On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, a Republican congresswoman pushed for proxy voting for pregnant women, but the vast majority of Republicans don't believe in proxy voting. Show up or don't vote. 9 Republicans got upset and voted with Democrats, which canceled votes for the week. A tiny minority shouldn't be able to derail President Trump's priorities. We can't have this constant blackmail. They have a budget bill to pass, and they need to get massive tax cuts in place. The key to economic growth in an environment like this is tax cuts - big, broad, tax cuts. It's the only way to either prevent or limit the life of a recession. The Democrats drove the economy into hyperinflation by printing paper. Tax cuts don't print anything, they actually create real, earned, tangible wealth. It's money created by the private sector for the private sector, not the bloated, corrupt government and its fraudulent spending. Any Republican who slows or opposes huge across-the-board tax cuts is a fool. Pass the Trump tax cuts and do it as fast as possible! Also, Wisconsin and Florida have special elections today. Randy Fine wins in the 6th Congressional District in Florida. Jimmy Patronis wins in the 1st Congressional District in Florida. Those are 2 big wins for Florida and the country. If the liberal judge wins in Wisconsin, it will effectively become a one-party state. Later, China's threats to Taiwan mean we should arm Taiwan with missiles to strike back, not just defend. Taiwan must be ready, learning from Ukraine and Israel, to hit the enemy effectively. Afterward, judicial tyranny continues - these judges are being used as weapons to threaten and stop President Trump. Trump and Elon Musk are doing the absolute best that they can to fix the country, and they are calling him a dictator. How is he a dictator? How many dictators reduce the amount of people who work for him? Finally, Dina and Dave McCormick call in to discuss their new book - Who Believed in You: How Purposeful Mentorship Changes the World. On Tuesday, voters in Florida elected two new U.S. representatives, while Wisconsin voters selected a new state Supreme Court justice. The races were the first general elections since President Donald Trump took office in January. In Florida, Republican candidates Jimmy Patronis and Randy Fine defeated their Democratic opponents, preserving House Republicans' narrow majority. In Wisconsin, the Democrat-backed Susan Crawford defeated the Republican-backed Brad Schimel, maintaining the court's 4-3 liberal majority. A startling discovery has shaken the community as investigators, serving a search warrant at an abandoned funeral home, found three bodies inside a mortuary. This disturbing revelation has led to accusations against Marion Graham Mortuaries funeral home director, Elliot Maurice Graham, 49, who is now facing charges of grand theft and improper preservation of a human body. The investigation unfolded following a complaint lodged with Florida's Chief Financial Officer, Jimmy Patronis's office, which oversees funeral homes and mortuaries to ensure they uphold the highest standards of respect and dignity when handling the remains of the deceased. In response to the distressing situation, Patronis emphasized the importance of holding Graham accountable: "We are going to do everything possible to put this guy behind bars for a very long time. Nothing is more important than family – and as our loved ones pass away – it's always a difficult situation, and families are entrusting funeral directors to treat their loved ones with respect and dignity. These allegations indicate that this alleged criminal did the opposite." The alleged misconduct includes the provision of fake ashes to grieving families, a betrayal of trust that has left many reeling. One family, in particular, expressed their shock and disappointment when they received what were supposed to be the ashes of their beloved grandmother. However, upon closer inspection, they discovered that what they had received bore no resemblance to human ashes. Pauline Durden, whose family was affected by this deception, passed away six months ago. Her granddaughter, Johnesha Kemp, shared her dismay, stating, "They looked more like 'chalk or ground kitty litter' to me." Kemp also revealed that Graham had been unprofessional in their interactions, often giving them "the runaround." However, Kemp expressed relief at Graham's arrest, stating, "It gave us a little bit of closure, knowing that we now have my grandma. The person who did this horrendous act is now behind bars, and the process is getting moved, and we can finally let it go and let her rest in peace." The incident has raised concerns about the entire funeral industry's integrity and accountability. Patronis emphasized that the investigation is ongoing, and any other death services professionals involved could face the revocation of their licenses or criminal charges. Marion Graham Mortuaries Funeral home has been a fixture in the Jacksonville area since 1984, with Elliot Graham taking over from his father, Marion Graham, upon his passing in 2018. This unsettling case has ignited conversations about the need for increased oversight and regulation within the funeral industry to ensure that families can trust that their loved ones are treated with the utmost care, respect, and dignity during their final moments. I start today by offering a different take on Kyrsten Sinema's change of party. She is not really at odds with Democrats and is actually serving as a conduit to get Republicans to support the Democrat agenda. It's not like Republicans need any convincing to do that anyway, given that they didn't say a word about the gay marriage bill or FDA approval of baby booster death shots yesterday. Next, we're joined by Jimmy Patronis, the elected chief financial officer of Florida, who discusses his plan to protect Floridians from IRS political targeting. His proposal would establish a defense fund to pay litigation expenses for businesses fighting discriminatory IRS actions and would also strip licenses of private vendors working with the IRS on politically motivated witch hunts. He also discusses his continued commitment to divesting state investments from woke capitalism and how it is starting to bear fruits of freedom. Learn more about your ad choices.
