In order to raise your frequency and attract better outcomes, it is best to understand how your bodies of energy work. Everything you think, feel or say emit certain vibrations. Some vibrations create a low frequency like Negative thoughts, fear, anger, blame, or judgment. Other vibrations that emit a high frequency are positive thoughts, self-love, compassion, physical exercise and meditation. Learning to make conscious choices can make or break the difference in having a better life as well as living a more harmonious one at that. There are 4 Bodies of Energy: 1. Physical Body—our body as we know it. 2. Astral Body- where we store all of our emotions and desires. (We connect with these feelings through our tummy-intestinal brain cells). 3. Mental Body - our conscious mind. 4. Etheric Body-this is our subconscious mind where all our memories of all our lives is stored. Our physical body is our core with the remaining bodies extending from our human physical boundaries. When our emotions come up, it's happening for us, in order to be released. Welcoming and witnessing your emotions is a healthy practice. Although it may take courage at times to experience your emotions when they come up, just know that it is not happening to oppose you. It is happening to elevate your awareness. When you change your mind towards something more positive and enlightening, understand that it is a powerful dynamic that creates a huge shift in your perspective. “Amen” is a high frequency chant. Bowing your head down actually opens up your physical body though your 7th cervical, upper spine, to higher frequencies. Visualizing a “Violet Fire” does this. (Energy never goes away, it only changes form, optimally from dense to light). In this meditation we invoke your Team in Spirit of the Highest Light and Resonance. This team includes your Higher Self, I Am Presence, and also for this meditation Grace Elohim and Ultra-Violet Fire angels.
