Leora Levy has been a leader in many aspects of her life: she was one of the first female traders on Wall Street after graduating college in 1978. Within politics, Leora's professional pathway has been equally as impressive, most recently having served as the Connecticut RNC National Committeewoman, and in 2022, Leora was the Republican nominee for the Senate race against the long-standing Senator Blumenthal. These are just some of her numerous political accomplishments, so it was no surprise that I was going to invite Mrs. Levy to speak on the Taking Back the Narrative podcast. Born in Cuba to Jewish parents, Leora has the personal insight of why Socialism is dangerous, not just for America as a whole, but for Jews in particular. Join our discussion as we traverse the shifting political climate, the importance of the Patriots within the Republican party, why Zionism matters, and will Jews in America ever see the political light and not keep supporting Hamas, through their votes.
We take phone calls reacting to the conversation with Michael Harrison, having to do with to what extent our perception of reality is just partial, dictated by our need to survive. Then, Joe Markley fills us in on Leora Levy's loss of her GOP Committee post and other changes in the party.
We talk free speech rights and the university protests. Then, Leora Levy joins us to discuss the war in Israel.

In this special election eve episode, Sara invites two candidates from states across the country to share the issues and policies important to their voters. Restaurant owner Kelly Cooper is running to represent Arizona's fourth congressional district in DC and Leora Levy is running to unseat Connecticut Sen. Richard Blumenthal. Both candidates slam the America last, soft-on-crime approach by the current party in power and promise significant change if elected. Both also share issues that affect their state directly, like the open border in Arizona and cost of heating oil in Connecticut.Sara also shares an impassioned plea for Americans to honor those who have sacrificed for this nation and carry out your civic duty by voting tomorrow. Finally, Sara ends with a huge story from her friend Bill Gertz that explains the White House has quietly shifted America's Nuclear Policy away from deterrence through strength, even as our adversaries take ever bolder action around the world. Please visit our great sponsors:My Pillow https://www.mypillow.com/carterGet the 6-piece Towel Set for only $39.98!The Association of Mature American Citizenshttps://amac.us/carterThe benefits of membership are great, but the cause is even greater.

Connecticut's Republican primary voters heeded former President Donald Trump's call to nominate Leora Levy to run for U.S. Senate, and rejected their party's convention-endorsed candidate, former house minority leader Themis Klarides. In the aftermath of that vote, CT GOP Chairman Ben Proto's response to questions about Trump's influence on the GOP's identity was to ignore them, repeatedly. Proto declined to acknowledge even the slightest complication of a win that puts Levy on the same ticket with a gubernatorial nominee, Bob Stefanowski, who has labored to avoid any discussion of the former president.
