Hill City Chop House earned real recognition in Texas barbecue, but Dustin Martin made a decision most people fear: he closed the brick-and-mortar and went back to the trailer, catering, and private events. In this episode, we talk about why the economics of barbecue can make four walls feel like a trap, how a house fire pushed him into the restaurant lane in the first place, what the Texas Monthly list does and doesn't change, and why success sometimes looks like sitting on the porch with your kids instead of chasing a dining room you can't forecast."My advice: just do it. Make the jump." - Dustin Martin

The Legacy of the Number 4 at the Tigers lives on, with Sam Lalor taking on the honors left by arguable the Club's greatest player Dustin Martin. Richmond surprised a lot of people in 2025, it was predicted by a lot of people that they would go through the whole season without winning a game. The young Tigers made sure to put a end to that discussion winning their opening game against Essendon to show they are no pushover. With a season into the young Tigers who showed so much potential from the 2024 Draft class and adding some quality players from this years Draft as well, the Tigers could showcase some exciting footy. While they are still young and will still have to make signficant improvements, this season could see some growth. Listen along as we Preview the season for the Richmond Football Club.
