It's Not About You Episode Today's Guest: Jack Cameron TOPICS Man arrested at Disney resort in Florida after refusing temperature check. Kelly Sills, a tourist from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, bypassed the Orlando attraction's medical screening in February and refused to get his temperature checked when asked by Disney employees. Sills told authorities that he couldn't be told to leave because he had spent $15,000 on his vacation. Sills argued with the security manager, yelling at him, before the manager told him he was "no longer welcome at the park today." Sills pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor trespassing charge, according to court records. NYC Building Staff Fired for Failing to Help Asian Woman During Attack The building workers who stood idly by in the lobby as an Asian woman was brutally attacked on the sidewalk are out of a job ... they've been fired. Surveillance video captured the violence in Midtown Manhattan, where a 65-year-old woman who was on her way to church last month was viciously beaten by a complete stranger, who cops say is 38-year-old Brandon Elliot. The Brodsky Organization canned the doormen for not following emergency and safety protocols ... in other words, doing nothing while the beatdown was carried out in front of them. The doormen's union claimed they waited until the attacker left to help the woman and flag down cops because they thought the guy had a knife ... but that apparently wasn't enough to save their jobs. https://www.tmz.com/2021/04/06/asian-hate-crime-nyc-building-workers-fired-standing-by-doing-nothing/

This week we catch up with Michael 'MC' Cameron, founder of Pirate Life Brewing. Pirate Life has just celebrated its second birthday and continues to kick goals on the national beer market. We chat to Michael about the brewery's approach, why packaged beer is 80 per cent of their sales, why they are focusing on the regions, outgrowing their first brewery and their plans to expand and plenty more about the state of the market. Michael Cameron & Pirate Life: Hospitality and beer veteran Michael Cameron took on the role of CEO at Pirate Life Brewery after it was established by his son, Jack Cameron, and his friend Red (Jared) Proudfoot. The pair met in Aberdeenshire while they were working as brewers for BrewDog before deciding to return to back to Australia to start their own brewery. Michael soon took the reins of the business operations to raise finances and gain traction for Pirate Life's now infamous brews.
