Things like:· Keeping your coaching client's contact info and what they say confidential unless they give express permission for you to share some part of it.· Setting personal and time boundaries with clients.Beyond that, no one talks much about ethics and integrity in coaching.Coaching is not currently a regulated field so it's doubly important that you, as the professional coach, regulate yourself. That helps all coaches and the future of coaching.Complaints about coaches hurt the field of coaching. Both introverts and extroverts experience it, but they cope differently: Introverts tend to overthink. Extroverts tend to overact. It's about building a world where people feel comfortable in their own skin, confident in their contribution, and free to reach their full potential. So instead of asking, “How do I help my clients push through self-doubt?” try asking, “How can I give them the tools and confidence to break free from imposter syndrome for good?” That small shift in perspective can change not just a coaching session, but the whole trajectory of a client's success.
