Former federal prosecutor Andrew Cherkasky appeared on �Banfield� to discuss Monday�s search of Mar-a-Lago, an action he calls seismic. He says in order to satisfy the requirements under the Fourth Amendment, investigators would have to establish believe that a crime took place and that there would be evidence of a crime at Mar-a-Lago. �I don�t think a judge would have ever signed off on this if the Department of Justice, the attorneys involved, and the FBI agents involved, didn�t tell the judge specifically that they believe they can actually prosecute the crime.
