobilizing and multiplying disciples. He is the founder and director of Emerge Global, a local church sending agency serving missionaries amongst unreached people groups. He is scheduled to be President of ICOM in 2024, which will be hosted in over 25 venues for the very first time. image He serves as the global missions pastor at Owensboro Christian Church in Owensboro, Kentucky. He serves as a missions consulting coach for churches to help develop their global missions' strategy. He has helped develop Best Practices in church-based missionary care to help every church fulfill its vital role in sending, sustaining, and receiving global workers, and he has traveled extensively around the world teaching, leading, and training disciples. He is the co-author of Missions Abandoned: Re-Establishing Missions as a Priority in Our Lives and Churches and Missions in Focus: 10 Essential Conversations for Effective Sending. He is also the author of a mission's curriculum for young people called The Yadah Series, and is a contributing author for Renew.org. He was born and raised in New Zealand and has served in various ministry roles in youth ministry and missions in both New Zealand and the United States. He is married to his beautiful bride, Jamie, and blessed with two daughters, Hannah, and Ella.
Steve Cuss's journey began as a trauma and hospice chaplain. It was in this role he learned about family systems theory and where he connected healing of anxiety with the gospel. In 2012 he officially integrated his learning and experiences into a year-long class for his staff. In 2019, Harper Collins published my book Managing Leadership Anxiety: Yours and Theirs. He's been a featured speaker all over the world, hosted workshops and helped people integrate emotional and spiritual health through his tools. He was privileged to grow up in Perth, Western Australia, in an adventurous family of origin. After moving to the United States for theological study, he married Lisa and together they have two sons and a daughter. When he's not working, you can find him laughing with his family, knee-deep in a trout stream, or trying a guitar he cannot afford at a local music store.

Don and his wife Sue founded CCV in 1982 with three couples in their living room. After several temporary meeting facilities in the first 15 years of existence, they settled in the NW Valley when the congregation came together to provide a miracle offering to purchase land for their first permanent facility. The church grew steadily over the next 20 years when Don and the elders executed a well-designed transition plan that allowed CCV to continue its tremendous impact. image After faithfully serving Christ's Church of the Valley in Arizona for 35 years, Dr. Don Wilson launched Accelerate Group with his wife Sue, and they have served scores of pastor couples across the U.S. to date. Don has the unique ability to relate to varying age groups and demographics to inspire their leadership in advancing the gospel. Don and Sue have been married for over 52 years, they have three children whose families are all in the full time ministry and have eleven grandkids.

Respected as an accurate prophet and seasoned teacher, Pastor Ken served his parents ministry for 10 years before the unction of the Holy Spirit led him to launch Evolve Church. Pastor Ken serves as the New Chaplain for the Milwaukee Bucks basketball organization; well as the Milwaukee Bucks barber for the 6th consecutive year.
