Episode Highlights[00:00] Define the Lifestyle You Want Ryan and Brook explore how lifestyle preferences directly shape your business model—with a story about a misaligned business partner whose “no Mondays or Fridays” rule clashed with growth goals.[07:03] How Many Clients Do You Actually Want? Your ideal number of clients determines everything—from your schedule to your business model to your pricing. Ryan and Brook explain how to align this with your mission, energy, and season of life.[14:06] How Much Revenue Feels Right (for You)? Brook introduces a values-based money framework—Survival, Stability, Success, Significance—and shares how redefining your financial targets around lifestyle and season can bring clarity and peace.[21:53] Finding the Right Price Point Reverse-engineering your pricing based on hours, income goals, and delivery style leads to aligned offers. Ryan and Brook also discuss why ROI-based offers often support higher price points—and why emotional integrity still matters most.[32:37] Do You Want a Team or Just More Time? Not everyone wants to manage people—and that's okay. Ryan and Brook unpack what it really takes to lead a team, why some people change their minds, and how to know if building a company is right for you.[49:18] You Have Permission to Rebuild If your current business doesn't align with what you truly want, don't be afraid to break it. Ryan shares why smart reinvention beats staying stuck—and how to begin that process with intention.

Living Longer and Healthier   What if aging wasn't inevitable? What if your energy, skin, and vitality didn't have to fade with time? In this mind-expanding episode of Richer Soul, Rocky dives deep into the science and soul of reversing aging with the revolutionary biohacking coach, Dr. Grazyna Pajunen. With her background in electrical engineering and a powerful immigrant story, Dr. Pajunen combines academic rigor with practical tools to help everyday people stop settling for a life of aches, wrinkles, and fatigue.  From AI-enhanced wellness to practical tips for restoring youth, Dr. Pajunen shares how anyone—regardless of age or genetics—can reclaim control of their body and mind.    Key Takeaways: The Secret to Reversing Aging Isn't in the Mirror—It's in Your Cells. Dr. Pajunen explains how cellular repair, not just skincare, is the key to looking and feeling younger. You Don't Need to Be Rich or Famous to Biohack Your Life. Her methods are designed for regular people—moms, dads, workers—who are tired of the decline and ready for transformation. Education Doesn't End at School—It Begins When You Question the System. After seeing her real estate value skyrocket, Grazyna realized academia couldn't teach her how to build wealth or freedom. She learned from those doing it. The American Dream is Built on Learning, Risk, and Reinvention. From escaping communism in Poland to starting over in Finland and then thriving in the U.S., Dr. Pajunen's journey is a masterclass in reinvention.    Money Learnings:   Dr. Pajunen had a lightbulb moment when her Florida condo doubled in value—something her academic salary could never match. That spurred a pivot into real estate investing, not through theory, but by learning from successful practitioners. She quickly grasped the value of practical over theoretical knowledge, especially in business and finance. She now teaches others that wealth doesn't come from degrees—it comes from applied knowledge and action.    Who Is Dr. Grazyna Pajunen?  Dr. Grazyna Pajunen is a renowned biohacking coach and the author of BIOHACKING A Way to a BETTER YOU: Look and Feel Better Than You Did 10 Years Ago. With deep expertise in supplements, wearable tech, and anti-aging techniques, she's known for helping ordinary people feel extraordinary—by reversing aging naturally. She's not just about theory; she's walked the walk, transitioning from a successful engineering career to become a wellness pioneer.    Key Discussion Points:  Growing up in communist Poland and the early lessons of scarcity, discipline, and drive.  Why she left academia behind to pursue entrepreneurship and investing.  Her views on health sovereignty—why you need to take responsibility for your own wellness journey.  How wearable technology and AI can optimize your body and mind for peak performance.  Why biohacking isn't just about extending life—it's about enjoying it.    Conclusion:   The Future of Youth is Here—and It's DIY  Dr. Pajunen reminds us that aging is not a life sentence. With the right tools, mindset, and guidance, you can look and feel better at 60 than you did at 40. Her story of transformation—academic, financial, and physical—is proof that with intention and innovation, you can rewrite your health and your wealth narrative.  If you're ready to challenge what's possible and take your vitality into your own hands, this episode is your invitation to begin.    Links:   Website: https://effectivecollagen.com    Consultation: To book a call: https://meetme.so/bewell   YouTube: https://YouTube.com/@grazynapajunen   LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gpajunen/     Watch the full episode on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@richersoul Richer Soul Life Beyond Money. Rashad Bilal and Troy Millings, the founders of Earn Your Leisure and authors of You Deserve to Be Rich, challenge traditional notions of the American Dream. They argue that the widely accepted idea of financial success—owning a home with a white picket fence and achieving stability—does not reflect the realities of many Black and Brown individuals. Economic disparities and systemic obstacles have created an uneven playing field, making this dream unattainable for many. Rather than encouraging people to conform to a singular vision of success, Bilal and Millings emphasize the need for personalized financial goals supported by education, mentorship, and access to resources.LEARN MORE:> > You Deserve To Be Rich (https://sites.prh.com/you-deserve-to-be-rich)> > Earn Your Leisure (https://earnyourleisure.com)NSLS MEMBERS ONLY:> > Listen to the bonus episode to learn how the “Earn Your Leisure” podcast has grown to a community of over a million subscribers (https://app.nsls.org/members/benefits/motivational-mondays/11421250)Mentioned in this episode:Get 20% Off at the NSLS ShopUse code MONDAYS for 20% your entire purchase at shop.nsls.orgNSLS ShopNSLS members!

Time for another AMA with Jesse! First, Randy asks what it means to be rich, leading to an interesting evaluation of personal values, goals, and circumstances. Jesse explores relativity, “keeping up with the Joneses”, and what it means to have “enough”. Then, Bob asks about the potential tax burdens on beneficiaries and heirs, and Tom wonders whether some tax savings are worth the effort of logistical complexity. The fourth question comes from regular listener, Yogi, asking about the role of bonds in diversifying a portfolio. Jesse gets into the details of which bonds are which, which financial goals they're good for, and when you should consider other options. To wrap up the show, Hector asks about the “buy, borrow, die” strategy employed by the ultra-wealthy: buy appreciating assets, borrow against them for liquidity without selling, and pass them to heirs with a stepped-up cost basis, avoiding capital gains taxes.  If you'd like a question in a future AMA, send Jesse a message! Tune in next week for the 100th episode celebration!   Key Takeaways:• Wealth varies based on individual values and circumstances. It's less about achieving a specific number and more about feeling secure and content with your resources. • The tax burden of inherited IRAs is based on the beneficiary's income and tax bracket, which can differ significantly from the original contributor's tax savings. • Decisions like Roth conversions depend on whether the potential tax savings justify the added effort and complexity for an individual. • Bonds provide stability and dependability for short-term goals. Short-duration, high-quality bonds like U.S. Treasuries are less sensitive to interest rate changes and offer more reliability. • While effective for minimizing taxes, the “buy, borrow, die” strategy involves risks such as margin calls, regulatory changes, and the cumulative cost of loan interest potentially outweighing benefits. • Wealth strategies should focus on understanding and minimizing tax liabilities without excessive risk, avoiding overly aggressive tax avoidance tactics.   Key Timestamps:(02:17) Question 1: What Does It Mean to Be Rich? 260: “I don't do well with vague, fluffy information. So when people just say, 'Oh, you know, I had a hard time and I learned a lesson and did some therapy and did this and that. And then I just woke up and I just realized it was gone.' I'm like, what did you do? How long did it take? How much money did you spend? What support systems did you have? Those are the nitty gritty details that have helped me. And so to be in service, I want to offer that to you too." It's your favorite episode of the year - the annual HONEST YEAR IN REVIEW: Personal Edition (be sure to check out 2023's recap episode and compare notes - was there actual progress made?) Chelsea invites all her 2024 skeletons in the closet onto the airwaves today, sharing everything from situationships (not again! didn't we learn?!), casual sex (or lack thereof), sober (kinda), and the inner demons she's tackling head on. Snippets from the episode: On Relationships: "The lesson I learned from this is that you do need to communicate early on and often, and you cannot use physical intimacy as the glue and the prayer, if you will, that you're going to end up together." On Sobriety: "Being sober, you have no excuse to say, 'OMG, I just said that because I was drunk.' It makes you reflect a lot." On Financial Goals: "Set a goal that is beyond yourself. Paying off debt and getting to zero is cool, but I needed something more emotional, like taking my family to Japan." On Travel and Intentionality: " If you're trying to pick a place to live, think about somewhere that you like who you are or you feel expanded or inspired to become who you want to be." On Budgeting: "Budgeting is just planning out your finances and putting your money where you want it to go. It's about controlling your money instead of your money controlling you." This episode is full of the nitty gritty of Chelsea's personal life, so if you want to know what goes on BTS of a digital nomad, entrepreneur, writer, podcast host and lover of life - this episode is for you. Tune in as they explore: Why perfectionism keeps you stuck—and how to break the cycle. How to celebrate small, imperfect wins without losing sight of your bigger goals. Actionable tips to reframe “failures” and build a more flexible, sustainable mindset. If you've ever felt like one misstep meant you had to start over, this episode will inspire you to bend, not break, and discover the beauty of balance and growth in the messy middle.

Money can't buy happiness. It sounds good as a bumper sticker platitude. But the truth is, money can buy happiness. At least sometimes. In certain circumstances. If we view it and use it in the right ways. Here to unpack the conditions under which money can buy happiness and facilitate our flourishing is Dr. Daniel Crosby, a psychologist and behavioral finance expert and the author of The Soul of Wealth: 50 Reflections on Money and Meaning. Today on the show, Daniel shares the minimum income level at which money buys happiness, at least in the sense of avoiding pain. We talk about how to purchase material things in a way that increases happiness, while avoiding materialism, and the value of using your money to buy health and freedom. And we discuss the importance of finding an overarching why that guides the way you allocate your money and doing a values audit to see if your purpose and spending habits are aligned.Resources Related to the PodcastDaniel's previous appearances on the AoM podcast:Episode #222: The Laws of WealthEpisode #511: Mastering the Psychology of InvestingAoM Podcast #659: Do You Want to Be Rich or Wealthy?
