August 31, 2026; 4pm: Alicia Menendez is in for Nicolle Wallace. As Trump resumes strikes on Iran for the first time since July and Trump's repeated claims that Iran was "desperate" to make a deal, it is becoming undeniable that the war with Iran has all the makings of a quagmire. Later, the breaking news that the Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision, is allowing construction on Trump's ballroom. Today's Headlines: This weekend was a mixed bag of news so let's start with good news. Olivia Rodrigo raised $10 million at her Daisy Chain Fields festival for women's charities including Planned Parenthood and the Center for Reproductive Rights, then Melinda French Gates walked onstage and doubled it to $20 million. MapQuest made a surprise comeback to number two in the App Store as a result of Google Maps changing Lake Ontario to Lake America in compliance with US government sources. And back to regularly scheduled craziness, Trump threatened to report Kristen Welker to the FCC for covering his declining approval ratings, because that's how the First Amendment works. Trump is also skipping the 9/11 memorial because he wanted to give a speech and no one has given a speech there since 2012, making him the only living president not attending, and historic Japanese cherry trees gifted in 1912 were quietly bulldozed before official approval to make room for a DC golf course expansion. Sony and Warner Music sued Anthropic Friday night for what they called "one of the largest and most blatant ongoing thefts of intellectual property in history," alleging Claude was trained on tens of thousands of copyrighted musical compositions — legal experts say this is a landmark AI copyright case. A federal judge ruled that AI-generated child sexual abuse material is legal to possess privately as long as it doesn't depict a real person, and the FBI quietly dropped its hiring ban on people who have engaged in theft, prostitution, and animal cruelty because Kash Patel drove out enough qualified agents that standards had to go somewhere. IV saline bags were recalled for fiberglass contamination across 14 states, mangoes at select Walmarts were recalled for salmonella, and over 800 people were killed in catastrophic Nepal-Tibet floods with 90 Americans among the 2,500 still missing — the US sent $500,000 in aid, which is what a mid-size fundraiser raises in a weekend. And finally, Milo Yiannopoulos was deported back to the UK for an expired visa, which is the only functional thing ICE has done all year. The tech executives who have debased themselves sucking up to Donald Trump and taken advantage of Trump's negligent regulatory attitude are not only feeling direct political pressure over things like addictive algorithms and resource-sucking data centers, but they're recognizing Trump's waning power and the increasingly likelihood that Democrats will not let them off the hook if and when they regain power in the federal government. Rob Flaherty and Jesse Lehrich, co-hosts of the "Nobody Knows Anything" show, join Jen Psaki to discuss. Marc H. Morial, president and CEO of the National Urban League, and Janai Nelson, president and director-counsel of the Legal Defense Fund, talk with Jen Psaki about today's protest march and rally for voting rights in Washington, D.C. Jen Psaki shares reporting from NOTUS that Donald Trump is working to give a potentially very valuable part of Yosemite National Park to a private developer who has some interesting ties to the Trump administration. An exodus of employees from the FBI, either through mass firings or fleeing the disgrace of the Trump administration and Kash Patel has raised the level of desperation for new hires to such a level that personal histories, including criminal histories, that would have previously disqualified applicants are no longer an obstacle to being hired. Michael Feinberg, former assistant special agent in charge with the FBI, discusses with Jen Psaki. Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson joins Jimmy to argue that damage to U.S. military installations in the Persian Gulf has prompted the Pentagon to reconsider its long-standing military presence in the region, including whether damaged bases should be rebuilt. The two believe the conflict has weakened U.S. influence with Gulf states, which as a result will increasingly seek regional security arrangements independent of Washington, citing a proposed Saudi-Turkish-Pakistani security agreement as an example. The discussion shifts to growing political divisions in the United States over support for Israel, with both Jimmy and Larry suggesting the issue could fracture the Republican Party and contribute to the emergence of a new political movement. The segment compares this potential realignment to the collapse of the Whig Party in the 1850s and argues that prominent former Trump allies are increasingly breaking with him over U.S. policy toward Israel. Plus segments on Iran potentially losing its grip on the Strait of Hormuz, the Trump/Israel connection to Charlie Kirk's murder and Dr. Fauci's top advisor pleading guilty to intentionally dodging FOIA requests during the COVID pandemic. Also featuring Stef Zamorano, John Cullen, Mischa Paullin and Mike MacRae. And a phone call from Kash Patel!
Hundreds of women dressed in pink, some holding babies and young children, fawn over accused child murderer Lindsay Clancey as though they're seeing the Beatles outside the courthouse. Can you imagine fangirling a woman who admittedly strangled her own children with an exercise band? PLUS - whatever happened to those "burn bags" packed with hard drives and nearly 2 million pages of documents that Kash Patel found in a sealed, unmapped room at the FBI HQ? We're not the only ones asking as Judicial Watch files a lawsuit to force the feds to finally explain what they found. Deadly heat has killed more people in France this summer than have died in America from mass shootings combined.
Follow Dr. G here: https://www.tiktok.com/@drg.bodylanguage The part Hawk keeps coming back to is why the temperature is rising now. The Save Act has not moved through the Senate. The Supreme Court has not ruled on the executive order aimed at mail voting. The effort to obtain state voter rolls has lost in court repeatedly. The midterms are coming and the numbers are not close. The Iran war has no exit. Canada walked away from a trade deal. That is a lot of corners at once, and Hawk expects the reaction to get sharper, particularly toward reporters. He also walks through why the 25th Amendment is not the remedy people imagine. If a president contests removal, Congress decides, and the threshold is high enough that party loyalty settles it. Go follow Dr. G, tagged in the description. The main event is Kash Patel's defamation suit against The Atlantic and reporter Sarah Fitzpatrick. Joyce Vance laid out on her Substack why it goes badly for him regardless of outcome. Dismissal ends it. Survival opens discovery, and Patel filed, which means he answers document requests, interrogatories, and requests for admission, then sits for a deposition, along with however many FBI personnel The Atlantic wants. Fitzpatrick reported the story with 24 sources across the Bureau and the executive branch. Those incidents would generate records. The Atlantic has already asked the FBI and DOJ for documents and communications, and Patel's own defense depends on them. Judge Emmet Sullivan has the motion to dismiss. It is Patel's fifth suit against the media. Original Air Date: April 1st, 2026 Kristi Noem is speaking out after explosive new allegations claim that her husband, Bryon Noem, has been living a secret double life. Reports say the longtime insurance executive engaged in online chats with women in the “bimbofication” fetish scene. He allegedly shared selfies of himself dressed in pink hot pants and a skin-tight suit, using balloons to create oversized fake breasts with protruding nipples — with his face clearly visible in the photos. Kristi Noem's representatives stated that she is “devastated” and the entire family was completely “blindsided” by the claims. The Senate sits at 53 to 47. Democrats need four seats for a majority. Realistic targets include Alaska, Texas, Ohio, Maine, Iowa, North Carolina, and possibly Kansas and Nebraska, while holding open seats in Michigan and Minnesota. The House is tighter than it looks: Southern redistricting after this year's Voting Rights Act ruling is projected to cost Democrats a dozen seats, so the real number is closer to twenty. That math is the whole argument. Narrow margins give an administration something to work with. Overwhelming ones do not. Hawk's concern is the window between election day and swearing in, and the fact that the officials who refused Trump in 2020 are gone. Pat Cipollone, Bill Barr, and career DOJ lawyers said no then. The outside lawyers who said yes were disbarred or indicted. Their equivalents now hold the offices. Democracy Docket is at democracydocket.com. Newly released FBI records showed that Sarah Ferguson attempted to pass the contact information of Lady Victoria Hervey, a former girlfriend and longtime defender of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, to FBI Director Kash Patel in March 2025. According to an email from FBI legal attaché David Walker, Ferguson had reached out believing Patel wanted Hervey's contact details. Patel responded by asking who Hervey was, prompting Walker to explain that Patel had apparently previously met Hervey and Ferguson associate Antonia Marshall at a Trump property and had asked for their information. The records did not explain why Ferguson wanted Patel and Hervey connected or what Hervey might have wanted to discuss with the FBI, and there was no indication in the released correspondence that Patel subsequently contacted her.The episode attracted particular attention because both Ferguson and Hervey had become deeply entangled in the wider controversy surrounding Jeffrey Epstein and Andrew. Ferguson had faced renewed scrutiny over evidence showing that she remained in contact with Epstein after his sex-crime conviction, while Hervey had repeatedly defended Andrew, minimized the significance of his relationship with Epstein and publicly attacked the credibility of Epstein survivors, including Virginia Giuffre. Hervey had also socialized with figures in Donald Trump's orbit and posted photographs with both Trump and Patel shortly before Ferguson's outreach. The newly released emails therefore raised an obvious unanswered question about what Ferguson hoped to accomplish by connecting one of Andrew's most vocal defenders directly with the FBI director at a time when the bureau was reviewing its enormous collection of Epstein-related records.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Sarah Ferguson 'tried to give phone number of Andrew's ex-girlfriend to FBI director Kash Patel' | Daily Mail Online

The constitutional answer is straightforward. Article I gives Congress limited authority over federal elections, which states and county officials actually administer. Article II gives the president none. The political picture explains the interest. Nate Silver's model has Democrats around 85 percent to take the House and better than even odds in the Senate. Trump's approval is at record lows and Republican enthusiasm is weak with him off the ballot. Jacob Soboroff covered the interview, and Eddie Glaude discussed the restriction strategy with Alicia Menendez. Hawk's larger worry is the eight or nine weeks between election night and swearing in, and his ask is simple: register, check that registration weekly, and have an actual plan to vote. In this exclusive interview with FBI Director Kash Patel, we dive into the FBI's campaign to take down scam centers around the world, from Burma to the United Arab Emirates.Last year, the FBI launched Operation Blackout, a 16-month campaign that dismantled four of the world's largest scam centers.Working with international partners—notably including China's Ministry of Public Security—the FBI seized over $15 billion, arrested more than 300 individuals, and freed thousands of trafficked victims who had been forced to work at these scam compounds. The amount of money Americans have reported losing to fraud has increased over threefold from 2020 to 2025, according to data from the Federal Trade Commission. And nearly half of that in 2025 went to romance cryptocurrency scams—known as pig-butchering scams.Scammers use texts to build trust before luring victims into fake investments that drain their life savings. Then they move and launder the money through crypto wallets. So what can people do to avoid being scammed? Will the FBI be returning all the seized money? And why has the FBI chosen to work with China on tackling these scam compounds? How can the Chinese regime be trusted to work in good faith? In this wide-ranging interview, we also discuss the FBI's fight to catch spies, investigate transnational repression, cut bureaucratic red tape, and prevent the next terrorist attack.Views expressed in this video are opinions of the host and guest, and do not necessarily reflect the views of The Epoch Times.

Shocking declassified documents unearthed by the Trump administration reveal unbelievable details about massive voter file hacks, fake driver's licenses, and internal FBI cover-ups!
Jon Herold spends most of Hump Day walking through newly declassified documents revealing a previously unknown FBI investigation, codenamed "Oxford comma," opened into Trump for allegedly acting as a Russian agent just seven days after he fired James Comey. He builds out a detailed timeline connecting Comey's leaked memos, the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and internal FBI texts suggesting agents knew the Russia collusion theory had already been debunked before the investigation began. Jon also floats a lighthearted personal theory tying the case's codename to an edited Trump tweet from the same period. Other quick hits include Kash Patel's new FBI partnerships with China and Russia on transnational crime, a dismissed Oath Keepers case, Cuba regime change reporting, and an odd new AI safety incident involving Anthropic's Mythos model. Sponsor reads and a preview of tonight's Power Hour with Burning Bright round out a dense Wednesday show.
Hawk walks through the reporting. It describes a July 2025 Situation Room meeting, chaired by Vice President JD Vance and attended by senior officials, convened to figure out how to respond as the story divided the MAGA base. The article recounts the strategy debate, from petitioning courts to unseal grand jury transcripts to the eventual Truth Social post, alongside Attorney General Pam Bondi's on-camera claim that a client list was on her desk and the later influencer binder rollout that backfired. Hawk connects it to Blanche's central role: interviewing Ghislaine Maxwell over two days before her transfer, being briefed on the review, and telling the president there was nothing substantive. He notes Bondi testified she delegated the Epstein matter to Blanche, argues the record should have factored into the confirmation, and reminds viewers Blanche was Trump's defense attorney in the New York case that ended in 34 felony convictions. A honeymoon is supposed to be the victory lap after the wedding… but sometimes it turns into a complete nightmare. This week, Carlos and Chris count down the wildest honeymoon disasters ever, from shark attacks in paradise and deadly scuba diving mysteries to volcanic eruptions, terrorist attacks, home invasions, suspicious disappearances, and some of the most shocking true-crime cases involving newlyweds. Along the way, the guys debate whether some of these tragedies were horrible accidents or something far more sinister, while sharing plenty of travel horror stories, dark humor, and reasons why maybe a quiet beach vacation in Sarasota isn't such a bad idea after all. Plus, in Not the Drag Queens, the boys break down the latest controversy involving the Department of Homeland Security, government accountability, and why some officials seem determined to fail upward. In The News, they dive into the bizarre lawsuit involving Kash Patel and the now-infamous phrase "googly-eyed Kremlin bitch," leading to a conversation about free speech, internet culture, and frivolous lawsuits. Add in discussions about gym struggles, protein shakes, food poisoning, the dangers of international travel, He-Man, Trump jokes, and Chris somehow turning every honeymoon into a reason to stay in a hotel room and have sex, and you've got another chaotic episode of the FratChat Podcast. In this explosive episode, Joe Oltmann dissects the narrative machinery driving modern political optics, starting with Kash Patel's claims of falling national crime rates, sweeping border deportations, and the lingering, unanswered demands for full transparency surrounding the Epstein files. Moving past Washington headlines, Oltmann contrasts government statistics against raw, local realities, spotlighting troubling power dynamics in Colorado involving key figures like David Beller, Shelley Gilman, and former lawmaker Melissa Hart. The broadcast sets an uncompromising tone, examining how the powerful navigate accountability while everyday citizens bear the brunt of an increasingly selective justice system. The deep dive continues with featured guest Peter Bernegger, Founder and President of Election Watch, Inc. Bernegger details his federal legal battles against Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold and state election authorities, exposing what he describes as a rigged administrative apparatus designed to shield officials from scrutiny. Through an insider breakdown of evidentiary ambushes, private investigations, and subordinate administrative judges, Bernegger lays out his crusade for constitutional rights and independent oversight. His analysis extends to the broader battleground of federal executive orders and mail-in ballot rulings, issuing a stark warning to national leaders on the systemic vulnerabilities eroding public trust.Rounding out the broadcast, the show turns its focus to globalist agendas and systemic congressional inaction. Highlighting Representative Thomas Massie's exposure of D.C.'s October legislative recess, the show targets the "Uniparty" playbook that leaves critical issues unaddressed while elected officials step away from the podium. Backed by revealing clips from Dr. Paul Thomas, the World Economic Forum, and Vivek Ramaswamy, this episode delivers a scathing look at how institutional cartels preserve their authority at all costs—making this a must-watch broadcast for anyone ready to look behind the headlines.
The details are remarkable. Comey's attorneys report that the Secret Service tracked his phone location without a warrant as he drove home from North Carolina, that roughly 209,000 items reading 8647, 8646, or 8645 have been sold on Amazon, and that figures who made far more explicit statements were never charged. The indictment was signed by a prosecutor who had been an assistant US attorney for two days, and the government's key witness reportedly showed clear bias and thought 86 was a restaurant term. The centerpiece is the mob argument. To claim 86 is Mafia slang for murder, the government reportedly turned to former hitman Salvatore Sammy the Bull Gravano, who did not support the theory, and then to former Gotti prosecutor turned judge John Gleeson, whose sworn affidavit calls the claim preposterous. Hawk ties it to a broader pattern of courtroom losses and predicts this indictment is dismissed too. The dismissal follows a Texas judge tossing Patel's case against former FBI official Frank Figliuzzi, whose on-air remarks the court called protected hyperbole. Patel has also sued the Atlantic and reporter over an article about his tenure, a suit Hawk expects to be dismissed as well, and he plans a separate video on that motion. Hawk's larger point is about why these suits get filed at all. He compares them to Donald Trump's defamation claims against ABC and CBS, which produced large settlements despite what Hawk argues were weak legal footings, and suggests Patel is following that playbook without the leverage that produced those payouts. Along the way Hawk lays out the core principle that truth is an absolute defense to defamation, which is why many of these cases falter. AI models in the United States may be ahead of China's in terms of capability, but China far surpasses America in adoption and use. That's what former US Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo says about the state of the AI race, and why she believes it's critical for the US and its allies to understand one thing: China is not our friend. She spells out how exactly China is creating technological dependencies, particularly in European countries, why it's still important the West maintains continuous, managed economic competition with China, what social adoption of AI should look like in the US to curb anxieties around job loss, and why she remains optimistic about the promise of AI despite all this. Sir Richard Dearlove and guest co-host Sabrina Singh analyze the events making the biggest geopolitical headlines: FBI Director Kash Patel's upcoming trip to Russia, a nuclear deal between the United States and Saudi Arabia, more changes in defense leadership in Ukraine, and the latest with the war in Iran. Trump had to take two Air Force ones to the NATO summit in Turkey: his new bling Qatari hand-me-down that he wanted to show off and the old baby blue one which he had to use to fly safely home—given the war in neighboring Iran. And at the FBI, Kash Patel's thievery of taxpayer resources has gotten so out of hand, even Chuck Grassley wants answers. Plus: Ukraine has created panic in Russia (which has Trump rethinking which side he wants to root for), Dems should be highlighting the massive military waste in Iran, and Ben invites the public to test-run his new giant database of government records.
