What can we learn from Polly Klaas' father, Marc, about the experience of having a child go missing from their bedroom? Allow me to share Marc Klaas' words of wisdom. His story ended in tragedy, but that doesn't mean that Sebastian's will go that route. I just feel Marc can add value to our understanding of Sebastion Rogers' case. And finally, I'll ask some questions about the Proudfoots and their suddenly much-discussed garage. #sebastianrogers #sethrogers #katieproudfoot #chrisproudfoot #tennessee #breakingnews #asmr #pollyklaas #marcklaas #truecrime #idaho #moscowidaho #kayleegoncalves #madisonmogen #ethanchapin #xanakernodle #moscowstudentmurders #idahostudentmurders #moscowhomicides #truecrimeunsolved #truecrimeunsolved Support the Show.

A detective helped search inside the home and when he shined a flashlight at an odd-looking place in the staircase, he noticed a blanket.Police removed a few steps in the area and located Paislee and her biological mother, 33-year-old Kimberly Cooper, in a “small, cold and wet” space. Our usual cast of co-hosts and panelists will join in to hear all about the festivities featuring Kathleen Moore, event coordinator, Marc Klaas, Pat Brown, Kaine Horman, Robin Sax and many of the other advocates involved. April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time set aside to focus specifically on preventing child abuse / neglect within our communities. Specifically by fostering education and collaborations which facilitate the type of awareness required to prevent criminal conduct against the youngest and most vulnerable members of society. With crimes against children on the rise we have a moral obligation to focus upon this serious issue and take action which works against predators and all whom lack the ability or insight to properly protect children in their care. Our LA Community Policing and National Association of Adult Survivors of Child Abuse sister efforts (www.LACP.org & www.NAASCA.org) are proud to partner with activists from the Greater Sacramento region in hosting this 50 state kick off, featuring opening ceremonies Sunday April 1st collectively pulling people and resources together which will call significant attention to this important cause.
Tonight's SPECIAL GUEST is Marc Klaas of California, President and Founder of Klaas Kids Foundation, and father of victim Polly Klaas. On March 31st and April 1st, KlaasKids will be participating in the National Child Abuse Prevention Month kickoff in Sacramento, CA. We will join forces with thousands of volunteers, businesses, and organizations from coast to coast to raise awareness and much-needed funding. Mark Lunsford and Mark Sconce, who both lost their children to abduction and murder, will lead a motorcycle rally from California to Washington D.C. and back. Mr Klaas is a seeminly tireless advocate for Child Safety, and an avid supporter of Megan's Law. In his words, "The KlaasKids Foundation was established in 1994 to give meaning to the death of my twelve-year-old daughter kidnap and murder victim Polly Hannah Klaas and to create a legacy in her name that would be protective of children for generations to come. Conceived with an initial investment of $2,000 the Foundation's mission is to stop crimes against children. America's continued evolution is predicated on the unspoken promise of past generations that we will give our children a better world than was given to us."
