What Dr Ian Horsely doesn't know about the shoulder isn't worth knowing! . He's worked in the world of performance sports for decades and worked with some of the highest performing athletes across the world in multiple sports like England Rugby, England football, GB Olympic team and British Gymnastics to name but a few! . We were lucky enough to be invited by Ian to work with some of the strength and conditioning coaches and physiotherapists he consults for at the FA (England Football Association) where we were looking at improve robustness of the shoulder in sports and how calisthenics can be a training modality to help integrate a high performing shoulder into the rest of the kinetic chain. . Why we're training the easy stuff! Really...? .
