Director of the documentary “Americonned”, Sean Claffey, joined the America's Work Force Union Podcast to discuss the story behind his film and what went into making it. Claffey also talked his main subject of Chris Smalls, and what his struggles have meant to the labor movement in America. Labor lawyer Joyce Goldstein returned to the America's Work Force Union Podcast to discuss the recent U.S. Court decision related to the Teamsters actions during a strike at Glacier Northwest. Goldstein also discussed how the High Court's votes were distributed and what this decision might mean for future labor strikes.

Directed by Sean Claffey, the new documentary AMERICONNED highlights the struggles created by the American economy. With the death of the ‘middle class', the gap between the top 1% continues to grow at an alarming rate, destabilizing the economy as compensation for the average American remains stagnant. One of these deeply affected workers is Chris Smalls, a former Amazon employee fighting for the rights of his fellow disaffected co-workers.
