In this episode we unpack and discuss the ways in which women who are Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, or dating outside of the race are Problem Pussies. We discuss how their ways of living are not rooted in logical or natural thoughts and ideologies. We also discuss some ways these women can begin to unpack how and why they have chosen to abandon Lineage, Legacy, and Purpose for THEIR OWN, instead of Their Family's, sake. It is a hinderance and unproductive for OUR People and Community. We must not be afraid to speak TRUTH into our community, as only the truth can get us back on track and living in purpose. We all have issues to face and these are TOUGH issues, but we can't just allow outsiders and disconnected beings to fear us into extinction. We MUST be honest and do the work that is so desperately  needed within US to ensure a BETTER Future and World for our Lineages. We MUST think about our lineage 100,000+ Generations from now. That has to be an awareness that comes, naturally. I truly speak from a place of LOVE (Understanding) for Lineage, Legacy, and Purpose for ALL African, Melanin Dripped folks all over the world. HOWEVER, I recognize the world we live in and I HAD TO deal with these issues, because folks are afraid to and that's dangerous to and foe US.    Two Videos as referenced  https://youtu.be/-pxxBQm114k https://youtu.be/27qjn0v4Av4 #IWantToSeeMoreAFRICANBabiesBorn #itsreallycrazytome #makeitmakesense #thinkaboutit #rawunfiltered #CoreFoundationalBelief #AncestralConnection #Lineage #Legacy #Purpose #itsallconnected #LifeAsIUnderstandIt #ThisIsMe #Connected #NoMoreProblemPussies #PurposefulPussyPower #AncestralGuidance #DoingMyPart #DescendentOfAfrica #SelfHealingTT #BreakGenerationalCurses #Femininity #WOMBman #Woman #Female --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/ttpp33/message

MUSIC is not a GENRE

SUPPORT ME ON PATREON WATCH MUSIC is not a GENRE VIDEOS and MORE There are albums that shake the earth. Everyone's got at least one that, after you listen to it, your world can never be the same. Of the couple dozen that changed my existence, this one here I just can't ignore any longer. I've been sifting through my LP collection these past months, pulling out releases at random, and I knew I couldn't get to this one until I was ready. I had three copies of Run-D.M.C.'s debut album. Anyone old enough to remember that period can probably guess why. For everyone else, here's the deal. I was a DJ for years, back when you had to carry crates and two turntables and two cassette players and a mixer and a mic and all that. My partner, Mike Smith, and I DJed a bunch of parties & dances, even made actual non-metaphorical mixtapes. We also loved to perform ourselves (you heard us last Saturday doing an original rap song), and our two go-to bands to cover were the Beastie Boys and Run-D.M.C. (who toured together and were actually quite good friends for a while). If we just wanted to play the tracks, we used one good copy of the album. If we wanted to mix them, we needed a second copy to do the scratching – which in my case unfortunately led to me ACTUALLY SCRATCHING the vinyl. (I wasn't winning any hip-hop awards.) If we wanted to PERFORM them, we needed the instrumental versions, which back then they sold in certain stores where DJs would buy shit from. (Mike & I often went to Chestnut Street in Philly to get our stuff.) So three copies. And it was appropriate that I owned that many of this album. When it came out, my entire neighborhood went crazy. There was the dude who was amazing at popping & locking. Then there were the dudes who could memorize and rap all the lyrics to all the songs. That was my brother & me. I think I was Run and he was D.M.C. We had our favorite cuts for sure, but basically we could perform the whole album front to back. I had gotten into rap (later AKA hip-hop) before – “Apache”, Kurtis Blow, “Planet Rock”, etc. – but when this album came out, it sealed the deal. From then on, hip-hop was a part of my life and my musical development. I started writing rap lyrics when I was a teen, and hip-hop as a genre – or at least a production influence – has been a part of my go-to suite ever since. The song I shared last Saturday is possibly the earliest recorded evidence, and the song below from this year is the latest: REC - “The Power of Repetition (Everlasting)” (from the album Synocpy for the Weird) Relistening to this album, I can tell you I ain't picking favorites. The whole thing rocks. But if I HAD TO, I'd pick “It's Like That” & “Sucker MCs”. Do you have a favorite hip-hop artist, old school or not? Do you like hip-hop at all? Discuss dammit! Everyday, we walk around this world, bumping into people, smiling at strangers (hopefully) and never really thinking about what one person may have to say, that you need hear or feel or know. One day a few years ago, I walked into a Starbucks in San Diego, and was drawn to this beautiful woman, writing at the counter.  I sat next to her and we began talking.  I love connecting with people, but I just felt like I HAD TO connect with her.  So I did.  And as it turns out, we both had aha moments that day. You have certain talents and gifts to offer the world. Unique gifts, not that only one person has, but that only one human being, YOU, possesses in the exact way that you do.  And you have everything you need to take those talents and strengths, and make the world a better place! On this episode I chat with Suzka, a successful writer and artist about how attitude is everything, you have to take chances, and you're always exactly where you're supposed to be. Suzka's creative boundaries appear to be endless. She is a picaresque artist, a painter, writer and author. Every stroke, every word she creates is irreverent, imaginative, funny, delightfully manic and brimming with color. Suzka studied at the Chicago Academy of Art and received a degree from Northern Illinois University. In Chicago, she was active in theater, directing and producing, a performer of Mime and a student of ‘improv’ from Chicago's Second City Company. But while working in California, she fell in love with paint and never returned to Chicago. Suzka has exhibited paintings in numerous one-woman shows and installations throughout California as well as Chicago‘s Navy Pier. She is best known in the jazz world as the designer/creator of Monterey Jazz Festival’s stages for over 25 years. In 2013, fate changed Suzka's course. After caring for her mother who had dementia, Suzka began to write and authored, 'Wonders in Dementialand', the other side of dementia no one is talking about. Suzka is presently the writer/producer for the Dementialand Podcast and part of the scriptwriting team for the movie to be filmed in Berlin/Hanover and the US. Suzka’s works brilliantly uncovers the other side of everything that one dares to imagine.

Going Beyond the Food: Intuitive Eating, Emotional Eating, Body Neutrality, Diet Mindset and Anti-Diet Podcast

On today's episode - SHE's Beyond The Food - Chapter 2: I'll share with you my personal journey with exercise, fitness and sports... and it's been a wild ride.  Just like most of you, ladies that have a journey of dieting, exercise has been part of my life in a “not so fun way”... never willingly and because I desired to exercise rather because I HAD TO kind of way:  to burn calories, to burn fat, or to punish myself for cheating on my diet and mostly because I needed to alter my body composition, ....   The result of this wild ride is trauma. As my mentor in trauma, Irene Lyon taught me “Trauma is in your nervous system not in the event”. I now can see it in most of my students too. We know we have to but for some “unexplainable” reason we can't bring ourselves to do it. That “unexplainable” reason is trauma... it's your nervous system protecting you from what has been in the past a very bad experience.   In fact, trauma can be healed. So does your relationship to exercise. With a load of compassion, acceptance and love, we can fall back in love with moving our body. Slowly & gently healing happens.  That's SHE's Beyond The Food Chapter 2.  What you'll learn listening to this episode: Why ‘no pain no gain' exercise is more detrimental than beneficial  What is trauma and how to determine if you have a traumatic relationship to exercise  Why I never call exercise... exercise  How to shift into an enjoyable relationship to movement  Mentioned on the show: Join the Going Beyond The Food Community  Going Beyond The Food Academy SHE's Beyond The Food – Part 1

Going Beyond the Food: Intuitive Eating, Emotional Eating, Body Neutrality, Diet Mindset and Anti-Diet Podcast

On today's episode - SHE’s Beyond The Food - Chapter 2: I'll share with you my personal journey with exercise, fitness and sports... and it’s been a wild ride. We know we have to but for some “unexplainable” reason we can’t bring ourselves to do it. Our guest Matt Peisert talks to us about his journey from the classroom to guiding on some of Michigan's finest rivers. "Catching steelhead on the Rogue River created my desire to guide. I knew they were awesome and a blast to catch, and I was suddenly infected with a passion. I was skipping class, going before my 8am class, and spending every minute I could on the river. I was so excited about these fish that I HAD TO share this cool new activity with my friends. Now I really didn't know much of anything about what I was trying to do, but I knew enough to catch a few fish and tried to ooze every ounce of knowledge I had gathered from trial and error and talking with more knowledgeable guys on the river."- Matt
