Was the Derek Chauvin Trial verdict the correct one? If so, what do we do now and how. are cases like the Daniel Shaver shooting connected to this? Beyond that, in a time where things are already tense in America over the trial, we also have to navigate the Ma'khia Bryant shooting. Ecumenism is demonized a lot between Christian denominations. What if, by demonizing it and each other so much, we are losing not just relevancy, but potency? What if we are giving up countless opportunities to change lives and make a real positive impact for the Gospel? And if all of that is true, what other kind of damage has the traditional attitude toward unity between denominations caused? Like and Subscribe! Not just on YouTube but on every platform streaming podcasts. This is the third episode of a series that goes a step above, looking into the experiences and passions of the student missions coordinators of the Adventist universities all over America. We get to see what drives them to serve, and what has kept them in their fields for so long. April Schneider, the SM coordinator at Southwestern Adventist University, might be adjusting to the position as the position itself keeps adjusting, but has a longstanding passion for missions. You'll get to see that she views what she does in a unique way, while seeking to positively impact students towards service. *Disclaimer: The original intent was to interview all of the coordinators back to back, and then immediately publish their episodes. Instead, I severely underestimated the ability to get everyone free in the same ballpark, and it ended up taking several months to actually interview each of the 6 coordinators. As a result, the timelines don't sync up as per my original intention. However, this doesn't take away at all from the experiences and the impact that these awesome individuals have had, and will continue to have while leading their institutions in the inspiration of future missionaries and servants for Jesus. Dr. Travis Coulter discusses the utilization of IV mild to moderate sedation in his general practice and its benefits to clinical care. Dr. Coulter's personal statement: "I am the youngest of three kids born to two hard working teachers that are now retired. My Dad was a woodshop teacher and my Mom was a math teacher as well as a school counselor. I was raised on the Coulter family farm and cattle ranch in the Panhandle of Texas outside the small town of Texline where my parents instilled in each of us the value of working hard without complaint, never quitting, continual self-improvement and most of all treating others as how we desire to be treated. My first business venture began at the age of 11 when my brother and I started a mowing business which quickly grew and blessed us by allowing us to pay up front for our college educations.I decided at the age of 17 that dentistry suited my desire to create things with my hands and to work directly with people and be an entrepreneur. I attended Southwestern Adventist University 1999-2003 and achieved a BS in Biology, but most importantly was privileged to work under some of my life's most inspirational people. I was accepted into and completed the dental program at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry 2003-2007. Upon completion of my national boards, I followed my new-found love of mountains and lakes and moved to Spokane Valley, WA and was soon married to my beautiful wife, Liz whom I had met at LLUSD. I worked from 2007 to 2010 at a dental office that was primarily focused on anesthesia and sedation as the owner was a Dental Anesthesiologist. While influenced and supported by my boss in 2008, I attended the Medical College of Georgia Intensive IVCS mini-residency under Dr. Lee Getter and Dr. Butch Ferguson. In 2010 I purchased a small practice and began to build it up by surrounding myself with amazing people to help me out.In early 2018 AnesthesiaCharting.com was formed with Co-founder and close friend, Henrik Joreteg." Join Dr. Michael Campbell and Buster Swoopes as they break down this week's Sabbath School lesson "From Mystery to Revelation". Daniel chapter 2 will be broken delved into as well as other passages of scripture that help us to understand it better. Our church was born from within the pages of the book of Daniel, our study for this quarter. As we begin, we should keep the following points in mind as a template to help guide us through our study.First, we should always remember that Christ is the center of Daniel, as He is of the entire Bible.Second, Daniel is organized in a way that shows literary beauty and helps us to understand its major focus.Third, we need to understand the difference between classical and apocalyptic prophecies. This will help us distinguish between the prophecies of Daniel and those of others, such as Isaiah, Amos, and Jeremiah.Fourth, as we study the time prophecies of Daniel, we should under- stand that the prophetic outlines of Daniel span long periods of time and are measured according to the year-day principle.Fifth, we shall emphasize that the book of Daniel not only conveys prophetic information but is profoundly relevant to our personal life today.
Daniel began full-time ministry in Oklahoma in 2007 after graduating from Southwestern Adventist University. Daniel has served as a youth pastor, senior pastor, Bible teacher, and elementary principal.
