After achieving the rank of E-5 in under three years and being the lowest ranking person ever onboard his ship to become ESWS (enlisted surface warfare specialist) qualified, Christian completed his enlistment of four years and was honorably discharged in 2001. After leaving the navy, Christian worked as an insurance agent for USAA insurance for four years. Christian got his real estate license in 2003 and in 2005 he left USAA and began selling real estate full time. In 2010 he began managing property and in 2020 Christian opened his own real estate brokerage, Inlet Realty and Property Management.
