    We define Somatic Self Leadership Training as the art and practice of dropping out of the head and into the body, learning to become the primary caretaker for your parts of Self, and being a courageous open-hearted man and leader. But what does that really mean? Today, I sit down with Brain Fritz. He's been showing up and practicing in The Unshakable Man Community for over 52 weeks, he's going through a 200-hour yoga teacher training and he's a self-described intellectual that realized he used his intellectual capacity as a shield. By his assessment, something is different about the way we do this somatic work together in the community as men. I thought he was the perfect man to invite on to the show to have a conversation about the work we do. As always we recorded this episode in the hope that it inspires more men to start to begin the journey inward and to join a community like The Unshakable Man. What's different about them? We are learning to “Be with”… in this way we are not coping. We are learning to transmute, to work with, and to let go.
