In this explosive episode, Joe Oltmann dissects the narrative machinery driving modern political optics, starting with Kash Patel's claims of falling national crime rates, sweeping border deportations, and the lingering, unanswered demands for full transparency surrounding the Epstein files. Moving past Washington headlines, Oltmann contrasts government statistics against raw, local realities, spotlighting troubling power dynamics in Colorado involving key figures like David Beller, Shelley Gilman, and former lawmaker Melissa Hart. The broadcast sets an uncompromising tone, examining how the powerful navigate accountability while everyday citizens bear the brunt of an increasingly selective justice system. The deep dive continues with featured guest Peter Bernegger, Founder and President of Election Watch, Inc. Bernegger details his federal legal battles against Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold and state election authorities, exposing what he describes as a rigged administrative apparatus designed to shield officials from scrutiny. Through an insider breakdown of evidentiary ambushes, private investigations, and subordinate administrative judges, Bernegger lays out his crusade for constitutional rights and independent oversight. His analysis extends to the broader battleground of federal executive orders and mail-in ballot rulings, issuing a stark warning to national leaders on the systemic vulnerabilities eroding public trust.Rounding out the broadcast, the show turns its focus to globalist agendas and systemic congressional inaction. Highlighting Representative Thomas Massie's exposure of D.C.'s October legislative recess, the show targets the "Uniparty" playbook that leaves critical issues unaddressed while elected officials step away from the podium. Backed by revealing clips from Dr. Paul Thomas, the World Economic Forum, and Vivek Ramaswamy, this episode delivers a scathing look at how institutional cartels preserve their authority at all costs—making this a must-watch broadcast for anyone ready to look behind the headlines.
The details are remarkable. Comey's attorneys report that the Secret Service tracked his phone location without a warrant as he drove home from North Carolina, that roughly 209,000 items reading 8647, 8646, or 8645 have been sold on Amazon, and that figures who made far more explicit statements were never charged. The indictment was signed by a prosecutor who had been an assistant US attorney for two days, and the government's key witness reportedly showed clear bias and thought 86 was a restaurant term. The centerpiece is the mob argument. To claim 86 is Mafia slang for murder, the government reportedly turned to former hitman Salvatore Sammy the Bull Gravano, who did not support the theory, and then to former Gotti prosecutor turned judge John Gleeson, whose sworn affidavit calls the claim preposterous. Hawk ties it to a broader pattern of courtroom losses and predicts this indictment is dismissed too. The dismissal follows a Texas judge tossing Patel's case against former FBI official Frank Figliuzzi, whose on-air remarks the court called protected hyperbole. Patel has also sued the Atlantic and reporter over an article about his tenure, a suit Hawk expects to be dismissed as well, and he plans a separate video on that motion. Hawk's larger point is about why these suits get filed at all. He compares them to Donald Trump's defamation claims against ABC and CBS, which produced large settlements despite what Hawk argues were weak legal footings, and suggests Patel is following that playbook without the leverage that produced those payouts. Along the way Hawk lays out the core principle that truth is an absolute defense to defamation, which is why many of these cases falter. AI models in the United States may be ahead of China's in terms of capability, but China far surpasses America in adoption and use. That's what former US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo says about the state of the AI race, and why she believes it's critical for the US and its allies to understand one thing: China is not our friend. She spells out how exactly China is creating technological dependencies, particularly in European countries, why it's still important the West maintains continuous, managed economic competition with China, what social adoption of AI should look like in the US to curb anxieties around job loss, and why she remains optimistic about the promise of AI despite all this. Sir Richard Dearlove and guest co-host Sabrina Singh analyze the events making the biggest geopolitical headlines: FBI Director Kash Patel's upcoming trip to Russia, a nuclear deal between the United States and Saudi Arabia, more changes in defense leadership in Ukraine, and the latest with the war in Iran. The deranged sociopath and chief played "the big room" as he did 60 minutes during the Correspondent's Dinner. He brought the coma back into comedy. Kash Patel is flying to the former USSR to compare notes with Donny's boss before the midterms. Meanwhile the feds are doing everything possible to make us vulnerable to Russian hacking. As a former security specialist has said, “Holy hell, that is strategic malpractice. We are heading into the midterms partially blind to foreign influence.” Stephen Miller states plainly that YOU are the problem. On July 30, 1975, legendary Teamsters leader Jimmy Hoffa vanished without a trace. Fifty-one years later, his family is urging the FBI to keep the investigation open, release unredacted records, and publicly identify anyone believed to have been involved. In this episode, we examine Jimmy Hoffa's disappearance, his attempt to regain control of the Teamsters, the organized crime figures connected to his final planned meeting, and the many theories surrounding what happened to his remains. We also debate the larger question: Should federal resources continue to be spent on a 51-year-old case, or should the investigation be closed while the files are released to Hoffa's family and the public?Should the FBI keep investigating, close the case and release the files, or continue until every available name is made public? Kash Patel has faced mounting criticism over his handling and public positioning around the Epstein files, with detractors arguing that his rhetoric has consistently outpaced any tangible disclosures. He has positioned himself as a figure willing to confront institutional secrecy, yet critics point out that his commentary often leans heavily on insinuation and selective framing rather than the release or development of verifiable evidence. This has led to accusations that he is capitalizing on public distrust surrounding the Epstein case without materially advancing transparency. Lawmakers, legal analysts, and even some within conservative circles have questioned whether Patel's approach clarifies the record or further muddies it, particularly given the already complex web of redactions, delayed disclosures, and overlapping investigations tied to Epstein and his associates. The criticism sharpens around the broader concern that figures like Patel risk turning a deeply sensitive and consequential case into a vehicle for political messaging rather than accountability. By emphasizing narratives that suggest hidden truths without substantiating them through documented releases or formal legal processes, he has been accused of contributing to the same opacity he claims to challenge. Observers argue that this approach not only undermines public trust but also distracts from ongoing legal and congressional efforts to obtain and analyze the remaining Epstein-related records. In a case already defined by institutional failure and public skepticism, Patel's role has drawn scrutiny as emblematic of a wider problem—where calls for transparency are amplified in rhetoric but fall short in execution.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

Jon Herold fights through a frustrating stream glitch (audio fine, no video on Rumble) while covering a lighter Tuesday news day dominated by Iran war fallout. He digs into reporting that intelligence community leaks are undermining Trump's negotiating position, a Politico piece describing the conflict as a "quagmire" ahead of the midterms, and a personal anecdote about a normie conservative brother in law's surprisingly pessimistic 2028 outlook. Other highlights include newly released Senate documents on the FBI blocking a border stop of an EcoHealth Alliance official, a court ruling clearing the way for Biden's memoir tapes to go public, Kash Patel's planned Russia visit, and a lively back and forth over a clipped comment from journalist John Solomon about not voting. Sponsor reads and plenty of chat chaos round out a technically bumpy but entertaining Tuesday show.

A woman is still missing, and the man who tortured her family with a fake ransom scheme just got a sentence that fits in a headline: probation. Tony Brueski lays out what happened to the person behind the bogus bitcoin ransom notes sent to the Guthrie family, and why a retired FBI agent is calling the outcome a disgrace. The charge was knocked down to harassment. The sentence was five years of probation, all counts running concurrently instead of stacked on top of each other. Retired special agent Jennifer Coffindaffer says the light punishment risks emboldening the wave of copycats already flooding investigators, a group now referred to inside the Bureau as the TMZ Twelve. There's more sitting underneath that plea deal than one bad sentence. An original ransom note demanded four million dollars with an escalating threat attached. A second letter, stranger still, went only to local television stations, apologizing and calling Nancy's death an accident. Both were reportedly linked to the same IP address, one of the only solid threads investigators have. And Porch Guy, a person tied to the case, remains unidentified. Meanwhile, the search itself keeps producing contradictions. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has been dodging questions about his own record, at one point telling a reporter to enjoy his hit piece. The FBI and the Sheriff's Department can't settle who's actually leading the investigation, and a retired agent says there's genuine disagreement inside the Bureau about whether certain pieces of evidence are even legitimate. Kash Patel added his own layer of confusion, telling a podcast audience his agents were locked out for days, while one of his own special agents was already standing beside Sheriff Nanos at a press conference, a fueled plane waiting in the background. Nancy Guthrie is still out there. Nobody has answered for it. The FBI Director told a podcast audience that his agents were kept out of the Nancy Guthrie investigation for four days, and that it cost them. There is a problem with that.On the third of February, two days after she was reported missing, an FBI special agent stood at a press conference in Tucson beside Sheriff Chris Nanos. And that same day, Kash Patel went on national television and said the Bureau was on the ground there with them. That is the sentence he cannot take back.Tony Brueski walks the whole ledger. The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff's Department issuing statements forty-five minutes apart in which each pointed at the other and neither claimed the lead. The Reuters report saying none of the ransom notes were genuine, contradicted publicly by FBI Phoenix a day later. A retired FBI agent who says there is genuine disagreement inside the Bureau about whether the evidence is even real. The plane Patel wanted credit for. The doorbell footage he wanted credit for. The glove that flew to Florida and back before anyone ran it. The partial DNA profile that cannot be run at all. And a sheriff answering for his own work history in the middle of the biggest case of his career.Cases like this rarely die because the offender was brilliant. They die because the people hunting him got distracted hunting each other. From a smoky, humid Times Square with the Canadian wildfires blanketing the city, Paul Rieckhoff delivers a quick-response warning ahead of Trump's primetime address. His read: this isn't a State of the Union or a policy rollout. It's the same rhetorical build-up we saw before the strikes on Iran and Venezuela — a president throwing rationales at the wall to justify an attack. Except this time, the target is the one thing that can still check his power: the midterm elections. Rieckhoff lays out the pattern already in motion — the National Guard extension in DC, the push against mail-in ballots, Kash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard sent in to re-litigate 2020, and the coming pivot to blaming China. He argues this is now the number one national security issue in America, and that a failure of imagination is the biggest risk. It's summer. People are at the beach. This morning, acting U.S. attorney general faced a slew of tough questions from Senators as he moves through the process to become the full attorney general. Among the questions this morning were things about FBI director Kash Patel, the President's pardons of those involved with the January 6th riots, and whether or not the President can serve a third term. With a lot of baggage already -- including the controversy around the Epstein Files -- could Blanche actually get confirmed?

July 14, 2026, 5pm; Blanche, who was Deputy AG at the time, was key to the release of files that was riddled with redaction errors and delays. According reporting by New York Times reporters Jonathan Swan and Maggie Haberman in their new book “Regime Change,” the man who now wants to be the country's top law enforcement official was at the center of each step of the administration's handling of the files. Today's Headlines: Lindsey Graham's sister Darline Graham Nordone was appointed to his Senate seat within days of his death — never held office, framed as a neutral placeholder, and now South Carolina's first female senator, which would be more historic if it weren't handed to her by Trump as a favor. The FBI also showed up at Graham's DC home less than 48 hours after his death with at least 8 agents, claiming "abundance of caution" and "nothing indicated foul play." On the administration's ongoing efforts to undermine election integrity, Trump announced a primetime speech Thursday night, which MSNBC immediately reported will be used to declare the 2020 elections of Warnock and Ossoff illegitimate due to "voting machine vulnerabilities" — part of a broader whole-of-government effort to relitigate 2020 that includes a new White House task force run by Bill Pulte, whose dad is in the Epstein files, and thousands of pages of classified documents they claim show election irregularities. Two FBI agents in Atlanta were also fired for refusing to join the sham Georgia election probe. On Iran, US strikes on Iran entered their third consecutive night with the naval blockade back in full force, and Trump is now suggesting the US charge other countries tolls for Strait of Hormuz passage, which is a thing he said out loud. Meanwhile, ICE shot and killed a 26-year-old Colombian man named Joan Sebastian Guerrero in Maine — authorized to work, had a social security number, on his way to work, not even the person ICE was targeting — in front of his three-year-old daughter in Bluey pajamas in the backseat. There is no bodycam footage but plenty of iPhone witnesses, and hundreds immediately came out to protest. In yet another blow to our narrowing freedoms, Four New York Times reporters were subpoenaed at their homes on a Friday night in a probe run by Kash Patel, apparently because Trump was angry about reporting that his Qatari jet lacks adequate security, which is the most efficient abuse of FBI resources we've seen yet. Finally, we leave you with a little bit of hope. A federal judge voided Trump's fake IRS settlement, called it "collusion" and an "exercise in self-dealing," and referred Trump's lawyers and senior DOJ officials to state bar authorities for ethical review. And twelve state attorneys general sued to block the Paramount-Warner Brothers merger that would put Bari Weiss in charge of CNN, with Paramount threatening to leave California in response. Jon Herold opens a quieter Monday with the weekend's biggest shock, Senator Lindsey Graham's sudden death, and works through Trump's on camera tributes alongside the swirl of conspiracy chatter, replacement speculation for South Carolina's seat, and how the loss squeezes an already razor thin GOP Senate majority. He also revisits the ongoing Mitch McConnell health mystery and a widely shared "hostage photo" that fans are picking apart for signs of manipulation. Elsewhere, Jon breaks down Trump letting the housing bill become law without his signature, a curious international statement on Colombia's elections that echoes 2020 US election fraud arguments, a new Pentagon task force targeting media leaks, and Trump's declaration that the US will guard the Strait of Hormuz. A Kash Patel meme mishap, some sponsor reads, and a good chunk of live chat banter keep the mood light despite the heavier news.

Jen Psaki looks at why Donald Trump is likely regretting staffing his administration based on culture war credibility rather than competence as FBI director Kash Patel's antics appear to have reached critical mass, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is spending energy being upset about beards while being unable to end the war with Iran, and Vice President JD Vance is buying himself a multi-million dollar estate in the midst of a political season in which "affordability" is the biggest theme. Rob Flaherty, former deputy campaign manager for Kamala Harris, and Democratic pollster Molly Murphy discuss the dynamics of the coming midterms. Jen Psaki rounds up the many ways that Donald Trump is using whatever lever of power he can find to undermine the integrity of elections in the United States, most recently by firing everyone on the Election Assistance Commission. Marc Elias, founder of Democracy Docket explains what Trump is trying to pull. Donald Trump appears to be trying to distract from his failure to keep his promise to lower gas prices by celebrating the opening of a small chain of discount gas stations. And while everyone appreciates cheaper gas when they can get it, no one trusts that whoever is behind this stunt doesn't have an ulterior motive that ties to another Trump grift. Rep. Trump had to take two Air Force ones to the NATO summit in Turkey: his new bling Qatari hand-me-down that he wanted to show off and the old baby blue one which he had to use to fly safely home—given the war in neighboring Iran. Guest host Keaton Weiss is joined by Americans' Comedian Kurt Metzger to discuss reporting that U.S. officials believed Israel considered targeting senior Iranian negotiators during diplomatic efforts to reach a peace agreement, arguing that such actions undermined negotiations. They examine claims that U.S. and Israeli objectives diverged over the course of the conflict, with Israel favoring continued military action while the Trump administration pursued a negotiated settlement. The conversation also critiques media coverage of the conflict, U.S.-Israel relations, and the political messaging surrounding ceasefire efforts and regional security. The episode concludes with broader commentary on American foreign policy, Middle East diplomacy, and the strategic implications of the Israel-Iran conflict. Plus segments on the massive turnout for Ayatollah Khamenei's funeral in Tehran and new research connecting sunscreen use to cancer. Also featuring Mike MacRae. And a phone call from Kash Patel!
