Après deux ans d'excès, Placebo se réveille avec la gueule de bois. Annoncé avec un parfum de scandale qui lui colle à la peau, le trio emmené par Brian Molko sort en janvier 99 un deuxième album génial : “Without you I'm nothing”.  Au programme, ce sont 12 histoires d'amour (entre spleen et rage froide) qui finissent toujours mal. Placebo part à l'assaut des radios et enfile tube sur tube, de “Pure Morning" à “Burger Queen” en passant par "You Don't Care About Us”, “Brick Shithouse” et bien évidemment "Every You Every Me”. Detroit's electronic rock and industrial artist, Pace Josie and musician and her producer Ken Roberts released their new music and video “Pure Morning” featuring LA artist, Sammi Doll (Kat Von D/  IAMX) putting the spin on the iconic Placebo song. As an accomplished guitar player, Josie molds and refines her songs acoustically only to tear them apart with Roberts' unique production style and his ability to create dark beats with grinding synths that compliment Josie's voice well.
