The Wake Up and Show Up podcast is a fantastic listen for anyone looking for inspiration, motivation, and personal growth. Portia Scott, the host, does an incredible job of engaging with her guests and providing insightful conversations that leave a lasting impact. The daily shows on Facebook and YouTube are also inspiring and offer key takeaways to carry throughout the day.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is Portia's wealth of knowledge and preparedness when discussing topics. She comes fully equipped to delve deep into subjects, offering thoughtful insights and perspectives. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious, making each episode enjoyable and engaging. The topics covered are diverse, ranging from personal development to mindfulness, ensuring that there is something for everyone.

While it's challenging to find any negative aspects of this podcast, one area that could be improved upon is the frequency of episodes. I CHOOSE TO LIVE. There are some books that touch your heart in a very special way. The message just stays with you. Letshego's memoir of her late husband Gugulethu Zulu was one of those books for me. I knew after I finished the final page that I wanted to have her on my podcast. One of the quotes in her book is "If Not, Why Not". I later learned that this is the quote that prompted her to say yes to being a houseguest on the podcast. Letshego takes us on a journey of adventure, love, loss and her decision to choose life even after losing her husband. The book teaches us how to be resilient after loss; the loss of a loved one, a job, a business, a dream or whatever the loss is that we are experiencing. We want to give away this book to 5 listeners. If you want a copy of this book all you have to do is leave a review, take a screenshot and dm me on Instagram @iamportiascott.
