High-quality video is in our pockets at all times. But for whatever reason, our computer webcams haven't caught up.When doing video podcasts remotely with a guest or cohost, you'll be forced to use the built in webcam in your computer.A possible solution is to buy an external webcam. But if you cheap out on this like I did, it will break. Mine did after 6 months in the middle of a podcast. So I looked into how I could use my iPhone's camera as my computer webcam. And I gotta say, I've been using this for over a year now without any issues.Lemme know if you have any q's!I recorded this to show how you can instantly upgrade your video setup with just a few simple steps. As always, if you enjoy the video, please like, comment, and subscribe. This conversation with Bryce was inspired by a reply I got to one of my stories. It revolved around having this vision to build this library of content. But then immediately feeling "Who am I? It's all been done before. No one will want to watch or listen to this."This episode is from S3E1 of the Human Evolution Project.Show notes: (03:07): Sharing WITHOUT Caring?(08:56): The Significance of Compliments(21:41): Overcoming Anxiety (27:08): Learning From Mistakes(40:18): The Passion to Resonate with other People(51:56): Generate and Improve Ideas

A lot of what Bryce and I discuss in this episode is inspired by Naval's work. The goal is to help you build leverage. But I hope it also illustrates how you can take something you're learning and inspired by, process it 'on air', and make it personal by following the branches of a conversation. If you apply the concepts in this episode, it's only a matter of time before you build a podcast that leverages more freedom and flexibility. This episode is from S3E2 of the Human Evolution Project.Show Notes:(00:33): Gymnastics Elements on Crossfit Games ( 03:39): What is Leverage?(09:20): Forms of Leverage(13:17): Personal Leverage and Potential(23:37): Leverage the Capital(31:06): Freedom and Flexibility(38:03): “Leverage your Uniqueness”
This episode is from a podcast I did with Bryce on Human Evolution Project: S2E4. It was one of the most downloaded conversations, and I had fun 'learning on air'. So I hope you enjoy this exploration around envy, Robert Greene's work, and much more.
