Convinced it must act alone, it begins to hoard resources, reproducing without harmony, building a community of disconnection we call a tumor. Cancer, then, is not simply a disease—it is a story about miscommunication, about what happens when any living thing loses its place in the greater whole. Step back, and it's hard not to see the same pattern unfolding around us. We are a species untethered.  Cities rise while ecosystems crumble.  Communities fracture. We pour our time and attention into screens, constructing intricate digital lives while our real connections wither. Inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are body language guiding awareness that something is wrong. Wrong thoughts are not a chronic problem until they are believed to be right. The essence of existence is as stable as it is simple since it does not change; It IS True as Reality is Real. Changing thoughts imagined to be real and true causes internal anxiety and fear and trying obsessively to exact revenge externally is as impossible as it is to turn imagination into reality. Cause and effect are co-incidental since effects immediately follow Feeling wrong mirrors wrong thoughts. Thoughts are something we have and repeating thoughts is not something we “have” to do. We have thoughts so can't be thoughts so it is our choices that are wrong that we feel - not who we are that is wrong. To be wrong about this is to think we are stuck while we decide that wrong is right which causes such feelings. Clingy attachments to sticky thoughts are words frequently used historically to show how suffering in life can be achieved. No words can account for what and how we hear them. All there is to Know is always Present now. There is our natural basis for informed, inspired decisions. Seeking elsewhere is to think All that is here is not here and so seeking has never been enough to fill this imagined gap between us and it.  This is the root of mental addiction. This problem is not with Life or Reality but our choice to act on fantasy as reality. This is typical obsessive thinking that is so commonplace since the place we're in now is the only place thoughts occur. Induced insanity may appear normal while it is not.  We may think we don't know, while we know, and perpetuate the mythology of the ages that there is nothing we can do but repeat the same ruinous ideas. Human nature is natural while induced insanity will never be no matter how commonly it occurs. The freedom to think what we want comes with the freedom to not think in chronically dysfunctional manners, no matter what we think. The attempt to cover this darkness manifests, like any seeming secret, haunting shadows as the defensive posture of denial, defiance, and delusion since it is a lie. Seeing and hearing things only as imagined is imagining reality to be only what and how we think. This “self-centered” Illusion thought of as reality is induced insanity. Thinking about thinking itself does not create our self - it creates more thoughts, thus obsessive thinking. Inner conflict pronounces any misuse of thought. Trying to feel better about what is worse is to imagine it is a monkey on our back and a dragon chasing us or to be chased, rather than our choice to chase thoughts that turn obsessive.  Treating effects denies the cause.  It is what and how we think now that we feel.  If there is a problem now is where the problem is - and can be perpetuation or eliminated. Consider these things. The Mental Obsession Discussion:We Know We Know. What could go wrong? Check your experience for clues. Feeling better is getting better at feeling what is actually happening and what is felt is the result of how and what we think. To think that feeling better about what is wrong gets us over what is wrong is a compulsion, like any addiction, used as a distraction to consume our attention. This cover of darkness, like any seeming secret, is the defensive posture of denial, defiance, and delusion since it is a lie. “Fixing” induced insanity by thinking more about “it” obsessively produces more unstable mentality followed by outward corrupt toxic actions.  Scarcity ( scare - city; “self-centered” fear ) is an induced environ-mental, dysfunctional condition. It is a choice dependent solely on the thinker coming to believe there is no other actual reality.  Seeing and hearing things only as imagined is not seeing and hearing things as they are. Illusion thought to be reality is induced insanity - directed by the thinker experiencing the manifest anguish. Inner conflict pronounces how we are thinking. This form of thought is purely imagined and sleepwalking is the consequence. Accurately noticing wrongs dissolves them rather than subject the subjective thinker to make things worse by making up new ways to maintain them by trying to feel better about them or trying to get over them. Feeling wrong does not make us wrong but indicates our thinking is wrong. This does not confirm that what and how we think is real, or right, only that our imaginative capacity can manifest daydreams that can feel like nightmares even while thinking we're awake. Daydreams are seldom observed since when we think and thus feel like we're in them. Thinking how we think is all we are and thus reality causes the same effect of feeling like we're in thoughts. Some evidence of this is saying we're stuck in thought, stuck in our head, and begin to imagine thoughts have a life of their own so they can be, or are, intrusive and attacking us - as though we've imbued them with a life of their own. Awakening from any nightmare offers relief once it is realized that it was only a dream. Choosing to imagine how we think is Reality comes with all the same consuming effects of dreams since obsessive thoughts are imagined to be true. The possibility to think wrong thoughts are right is constant - since we are free to choose what and how we think. Addiction's promise suggests that the problem will one day be the absolute solution. This absolution never comes, since it is a lie; it is impossible. If all things possible are possible then thinking we shouldn't be doing what we're doing, while doing what we're doing, leads to more complications and confusion. Having things as they are is to have something that can be let go of.  When it comes to imagining wrong thoughts will one day be right the smashing blow is facing delusion as nothing more than what and how we think of it, now. We know what is right so know what is wrong and if we didn't we wouldn't suffer from thinking we don't.   All that happens, happens in the present. Like Narcissus falling in love with his image this seeming self-centeredness is actually thought centered narrowly focused obsessively on reflections of more and more thought. If we are here there is no then or there to get nor is there any more or less of this, or that, to have. To not have what we have is to think we have to have something else, somewhere else in an amount that can never be achieved. To maintain this thought is the source of addiction since more or less will never be enough and when enough is never enough there is no hope. Hopelessness in this case is an accurate assessment of an impossible condition. The condition is not the problem. It is our choice to maintain the claim it is all we can do so we blame “it” for being the problem while our insistence to maintain such thoughts equals the persistent experience.  As long as we act as though we have nothing to do with the idea automatically thinking there is nothing we can do about it is used to justify continuing to do what seems to be the only thing possible. This deception underlies all compulsive behaviors and leads to suicide in obvious or less dramatic compulsive ways. Induced insanity manifests anxiety, pressure, and stress that undermines all of our bodily ability to maintain stability. When insane thoughts attempt to have rational ideas maintain balance it is just another irrational perpetuation of the same induced insanity. Inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are body language guiding our awareness of what is wrong. Wrong thoughts are not a chronic problem until they are believed right. The essence of existence is as stable as it is simple since it does not change; True IS True as Reality is Real. Changing thoughts imagined to be real and true causes anxiety and fear and obsessively tries to exact revenge internally and thus externally. The odds of feeling conflicted while acting on such thoughts are 100% while the odds of ever getting even - are zero. We can shrink or grow. Growth diminishes the scale problems while shrinking magnifies them. Considering the Absolute nature as our nature dissolves problems no matter the matter of size and weight we think “they” have since it is only a thought imagining such things. We Know We Know. MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Our focus is principled so each episode reflects the immediate peace and stability of our Ever-Present Knowing Awareness that clarifies conflicted impressions manifest by the instability and hyper-reactivity of obsessive thinking.  Accurately noticing wrong allows it to dissolve rather than develop new ways to think feeling better about it is a solution. Dissolving problems does not require repeated re-solution.   If the essence of existence exists then it is essential. To think it possible that we can be excluded from what is essential is to look at our world through the optics of an upside-down lens of misunderstanding mistakenly imagined to be reality and truth. Thoughts of this nature are naturally conflicted since they are at odds with everything including themselves. Inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are body language guiding awareness of something wrong. Wrong thoughts are not a chronic problem until they are believed to be right. The essence of existence is as stable as it is simple since it does not change; It IS True as Reality is Real. It is our changing thoughts imagined to be real and true that we suffer with internally and try to exact revenge externally to balance this imbalance. The odds of getting even while at odds with our own experience are zero. Trying to feel better or get over what is wrong tries to ignore the wrong and so reinforces the wrong  and no amount of effort can achieve this. This form of management is hopeless since it maintains the problem.  To say we want to correct it by Ignoring it is a lie since there is actually  nothing to ignore. To insist on resisting is to make the problem seem real by feeling the persistent disturbing effect we manifest and maintaining. Our brains are designed to process reality and nervously break down when we insist they process insanity. If we did not know better we would not know something is wrong.  For as long and hard as we make-believe we can create reality will we turn our back on facing the internal messes we make that turn into the circumstances that seem as unjust as they seem to be happening to us. Make-believe is fantasy - Reality is Reality.  Our discussion is not based on new forms of impossibility but the concession that nature in all substantive forms is essential to our nature as sourced in the presence of all possibility now.  Right here, Right now is where virtue, morality, functional capacity, and sane mentality operate, freely.  We Know We Know. We Are Aware We Are Aware. We Are as We Are. Reality is unlimited. Nothing can be added or subtracted to or from It. The idea we create it suggests otherwise. Acting on such thoughts is behaving out of order. Anxious and systemic disorders reflect this attempt to reverse the natural order. Disease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such activities. Sharing principles affirms and confirms our indivisibility. We can choose desperation while our collective unchanging essence is inspiration. Thoughts of this nature are conflicted.  Inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are natural consequences indicating something is wrong. Wrong thoughts are not a chronic problem until they are believed to be right. The essence of existence is as stable as it is simple since it does not change; It IS True as Reality is Real. We Know We Know. We Are Aware We Are Aware. We Are as We Are. Reality is unlimited. Nothing can be added or subtracted to or from It. The idea we create it suggests otherwise. Acting on such thoughts is behaving out of order.
