My guest this week is Nina Lee is the co-owner and General Manager of 503W, an award-winning restaurant, and bar in Colorado Springs specializing in uniquely handcrafted food and drinks using fresh, natural and local ingredients. It is locally-minded and locally owned. I met Nina, a very articulate, driven and direction focused individual who has a passion for bringing more culture to Colorado Springs, at a local Toastmaster club event. I was taken aback by her storytelling and her ability to craft a message that kept the entire club spellbound. She had call outs and slow reveals. She had callbacks and surprises around every weave of her 4-6 minute introduction speech. I had to learn more about her so I could learn to tell a better story! Today, we explore what makes her tick as well as what drives her. Then we shift gears into what comes next in her life.  This young lady is on the move and I hope you enjoy this wonderful interview with Nina Lee. About the Host John Register is a long jump silver medalist and American record holder at the 2000 Paralympic Games in Sydney, Australia. His business, Inspired Communications International, LLC, shows business leaders how to "Hurdle Adversity, and create their new normal."
