Niman drew up a motion to recuse the judge, and without submitting the document, he suddenly recused himself. Awaiting a new judge to be assigned, Attorney Niman and her client Sarah await another hearing date as Sarah hasn't seen her children in over four months. Sarah discussed the current living situation of her ex and his paramour and the effects on the children, especially on July 4th, 2025. Apparently this has gone on six times in the last five years. Also Attorney White consistently lies, stating that he has not been served paperwork, despite several witnesses looking on in the courthouse. Actively filing a Federal Lawsuit based on the dual hearings that Amy can't be in two places at the same time, her case has merit and she will continue to defend herself. Slam the Gavel welcomes back Kai Tristan Rivera to the podcast. Kai was last on the show Season 5, Episode 131, where he talked about his two brothers being withheld from his family. Kai is a very determined young man and devoted big brother, who first spoke out last year to shine a light on the hidden abuse and the fight to keep families together. He's returned now to give an important update on his journey, using his voice and platforms to expose Family Court corruption and defend the bonds that should never be broken. Kai‘s mission is simple but powerful: to protect his little brother's, stand for the truth and inspire others around him to stand up for what is right. Kai discussed what walking into the family court had felt like and sitting next to his abuser. He had also discussed what happened in court recently and how there was a one-sided interview with CPS. He did say that the Hearing Moderator was listening to him, however not changing anything while his little brothers are being turned against Kai and his whole family. In the past going before Judge Sibum, he questions if she ever listened to his brothers at all and didn't interview him either. Encouraging others to speak out as Kai wants others to speak out. Kai states, "This is happening to kids everywhere. The court should be protecting kids, and it's not. Share your stories, sign petitions, follow me and demand accountability. Talk about family court corruption and its players. Now, they have Marineka in the arrears of $23,000.00 and father NOW demands that she go to jail in order to break the parental bond Marineka has with her daughter. Bear in mind the father was not involved in their lives since birth and never contributed to help raising their child. SUDDENLY, he comes back into their lives only to turn it upside down. He asked for one day a week only for one hour to visit his daughter. Judge Natalie Haskins replied, "this is going to be an issue when you come back for custody." Essentially, father came back to court so Haskins could reverse custody and she asked him who would be helping him raise his child. He told her his father, who is in his 80's would be helping. So Judge Haskins gave him custody. Poor decision making on the part of the judge when their daughter was doing well in reading, and now cannot even spell simple words. She came on the podcast to speak on behalf of all parents suffering through this system who have been silenced, targeted and retaliated against for doing what any decent parent would do: PROTECT THEIR CHILDREN. What Olga found, unfortunately, when she came to this country from Russia 12 years ago, she saw for herself the corruption, collusion and cruelty. In Butte County, California, Olga lost custody of her daughter without a trial, evidence and without a voice. Her interpreter was giving wrong responses and calling her an "applicant," instead of a Petitioner. There were transcription discrepancies. Despite video-recorded disclosures of abuse, reports from mandated reporters and her own efforts to seek help, Olga was mocked in open court, threatened with jail and labeled a "vexatious litigant," while legally kidnapping her daughter. The evidence has either been sealed, ignored or erased. The truth of this case had to fit a false narrative for the family court to keep the case going. Slam the Gavel welcomes Jonathan, a U.S. Navy veteran who served 8 years aboard submarines and Samantha, a South African immigrant. Together, they're raising three wonderful children and building their creative business, SilverCo Design, where they specialize in brand identity. In September 2024, their family faced an unexpected and life-changing event: their 5-year-old daughter was removed from their care without a warrant, without emergency circumstances, and without the due process every family is entitled to. The removal was based on coercion and a rushed and questionable medical report involving coordination between DSS, hospital staff, and local law enforcement. Almost 2 months later, they had been arrested, without ever being questioned, on charges that stemmed from incomplete information and procedural mis-steps. The arrest was an act of retaliation for filing an appeal to challenge the DSS Level-1 finding of "Abuse and Neglect." Since then, Jonathan and Samantha have been navigating a legal system that has made reunification unnecessarily difficult, despite their cooperation with DSS, and a home where two of their children, ages 10 and 1, continue to thrive. William, an only child, is from the Lowcountry of South Carolina where apparently "anything goes" in family court, just like everywhere else in this country and GLOBALLY. William highlighted the corruption going on in his case where he and his ex agreed to coparent their only child after the divorce....until an attorney got involved. Showing the patterns of corruption in the courts beautifully, William explained not only the corruption, but the collusion revolving around Attorney Donnie Gamache. Gamache, who happens to know everybody from the third-party parasites Guardian ad Litems (GAL), to CPS. Another bad actor is the third-party parasite GAL, Jason Wheeler, who William is being extorted to pay a $25,000.00 fee cap, which enables Wheeler to be part of the hearing....Or William may go to jail. Lying, perjury and child psychological abuse is allowed in the family courts and William's case has fallen prey to the bad actors allowing it, such as Judge M. Kimmons. The obstruction of justice, witness tampering and trying to obtain 50/50 custody of his only child has now forced him into poverty...And the precarious position of self representation and possibility of incarceration. Having court this Monday, 6-9-2025, William is questioning if he may go to jail if he can't pay the GAL's extortion fee. Slam the Gavel podcast welcomes Elizabeth McNeese to the podcast. Elizabeth is an Ohio mother of three who has been advocating for her youngest son since birth as he is a special needs child who will soon be 18. Advocating isn't new for Elizabeth, who is speaking out for reform and justice in the court systems. Elizabeth has co-authored legislation and is working with Ohio lawmakers to try and make things better for Ohio's families. Living close to Columbus, Elizabeth went to the State House and started meeting with lawmakers. Starting five years ago with her first co-authored bill which was well received, as there were 61 co-sponsors in the House of Representatives. It was very popular, however it caught the judiciary and the Bar Association by surprise. They retaliated by creating their own bill and Elizabeth has been battling them to this day. Liz also got two bills passed that were "equal parenting" bills (200 pages). The judges and the Bar successfully blocked both of them. At taxpayer expense, the Judge's then wrote their own bill (SB174), 400 pages long. Three years ago the Ohio Judicial Conference sent Elizabeth a copy of this bill that was introduced in the senate by two family law attorneys on behalf of the judges. The main judge, Judge Denise McColley, mother of Senate President Robert Mc Colley, who successfully blocked Elizabeth's bill and pitched his mother's bill at the same time. He got two family law attorneys to pick it up and it has gathered momentum. The judges support it. It was a counter bill to what Elizabeth was trying to do with her bill. Essentially SB174 wants to take away Parental Rights. The last time Marc was on the podcast we talked about his major victory in NY state regarding Parental Alienation. Today we talked about how Judge M. Schauer refuses to recuse herself from his case and continuously disregard his ADA rights. Apparently Judge M. Schauer has suddenly become an M.D. and decides whether or not Marc Fishman is disabled or not. She is a heartless and relentless, poor excuse for a judge. The judicial misconduct board should have done something about "this problem" years ago. Marc explained his case and how he was treated by Schauer. Now he has to go to trial with this judge who refuses to recuse herself in his case of Parental Alienation. Slam the Gavel welcomes Heather Bendl to the podcast. Heather is originally from Round Lake, Illinois but now resides in the Daytona, Florida area. She has four children ages 18, 17, 13, and 8. She was married to their father Justin Serlick from 2003 to 2013. Upon her divorce she was awarded sole custody of the oldest three. Justin Serlick refused to move out of Heather's home with her children after the divorce and he continued to emotionally and physically abuse the children and Heather. In 2017 Heather had her fourth child with Justin, this was not a planned pregnancy. In fact, she was in school full-time working on her Bachelor's of Science Degree at UW-Parkside in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Justin was taking advantage of Heather after she would take her Ambien to sleep. However, that is to remove the funding to Child Welfare. This led to the news article on January 28th, 2025, where The Imprint Youth & Family News came out with the article, "Child Welfare Leaders Stunned by Trump's Call to Freeze Social Services Spending; Legal Action Quickly Threatened." "The funding is creating the BIG problem in Social Services, where they are putting a dollar sign on our children, and they remove them for PROFIT. Not because they want to give the child a better a life, or not because of the "child's best interest," which is not happening in the courtrooms all across America, so the funding that was creating the removals for profit needed to be removed. This happened on January 28th, 2025. Apparently HHS employees were locked out of their offices. They are trying to bring in new staff." Stated Bea Marnay. So much discussion in this podcast as Bea talked about a case where a child had gotten lost in the system and how CPS removed a newborn from a mother who had been in the foster care system. Esther broadened her story and explained how the judge ordered on the record that she couldn't even reach out to teachers at her children's school. "The intention is to completely destroy the relationship with the parent and child," Esther explained. She also explained that she was threatened with jail for posting on X three heart emojis (❤️❤️❤️) representing her children. Esther had already been imprisoned in one of the worst prisons (worse than Riker's Island), Nassau County Correctional Facility and elaborated on that. We also discussed the third party parasites that would call her "dangerous," but would not elaborate in order to keep her from her children. These court actors destroyed the relationship with her children as she hasn't seen them in five years. Today's disagreement is about college campus detentions, due process, and free speech.We focus on the two most high-profile cases: Mahmoud Khalil: a green card holder, legal resident, and graduate student at Columbia University who had a leadership role within CUAD, which stands for Columbia University Apartheid Divest; and Rümeysa Öztürk: a graduate student at Tufts University who is a student visa holder. She co-authored an op-ed in the campus newspaper supporting a resolution to divest from Israel. We also briefly touch on the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case and President Bukele's recent visit to the oval office.Is there a legal basis for these deportations and what are the implications for free speech and due process?
