Recent Box Score Key Stats Commanders at Falcons 1PM ET—Washington improved to 2-1 following their 41-24 home victory against Las Vegas. The Commanders ground attack was strong with 201 yards rushing for 6.33 yards a carry and got efficient work in the passing game behind a backup quarterback. Marcus Mariota hit 15 of 21 for 207 yards with a touchdown. He rushed for 40 yards and a score. They limited the Raiders on the ground but allowed 261 yards passing for 9 yards per pass attempt. Atlanta falls to 1-2 after their 30-0 road defeat to Carolina. The Falcons played back-to-back road games. The Falcons rushed for 131 yards for 5.7 yards a carry and inefficient in the passing game. They limited the Panthers to 3.7 yards a carry with only 114 passing yards. The Falcons had a -2-turnover margin. Michael Penix hit 18 of 26 for 172 yards with two interceptions with one returned for a touchdown.
