Tea talks to author and researcher Nick Redfern about his new book Secret Diary: UFO Conspiracies and the Mysterious Death of Marilyn Monroe, which follows Nick's investigation into a document that surfaced in the 1990s that suggested Monroe didn't kill herself but was murdered because she knew too much about government secrets, including UFOs. Tea and Heidi discuss weird news about a plague of Garfield phones, atomic honey, the magnetic claims of Dr. Tenpenny, and talk about the antics of Ed and Lorraine Warren, inspiration for The Conjuring movies. Schroeder Used Books and Music was an overwhelming cluttered and strange used bookstore run by an eccentric woman named Alma. It was shuttered in 2015 for fire code violations. Recently a new owner opened the store for a sale to try the overwhelming task of clearing the store out so he can rent to new tenants. Tea and Miss Information read some Yelp reviews of the store to give context, then Tea reports from the scene of the sale and books he found, plus our friend Alex C-Hayes reveals the ultimate rare item found in the store. Hint: it's one of the horcruxes of weird Milwaukee. In the news segment, Tea and Heidi talk about upcoming events they'll be at, the Rod of Iron Ministries, a sovereign citizen on a Dukes of Hazzard-style police chase, Pokémon (Got to shoot your ass), Unusual Mortality Events of whales, the acoustic sounds of John Hinckley Jr. and more. Plus Miss Information has new trivia, original music from Dan Hintz and Android138, and we close out with a brand new conspiracy-themed track from Xposed 4heads, "Kink in the System." Tea talks to Real-Life Superhero Denise Masino aka Miss Fit, star of documentary movie/webshow The Adventures of Miss Fit. Miss Fit has also rallied an annual charity fundraiser that benefits Saint Jude Children's Hospital for the last ten years. We talked about her life as a bodybuilder, entertainer, and all-around-person-who-kicks-ass. Then Heidi and Tea discuss Tea's award-winning article on citizen journalists, we revisit the topic of UFO disclosure, and talk about Real-life Superhero ShadowVision, who supposedly is Scottish and also alleges he is "hunting" a serial killer in Little Rock. And then (Z-Z-ZAP!) new trivia from Miss Information and (POW!) we end by a song written and performed by one of Miss Fit's friends, Rock N' Roll (of the California Initiative) titled, appropriately enough, "Hero."
