I know how exhausting it can feel-carrying the weight of needing to have it all figured out.The late nights of overthinking. The silent prayers. The moments where nothing makes sense. But what if... just for today... you gave yourself permission to breathe? To not force the answers. To sit gently with the unknown.Sometimes, the most beautiful clarity doesn't come when we chase it—it arrives when we soften. When we stop demanding and start trusting. You're not falling behind. You're simply unfolding.Be kind to your heart today. You are exactly where you are supposed to be.Think of the song "December, 1963, oh what a night" ...oh what a week, oh what amonth, oh what a year!!!!Embrace your slownessPause and reflectEverything is working out ever better than you can possibly imagine.Smiles, Coach SonyaDig a little deeperTake an assessment ot twoWatch This recording #asksonya #afreshapproach #sonyajanisse #rightontime #evenbetter #lifechanginglifecoach #slowness #holistichealthcoach #linkinbio #podcastepisode #softness

After living inside the Earth for nearly a score, I feel like any creature should be given the space to air out one's feelings. So here are three hours of bug feelings as heard from a charming Bed and Breakfast I spent the night at in Leesburg, Virginia. I know nothing about our friends who live in the Earth for 17 years and then pop out mid-summer to squeal from the trees. I'm speaking of the cicada, the sometimes local taco protein, and massive fly things that are a nightmare to look at. I reserve the right to not love cicadas later if I were to find out that maybe they are squealing insults upon us for being such poor shepherds of the Earth… Or maybe I would love them more. Regardless, nothing beats a chorus of these freak insects. And they serve as a good reminder that we're destroying the Earth with war and ineq — ehem… that it's late Summer — time to cape diem the **** out of this pool weather. Also, thanks again to the folks at Stone Gables for letting me stick a giant microphone in your backyard! Cover photo (before manipulation) by Coen Crevels

The Four Seasons are one of the greatest vocal groups of all time. Led by Frankie Valli, their lead singer with the distinctive falsetto voice, they had dozens of hits beginning in the early 1960s including “Sherry”, “Big Girls Don't Cry”, “Can't Take Me Eyes Off Of You”, “Dawn (Go Away)”, “Rag Doll”, “Working My Way Back To You” and many more. My guests in this episode all had important roles with The Four Season. L. Russell Brown wrote their hit song “C'mon Marianne”. Lee Shapiro was their longtime Keyboard player and the arranger for their hits “December 1963: Oh What A Night” and “Who Loves You”. Robby Robinson is the band's current Keyboard player and Musical Director for the last 46 years. And John Paiva was the band's guitarist from 1973-78. In honor of The Four Seasons my featured song is “Sherry”, their first smash hit.---------------------------------------------The Follow Your Dream Podcast:Top 1% of all podcasts with Listeners in 200 countries! For more information and other episodes of the podcast click here.
